UPDATE JULY 25 MY WINDSHIELD IS LEAKING AFTER GETTING A CARWASH. They ended up giving me a refund because I refuse to have them replace my glass for the 4th time?? UPDATE AUGUST 5, Safelight came to my house to change my windshield and upon assessing it, he said whoever replaced the windshield completely ruined the clips and glued the windshield to the molding so it cannot be fixed. Look at ugly ass mold job they did. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, do not go to this company! And if you did/do, get a car wash to make sure it ain't gonna leak!! read more

Talk about turning a crappy day around. So we found out a family member's sunroof had been vandalized, and, fun fact: their insurance they had been lying for over 25 years (looking at you, Liberty Mutual) didn't cover it. After some research I called Xpro Auto Glass and spoke with Rick. Super friendly, walked me through exactly how the process works and what to expect (major relief). They got us a quote as soon as the glass came in, called that same day, and scheduled the tech. Enter Raldy, the absolute MVP. It was pouring rain, yet Raldy came out, fixed the sunroof in what felt like no time, and left the car spotless (seriously, not a speck of glass left). 10/10. Professional, quick, friendly service with zero fuss. If you're dealing with auto glass drama, these are the folks you want. More expensive than a deductable but worth it for someone to come to your home, fix the issues in the rain and get it done in less than an hour. read more

I had a great experience with Xpro Auto Glass. After my initial windshield replacement, my Honda's ADAS calibration could not be completed because OEM glass was required. Although the OEM windshield was on national backorder, the team stood behind their work, honored their commitment to provide the correct glass, and kept me updated throughout the process. As soon as the OEM windshield arrived, they scheduled my appointment promptly, completed the replacement, and successfully calibrated all of my Honda Sensing safety features. My vehicle is now working exactly as it should. I especially appreciate that Xpro didn't take the easy way out when an unexpected issue came up. They took responsibility, communicated professionally, and followed through until everything was resolved. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. A big thank you to Marcel and the entire Xpro Auto Glass team for their honesty, professionalism, and dedication to making things right. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing windshield replacement or ADAS calibration services. read more

Nothing bad! They weren't able to help me in the timeframe I had to get my windshield problem fixed.

The '25 Prologue I was driving still has temporary plates and it got its first battle scar. Something hit the front passenger window while it was on the freeway and it shattered the glass. Called a couple of places and gravitated towards X Pro. They have mobile service and gave me a 3 hour window. Ricky the sales rep worked with me on the scheduling. He made everything go smoothly despite a few changes on my part. So he earned my business. I thought he was hilarious when he started buttering me up on how Prologue is a very special car. Can't blame him for trying but he should know to close the deal when he got the business. Anything more actually risks loosing the deal. A simple "Thank you for your business. Our techs are highly trained and will take good care of you" would have been a perfect close. Henry Martinez called 15 min ahead of arrival and was pretty much on time. Given it is a new car and he worked in the client's presence, I'd say he did a fantastic job. The perfectionist in me was able to nit pick a few things. Yeah, the broken glass will be sitting in the bottom where it is too tight for the vacuum to pick up even with the crevice tool. He made reasonable effort and did ensure I was ok with it before moving on. The glass replacement process was fluid! This guy is experienced! All in all, I can't complain other than the fact that the incident happened at all. I'd say well done! And would definitely come back if I need to replace my auto glass again. Hopefully, not for a long ,long time. read more

If there was an option to give 0 stars, I would. I drive a Toyota Camry XSE that has extensive features that needs OEM (original) glass, not just any type of glass to make sure that it will calibrate properly with all its safety features. AAA sent me to Safelite which they gave me problems so I decided to look for a diff shop myself. On June 16, I inquired with XPro after all the reviews I saw and received a quote right away. Rafael worked me with extensively. He's very knowledgeable and patient (AT FIRST). He worked with me despite my frustrations and lack of trust with shops. After all the convincing, I decided to go with XPro. On June 17, AAA denies my request for OEM glass once again so I would have to pay out of pocket. On June 18, I decided I will pay out of pocket to get the best glass that I need and guarantee my safety when I'm driving. I give Rafael a call back regarding my decision and he explains to me that Pilkington is basically OEM so that I dont have to pay more than my deductible and pay out of pocket. I listen to Rafael and decide to go with Pilkington and he sets me up with a schedule for the next day. June 19, I was initially set up for a 9-12pm schedule but it got changed to 2-5pm. I wait at home all day, 4pm comes, still nothing so I decide to call. Only then did they tell me that they just checked the glass and it had a big scratch. No updates all day. If I didn't call, I wouldn't have found out. So I had to wait over the weekend to get my car fixed. June 23, my appointment comes. Raldy the service tech said it will take an hour which it did. Then after the service, he said I have to wait for someone to come to do the calibration which I was not informed it was a separate appointment. I was so confused because nobody had mentioned it to me beforehand. He said someone will just call me but nobody did. I had to call XPro myself to try and figure out this whole calibration thing. I called back very upset and spoke with Rick asking for Rafael. Rafael no longer wanted to talk after the service had already been done and paid for and now that I'm having issues with the calibration. Rick was the one that assisted me instead. He kept insisting that my car will be safe to drive even without calibration, and that it was only AAA requiring it and it didn't really need calibration. I insist to have the calibration done ASAP because I haven't been able to use my car for a week already. Not to mention that it was actually a diff company who was going to do the calibration and not XPro. So I had to wait for that company to reach out to me to get the calibration done because "it's already out of their hands" of when the calibration company will be available to complete the service. Thank God I used my insurance, otherwise, they will insist not to do the calibration anymore. The whole process has been so upsetting. The timing is too long. Their communication is really bad. I went with the company because of the reviews but it was opposite of what I experienced. I will not be recommending this company to anybody, not even to my family and friends. read more

