I had a large snowflake crack on the windshield of my new car, and Juan came out to see if it could be repaired. He was honest from the start that this type of crack might not be repairable, but we decided to try sealing it in hopes of preventing it from spreading. Unfortunately, the crack continued to spread, which can happen with this kind of damage. When it became clear that a repair wasn't going to work, Juan made the entire replacement process easy. He was incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind throughout the whole experience. My new windshield was installed quickly, and it looks perfect! I really appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Even though the initial crack repair wasn't possible, he did everything he could to help and made sure I ended up with a great result. I would definitely recommend Juan to anyone needing windshield repair or replacement. read more

Very prompt response and excellent service. Highly recommend this business who helped my elderly mother.

Got my window CRACKED on my Y in a freak accident by a small rock. I wanted to cry! Everywhere I called quoted me 1200-1800 to replace the window....Somehow by some miracle I came across MGM Auto Glass and Juan was a God-send. He reached out to me right away with an honest quote (way less than everyone else) and was available the next morning. Unfortunately, I'm in an apartment and he mentioned he needed sufficient lighting to ensure the work was done correctly. He literally followed me to work which was about 15 minutes away and made it work! He was so nice, communicative, and just overall a great guy! Highly, highly recommend! read more

A flying rock chipped my windshield with small cracks radiating out from the chip. I knew this needed to be repaired quickly and called Juan at MGM Auto Glass because of his excellent reviews. I was not disappointed. He answered right away, gave me a very fair quote and came to my house later that day. In fact, due to an error on my part, he came out the next day as well. He was prompt, knowledgeable and gracious about my mess up the previous day. He repaired the chip quickly and beautifully. I strongly recommend him to anyone with windshield problems. read more

Great price, response time and prompt service at my home to fix my broken Tesla roof. Highly recommended!

Juan was great! For whatever reason, Yelp search did not surface this business to me when I searched for "windshield chip repair" with and without quotes - but one of the top resulting businesses was kind enough to point me to Juan at MGM auto glass. He did a great job - $120 for doing two chips (from size of a nickel to size of a tiny dent) with mobile service included so I didn't even have to bring my car anywhere. Would hire him again in an instant - though I guess I hope I don't have to. read more

I needed to get a Windshield Replacement and I used Yelp to reach out to the multiple businesses who offer this service. I put in a service request through Yelp at 8:11AM and I received a live response from Juan 1 minute later at 8:12AM. That's a quick response! We continued to exchange messages about the job and he gave me all the details I needed to know. Before I went with Juan & MGM Auto Glass, I did wait for the other businesses to respond so I can compare pricing. Juan & MGM Auto Glass had the better pricing for the service and they also had mobile service which ultimately sealed the deal for me. I was already prepared to bring my truck to a shop and then Uber home but was excited to find out he can come to the house and service. Dealing with Juan was simple and easy. He kept in constant communication with me about the time he was going to arrive. Showed up to the door, I handed him the keys and he went to work. He was in and out no more than 1 hour. He even took the broken windshield with him! You are able to pay with cash or card. If you're needing a windshield replacement or repair, give Juan & MGM Auto Glass a call! Quick response time, great pricing, great service! Thank you Juan & MGM Auto Glass! read more

Simply the best! My passenger side mirror was hit and was destroyed on 12/22. At that time it had been raining pretty bad so visibility was already an issue. I submitted 5 requests for quote on Yelp but i had also researched the the cost of the mirror and ordered the replacement online. My quote request was responded to immediately by MGM. They had the part but it wasn't an exact match to my car. They agreed to come to my house the next day to put the mirror on and then agreed to come back and switch it for me when the correct mirror arrived at no additional charge. Life saver! Friendly, reliable and a man of his word! Hightly reccomend! read more

I broke my windshield on my work van and through insurance was able to fix it with Lotus Glass. However, they didn't do a good job and during the first rain of the season the van was leaking water all inside and on the dash. When I reached back out to Lotus they said they were not going to fix it and basically I had to deal. I looked on Yelp and found MGM. They were super responsive via Yelp messages and gave me a direct quote. They came to my workplace the next day and tried to repair the glass, they offered me an even lower rate that what was quoted and said instead of replacing the glass that they can try to seal it. Unfortunately, we had to remove the entire glass where we found that the previous company had cut some corners and MGM was easily able to find the root of the leak and address the issue. All in all I ended up spending $280 but I couldn't be happier with the service and quality of work. TL;DR, hire them read more

On November 18, 2022 I called and got an estimate, $80 for the first repair and $20 for the second done on the same vehicle windshield.... We set up an appointment time for Saturday, the next day. Juan called when he was finishing up his prior appointment and showed up promptly. The windshield being fixed was on a car that had been in the shade and that worked out perfectly. Juan repaired two good size chips in the windshield, one of which had started to spider. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. read more

Daughter's Passat had small spiderweb chip in it. Worried it would spread like others I have had over the years, contacted Juan at MGM thru Yelp. That is a weird method, but it worked. Really quick responses in the afternoon, and we settled on next morning to do the stabilization repair. He was on time, nice guy and all, and went to work on the car. Examining closely he told me it had already been sealed and would not spread. Professional, quick, nice guy, would only take a small payment from me. Definitely one of the good guys. Thanks Juan hope I don't get chipped but I will call you when I do. Karl in San Jose read more

Juan was super responsive when I asked for a quote via Yelp to fix my fiancé's driver side car window. He replied within a few minutes and his quote was the cheapest compared to the other similar shops. On top of that, he will travel to YOU! If you have any glass issues with your car, then I highly recommend you reach out to Juan at MGM Auto Glass since he will get the job done FAST! On top of that, he is an honest guy. He told my fiancé to buy the parts himself and look up on Youtube how to fix it since it'll be cheaper. I am glad he isn't trying to milk $$$ and is able to get the job done.
