Wow, these folks are legit! When I realized I had a starburst crack on my windshield Saturday morning (bummer!) I looked up windshield repair on Yelp and found these folks. I'm so glad I called - they picked up immediately Saturday morning and sent someone out within 2 hours. They were also super professional and clear with communication - because my car had been out and it was really hot that day, they warned me they couldn't in good conscience try the fix at that time because the heat made it much more likely for the repair to cause further damage. They worked with me to find another time later in the day they could come. They came back later in the afternoon when it was cooler and fixed it - and it looks really clean! There are no more cracks; just a small circular clear point where they had to put the glue. Amazing job well done, excellent service, and clear communication. 1. As shown in the photos, the trim pieces were reinstalled poorly. There are obvious alignment issues. The panel doesn't sit flush, and there's a visible gap in the trim. 2. When removing the old window, they also damaged the paint underneath the quarter panel. I couldn't get a photo because the damage is beneath the glass, but I saw it during the replacement. 3. They blamed "after-market tolerances," but that's like faulting a Lego brick when you didn't press it down. Properly set glass should sit flush (no daylight, no fingernail gap). It's a low price because they carry low-quality products. They claimed this was rock damage, can anyone see the impact of the rock? It's cheap glass that cracks on itself. Asked via Yelp for a glass replacement. They gave an estimate and we decided to go with them. So many red flags with this store 1. They told me to come to a different location than what's on Yelp. When I asked, they said (we also do here) depending on the appointment times we will send here. This should have driven me off, but my windshield has a big crack. So I agreed to do it here 2. After the work is done, they suddenly say "we cannot take CC, only zelle". I told them that I don't use zelle. And no one told me no CC. 3. Someone called me over the phone and asked me for CC details over the phone. I declined, and the person was accusing me of not paying. I was saying, I am staying here, I will not send my CC numbers to strangers.. 4. After so many back and forth, Finally they brought the tile device (they had it but definitely wanted to steal my CC( 5. They didn't give me a receipt. They gave some written work claiming it was done. Dunno if I was scammed by an old employee who had an old shirt with the logo. Or this is genuinely how they do business.