Rain + California Highway = bad combo. I received not one but THREE cracks and chips on my Tesla's windshield in the span of a week. The tiny rock projectiles that fly up from the highway were like deadly missiles out to destroy my car. My Tesla Model Y is brand new so I wanted to get the best possible repair. I called a bunch of different autoglass repair shops but I knew my car was in the right hands when I called Xpro. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE I spoke to David on the phone and he was so easy to talk to and he genuinely seemed like he cared about my car. He was able to quote me a price immediately and schedule a SAME DAY appointment! Other shops I talked to were 1. Unresponsive 2. Unable to work on Teslas 3. Were rude or rushed when talking to me. FAST TURNAROUND A lot of other shops I talked to wanted me to schedule the appointment a week out. I knew that small chips have the potential to spread into huge cracks so I wanted it to be fixed ASAP. David was able to fit me into the schedule on the same day! MOBILE REPAIR The cherry on top is that Xpro offered free mobile service, meaning they came to my location and I didn't have to meet them at a physical shop. I was at work that day so they came to my office in Palo Alto. It took the technician about 30min to fill the cracks on my windshield. If you're in the Bay Area and you're looking for an auto glass fix, call Xpro right now. I highly recommend them for their amazing customer service, efficient technicians, and convenience. They turned a headache into a solution and booking them was a breeze! read more

Would definitely recommend - Experience: I had such a great experience with Xpro auto glass repair service, I called on 9/5/2025. They were extremely efficient, almost to the point where it was too good to be true and I thought there would be some sort of "catch." The staff was professional, the quality of work was excellent, and the turnaround was faster than I expected. I really appreciated how seamless the whole process was. Price: When I checked out their website, I just wanted to get a quote and they called me within 1 hour of me filling out a form for requesting their quote. I had a giant crack in my front windshield window that I needed to get fixed. I paid $365 TOTAL - which included everything including them driving TO MY HOUSE, replacing the glass, and taxes. Service: I really like how transparent they were about pricing. They gave me the price, told me that it included tax/labor and were even able to get a guy out to my house THAT SAME DAY. I requested the quote at 10 am, received a call around 10:40 am ish, and had an appointment so wasn't able to go home until later and asked them to come to my house anytime after 2 pm. They said that they could make that work and were able to get a guy to come at 3 pm that day. He took only 40 minutes to replace my window and took the whole cracked windshield window with him so that I didn't even have to worry about disposal or anything. I was able to pay with my credit card and the whole process literally was so easy. If needed, they even said that they could meet me where my appointment was and get it done while I went to my appointment (but my appointment was short so I wanted to be home). This whole experience was so seamless I honestly can't believe how easy it was. Would for sure recommend. read more

Miguel is professional and fast with communication, however, the technician is very hard to work with. I parked my car on the side of a public street to get the window replaced. I gave him my car key as well. I want to stay close to my car during the repair process because I don't feel safe leaving my car there, and also I have no where to go. But the technician rudely tells me to leave, and said he will charge 25 bucks extra if I don't leave. It's my car and I paid my service fee, I have the right to watch and make sure my car is in good shape. read more

Absolutely incredible place! I needed a windshield replacement and was really crunching on time. I called just after 9 am on Saturday and Miguel was so helpful and was able to get me scheduled for that day! Henry came about 3:15 and my car was done by 4! My new windshield is spotless and looks like nothing happened at all. Plus, the cost was well under what two other places had quoted. Will definitely be recommending them to everyone! read more

I've used XPro twice now and they have been amazing both times! First was for a windshield replacement and the second was for a quarter glass; both were same day turnaround on a Saturday. Most of the other shops couldn't do it until at least Monday, but David was able to send someone out within a few hours. My quarter glass was smashed and the technician even cleaned up the glass inside my car - wish I had some cash on me for tip because he was amazing. XPro is the best around - if you're in the unfortunate situation where you need glass replaced on your car, don't hesitate to call them! read more

Highly Recommend. My car sunroof shattered while on a road trip from Washington to California. My husband was able to call them up on a Friday to see about getting it replaced so we could go home. I originally had my windshield replaced in early 2024. Everything seemed fine. A coupe weeks after my windshield was replaced my rearview mirror fell off the windshield. They came back to fix it but it happened again. They came back to fix it once again. All was fine until about a month ago when the rear view mirror once again fell off the windshield. This never happened prior to having my windshield replaced. I called x3 to try to speak to a manager and never heard back. read more

From start to finish love the communication, easy scheduling and they will do all the insurance stuff for you.

