I own an HVAC company, and one of the front windshields on our work vehicle was cracked. Since we rely on our vehicles every day, I needed to get it replaced as quickly as possible. I called several other auto glass companies, but I received different quotes, and many of the prices were much higher than I expected. When I contacted Instant Auto Glass, Richard was extremely helpful and professional. He gave me a clear, upfront price with no surprises and was able to come directly to my business to complete the installation. Richard installed a brand-new front windshield on our Ford Transit/F-250, and I was honestly impressed by how fast, convenient, and smooth the entire process was. He arrived prepared, completed the job efficiently, and made everything easy from start to finish. The customer service, pricing, and quality of work were excellent. The service was quick and he cleaned out most of the glass that had fallen into the cracks (it's nearly impossible to get every single piece). I'll definitely contact Instant Auto Glass again if I ever need window repairs in the future!

I'm very disappointed with the result of this windshield rock chip repair…read more I understand that chip repairs are not always completely invisible and that results can vary depending on the damage. However, after the repair, the large bullseye outline and crack are still clearly visible. There was only a slight improvement, and the finished result looks far from what I would consider a good repair. Another issue was the pricing. The price I was quoted beforehand was different from the price I was charged when I arrived, which I found frustrating and unprofessional. Although their pricing may initially seem reasonable, I would recommend avoiding this place and choosing a more reputable windshield repair shop. Once resin has been injected and cured, another technician may have fewer options to redo or improve the repair. In my case, I paid for a repair that left the damage extremely noticeable, and I am not satisfied with either the workmanship or the overall experience. The before-and-after photos show the actual result.

I sent out a project request via Yelp and got multiple responses with quotes. The reason why I went with Onsite Auto Glass is because they were able to fit me into their schedule the following day and offered the most competitive pricing, while being very prompt in their response. I even received a phone call the next morning to confirm my appointment. The technician called me prior to arriving to my house and was ready to work. He told me it would take about 2 hours so I went back inside and proceeded to WFH. I came out a little over an hour later to check on the progress and took a picture of my car. All in all, the quality of the windshield is good for an aftermarket glass and the install appeared to go smoothly. I would dock a half a star simply because the technician didn't put a work mat on my hood and had all of his tools resting on top of my paint. Additionally, the old adhesive that was scraped off was left all over my driveway. I had to sweep and clean up the mess, which wasn't an issue but wish this was taken care of.
