I got the reasonable quote from the business owner It was very easy to schedule the service. They finished the job in less than 40 minutes. I had a great experience working with them. Najib was prompt in communicating all the details. I would recommend civic auto glass to anyone requiring a glass replacement/windshield replacement. read more

Amazing service and great quote price. They came to us and serviced my broken rear passenger vent window so quick! Less than 30minutes. Great men to work with. Definitely recommend and would call again for another fix! Update: They fixed my window quick, but I heard hissing from the window soon after driving my car. They came out to check it and forgot to pull the exterior gasket the first time. Said it was okay. I drove my car again and the hissing was still heard. Once they came out the third time, they were pretty reluctant in uninstalling and reinstalling the window until going on a test drive with them in the car to hear the hissing is still persistent. After the third visit, the hissing is no longer heard. Safe to say, probably an installation issue. Make sure to fully inspect their final work when they are done. I most likely won't be calling again for another fix. At least it was under workmanship warranty. read more

Responsive, good work, competitive prices. Love that they came to my home to replace my windshield.

I was hesitant seeing all these 5 star reviews but I can attest that yes this company is very much legit and they are definitely amazing and worth every star!!! I had a rock that fell on my windshield and needed it to be fixed. I had never dealt with this situation before so I went to my trusted go to Yelp reviews to contact local places. This place was one of the first to reply to my request. They responded super quickly and gave me a decent quote for the small size of the chip. Then they said that they can come to my house and fix it directly!! We set up a time for the next day. Talk about efficient! And then they even called and messaged me saying they can come earlier too which was totally fine. They fixed it super nicely, you can barely tell that any chip was there!! So if you are in need of any windshield repair I would definitely recommend this place! Five stars for communication, efficiency, professionalism and action oriented! Plus the value was super affordable and on point and super affordable. read more

Best prices we could find. Was easy to schedule and they did a great job. Would use them again.

So fast, really friendly and the price is incredible. Came to me and got everything squared away with impeccable speed :)

I needed a windshield replacement for my hyundai elantra so I contacted civic auto glass to ask questions including quotes and they were super responsive to all of them, very communicative and knowledgeable! I really appreciate their transparency and reassurance. I scheduled a time a few days later and they were able to come and get it done at my home in around 2 hours (they said it usually takes an hour or less, just had to get special tools for the calibration specific for my car) The job was done quick and cleanly! It was really good value too based on the research that I did with other auto glass shops. I'd recommend to anyone else needing this service and I'd come back to get any other related repairs needed in the future!!!! read more

Expertised workflow from matching my accessories to refurbishing to install. Door-to-Door service. Save lots of my time with a fair price.

Gave me a good quote on Yelp. Called & made appointment for same day. Text before arriving. Replaced window regulator in 30min and we paid as listed on Yelp. Great service - fast, efficient, friendly, professional. Same price as another mobile glass shop (but he has to order part & it's raining so we wanted it fixed ASAP). read more

Don't be put off by the 5 star rating. I really did have a great experience with Civic. I had a windshield replacement. So far so good, haven't washed it yet to check for leaks but I tested freeway for wind noise and collision detection and all worked. My 2017 Malibu Premier is notorious for misalignments (Recalibration) for non OEM glass, so I was concerned when they told me that they have had no problems using/installing non-OEM. The installer was personable and efficient, showed up when he said ETA. Didn't have the correct glass and had to return to pick up the correct one. Returned promptly and quickly started work, took around 30mins. Only took about 45mins to completion wheras I thought it would take a couple hours. I was pleasantly surprised. The price is all inclusive -glass, installation, mobile service and most importantly for me, recalibration. The others I checked charged extra. The price was the best of them all. Yes, I recommend this business. read more

This business is on point. Sent out a quote search on Yelp and Najib from Civic Auto Glass responded quickly and was one of the lowest cost for my Tacoma. He had an appointment the next afternoon between 12-2pm. The next day I realized I had another appointment at 11am kinda far from my house where my truck was. Najib texted and said he will be at my house in 25 mins. I saw the text 20 mins after they sent it and I was about a half an hour away. OMG! I called my family to give him the keys to the truck and I watched him and another worker on my security cam while they worked. I was jammin on the freeway trying to get home in time. They had a platform to place the glass on and prepped it while also removing the existing glass, foam, and adhesives. They finished quickly and everything looked good from my cams. Najib was packing up his gear and so I called him and let him know I was about 5 mins away down the street. As I was pulling up, he was already packed up and waiting. I got out and checked out the glass. Najib told me what he did and everything looked beautiful. The blue tape had to remain on for another few more hours for it to dry and viola! Quick, Simple, Easy! ICivic Auto Glass will work with your insurance. Their prices are very reasonable and for my vehicle it was so low, it didn't meet the deductible. That is totally fine with me!! They accept Zelle which is how I paid. I will use Civic Auto Glass again. Thanks guys! read more

Highly Recommend! Unfortunately our daughter's car was broken into this morning and both of her driver side windows needed to be replaced (one was broken and the other they tried to break and cracked). Samir was extremely responsive and their price for a mobile replacement was beyond fair and competitive. Thankfully they were able to come out today and even cleaned up the broken glass from not only inside the car, but also in the street. Don't sleep on them, they deserve your business and no this is not a paid advertisement. =) Thank you!!! read more

I wish I could give this business a 5+ star rating I found Civic Auto on yelp and chatted right away. They were very professional and responsive. They set up a convenient appointment time and kept to it. They even called to say they were on their way. They gave me a quote and honored it. To give you an idea how fair they are I did a quote with Safelite because they tout how they come to you. They quoted me $858-$929. Civic quoted me $400 flat rate and drove to Fremont. Once here, it took them 45 minutes to replace my windshield. They were fast and professional the whole time. I cannot say enough good things about Civic Auto Glass. It was a great experience. read more

Highly recommend ! They were so quick to respond, showed up in the window they gave me (and it was within an hour - not some of those services that give you ridiculous windows). They were able to look up my vin and make the best recommendation. I appreciate it when someone educates me on why things are the price and way they are. I'm someone who wants things done right the first time, very transparent and exceeds expectations. They were able to come and mobile repair my windshield after getting a few chips out on the road. Highly recommend if you're looking for a quick, easy, and flawless execution. It's a pain to get a windshield or anything repaired- with them it was easy ! read more