Rick and the team at Xpro are amazing. Not only did Rick assist with the insurance portion, he provided valuable insights to how the process works and things to be aware of, truly a customer advocate. I had a very short timeline to get both my windshield and sunroof replaced, Xpro was able to source the parts, and worked me into a very booked schedule. The part that truly amazed me were the communications from Rick and Xpro, they provided critical timely and prompt information. This is a lost art in today's business environment. I'd recommend Xpro to anyone needing replacement glass of anything type!! read more

If you live in the Bay Area and need your glass replaced on your car - stop searching and hire Xpro. They are the kindest, most communicative and wonderful company to work with. My car was broken into and they were my first call. I had the best conversation with RIck who was so kind when I told him that my car was broken into. The glass I needed, he said would take 4 days to get and then encouraged me to call other glass companies to see if they could get it earlier because he didn't want me to wait. I called two other companies who said they would contact me later, no one did. I followed up with Rick telling him I wanted to work with Xpro. While I was trying to figure out what I was going to do with my smashed back window for four days. The next day, Rick called and said that they found the glass I needed and could be there the next day to replace the back window. I had to continue working with them because another window was broken at the same time and they continued to be the best company to work with. They did the most amazing job and were so kind and I don't know how to thank Rick and his team for everything that they have done. HIRE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE THE BEST! read more

Everything went very smoothly was able to do same day windshield replacement. Pricing was pretty good too for the services.

Very disorganized experience. I contacted Xpro to replace my moonroof, but when the technician arrived, they were prepared to replace the windshield instead. Requested a windshield replacement, great quote and customer service. Unfortunately, during the initial service the technician did break a couple pieces on the inside, so I had to go through their customer service again to get that fixed. There was someone I talked to that tried to convince me because it's an older car it's susceptible to breaking, which was unacceptable however I was able to get the issue resolved. Overall good experience minus the part where I got told that German cars are harder to service... read more

I contacted them to repair a rock chip on my two cars. They came out and "repaired" both windshields. This consisted of drilling into the glass (apparently to stop the spread of small cracks} and to allow the resin to penetrate. He then used a tool to force the resin into the chip and cracks. When he got done he smeared some clear resin over the outside and pressed a plastic square over it. He gave me a new razor blade and told me to scrape off the resin the next day.i did so and as i got to the center a piece of the resin in the hole popped out. This left a small crater on both windshields. The came back out to fix it. Applied more resin and scraped it off a few minutes later. The result is not good. Not only are the rock chips MORE visible but if I run my finger over the site I can still feel an indentation. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR REPAIRING GLASS. See the two photos. This is what it looks like from inside. David's response is total BS. First, I can still see the cracks in places, so I doubt that it will not continue to crack. Secondly, this result (see pics) is nowhere near what I have experienced in the past, nor what you can see dozens if not hundreds of examples where the end result is not perfect, but is better than it was. The same cannot be said about the two repairs on two entirely separate vehicles (2018 CRV, 2020 Forester). One would think that a competent repair would have improved one or the other. However both of them are far more obvious and far worse than they started out. Even after the second visit, the outer surface is not flat. There is still a dent/crater that was not filled. This is not just sour grapes. This is clearly an incompetent repair X2. I highly recommend that everyone steer clear of this place, Incidentally, the repair he is so strenuously defending was apparently subbed out. The vehicle that showed up to do the repair said Gateway Auto Glass on the side, which is in San Ramon and XPro is in Danville. read more

I got my windshield replaced 3 1/2 months ago and yesterday my rear view mirror and whole unit broke off in my hand. I called and they said it's been more than 30 days so sorry it's not our fault! I took it apart and the metal plate piece is bent from how they pry it off of my old windshield. It can not be repaired and they don't just sell that metal plate so now I have to buy a whole new unit. How would I have done that??? Terrible customer service and no accountability. Go to Safelite. I definitely should have. I would have given it 0 stars if I could have. read more

Excellent service. Would use again. Fixed my son's broken window quickly and really good communication.

Used their service for a cracked windshield, I hate all the big rigs on the 880 that whip pebbles into your windshield! I've had two cracked windshields in less than a year ddue to this work commute. Anyway, the process was very easy, their customer service walked me through the process with zero attitude. The included mobile service means they come right to you which saves the hassle of bringing it into a shop and waiting around for them to finish. I just woke up, unlocked the car for them to access inside, and went back to sleep. Will 100% be using them again! read more
