This place was awesome. Fixed my car very quickly. I was in and out in such a short time. I called 5 other glass repair shops and the price that was quoted from others were so ridiculously expensive. Express quoted the lowest price and I was every pleased with the work that was done. read more

I really hate driving 880, this morning I was behind one of those fancy tech worker busses when a rock flew out and hit my windshield on my brand new car! As soon as I had a chance I check my windshield and I had a very small, what I thought was a chip on it. So I reached out to near by glass places for a quote to have it repaired. Express Auto responses to me within 10 minutes and had an availability during the lunch hour which was very convenient. I stopped by during my lunch break, they came and looked at my car and said that it is not a chip and just a small scratch. And explained the chip fixing process, since this was just a small scratch I should not have to worry about it. They did not try to up sell me on anything or even charge me anything to look at it. They where honest about the service and quoted me a fair price! It's not to often you find places like this! Hopefully I do not have to come back, but next time I have any glass issues read more

Awful service! I made several attempts to get my windshield repaired here. I called twice and the owner would say he would check things out and call back. He'd never call back, I'd follow up and he said he was at lunch so I tried giving him a call the next day... same thing! If you're looking for your glass repaired do not depend on this place!!! read more

5 Star REVIEWS HAHA! How much did they pay you guys to write out THESE LIES! THIS PLACE is LESS then 1 star!. Quality WORK! LOL NOT HERE! This place does not care about work at all, sure they will give you a low price You get express work, express bad work. If I wanted someone to do a bad job on my auto glass I would of done it myself It looks like a 4th grader put on epoxy on my glass. Don't worry they covered it with blue tap so I couldn't see it until after I took off the tape. Stay away from this low quality shop. Shop elsewhere read more

AMAZING place - sorry more folks from $F will never find this lil treasure in the east bay. so, like MANY others, i was vandalized last night and my back window was smashed wide open...leaves a SICK feeling in your stomach when your car had been violated. i live in miserable haye$ valley in $F, so MONEY is all $F thinks about these days. called around to various $F places when i saw my destruction...$350 to replace the back glass on a 95 isuzu? are you NUTS!?!?!?!??!?!?! AND that stinking place in the mission that quoted me that exorbitant price...(shall i tell you who the mofos were???) should be shot LUCKILY, my family lives in hayward so i thought i could do a visit AND get my glass taken care of. so i called and spoke to the manager. YES, they could do it NOW and YES, for ONLY $200. they were wonderful - truly. even talked to me about some other work my car needs but ill have to defer on for now - but they were NICE AND had great prices to offer and HELPFUL did i say NICE? This place was awesome...fast service, had a minor car scratch on my rear bumper which one of the staff khan offered to look at it. After 2 minutes my scratch was gone...he didn't even ask for any cash like most auto shops would. After they replaced my front windshield he informed me that they can match any price out there. This place is legit!!!! Don't forget to check and receive a discount! read more

I have a 2005 Honda accord and I needed to replace my windshield after a giant rock smashed it on 880. Damn 880! I made an appointment the day prior and everything pulled through. I came on a Saturday at 9am. It took them about 30 minutes to replace my windshield so in the meantime, I walked to a nearby Starbucks. When I came back, I was happy with the results. They advised me to leave my windshield alone - meaning no washing the car or removing the blue painters tape. I did exactly that and it's been a few months with my windshield perfectly in place. read more

I came across this hidden automotive glass gem by accident. I had actually scheduled an appointment down the street from this place, but as I was getting ready to leave the house, I misplaced my keys!! I had to be there by 4:30. When I called to let them know I was running late, I stumbled across the phone number to this place. They stayed open until 5, lucky for me, and quoted me a cheaper price than the other place by $20. When I drove up, the owner, Amad, a total sweetheart by the way, helped me out of my car and offered me a seat in the heated office. It was rather chilly outside. I was comfy and out of their hair in no time! Amad and his team fixed me up with a brand new beautiful windshield. On my way home, it looked as if I was driving with no windshield at all. That's how clear and good it looked! These guys were great. Great service. Great time. Great price. Great value. I strongly suggest you stop by and check them out for yourself. They'll probably wind up saving you some money. And who doesn't like that?? read more

Quick and easy repair of my side window by Express Auto Glass. I had my car window smashed in. I called around to different places and found some super inflated prices for a car window. They cleaned out all the broken glass in my car put in the new glass quick and easy and it looks great. The are also available when you need them. I called on July 4th and they were there to answer my call, great service. read more

This place is great. Their work is fast and reliable. I called the guy over the phone to get a quote and it turned out to be the cheapest. I brought my car in the next day and everything was done professionally in 30 minutes. I highly recommend this auto glass service. read more

I took my 4runner here yesterday. I was quoted $130 for a rear window by Amad. They sent me a txt pic saying they have a new window in stock. I got there and it looked used. I did not call anywhere else for a quote and just wanted this repaired. I called this place due to the good reviews I read on yelp. Most of all it was next to my home and it was convenience. Since I am booked on time I just told them to go ahead with the repair. They then ripped out my rear window, using a razor blade. This is standard procedure. However I later on found that THEY CARELESSLY SCRATCHED MY PAINT WITH THE RAZOR AROUND THE WINDOW. If this was my other car (newer) I would be furious. However my 4runner is not a beater either. So after they removed the old glass I was told the glass did not fit. They got another glass and I find out after they got the new glass that it would cost 30 bucks more? Why since they are both new right? At this point I noticed the scratches on my truck. I told them to stop the work. I just wanted to get out of there. I use to manage auto repair shops and dealerships for 10 years. Nothing about this place is professional. They don't even have the right tools for the job. Ill take my truck to a professional shop, which cost 40 bucks more from their SECOND quote. Even if its out of my way. I would hate to think what additional damage may have occurred if they completed the job. See the pictures and judge for yourself. Ignore the tape residue around the scratches. Update to your response: If you cant fess up to the scratches you put on. I can post pictures prior to bring it into your shop since I took pictures for my insurance company. I'm providing a honest feedback. You said the glass is from ATI? You told me it was Pilkington brand. Sound like you are running your business with lies. If you really want to take this further I can let the small claims court decide. read more

I called Safelite because their t.v. commercial represent them as readily available. Well, no available mobile appointments for two weeks, and if I want to go in person, Redwood City was the closest available location. But, their quote of $500 was ridiculous. So, I looked online and found Express Auto Glass. What a great find! Not only was the window much cheaper (they even called to offer me a used one at an even lower price!) the whole thing took less than 3 hrs. I highly recommend Express Auto Glass. read more

A rock hit my windshield and Amad at Express Auto Glass took care of me! I called in and he reassured me that he could see me before they closed. Super friendly, reliable and informative! I give this place five stars and my highest recommendation for glass repairs! ---- More backstory if you would like to read: I was driving on the freeway and a rock hit my windshield and I immediately started calling places to get it repaired. Most places are mobile services and charge $70+ to seal the crack. I called Amad and he assured me that I could be seen that day. I drove over and he came out immediately and started helping me. I had spoken to the dealership service department earlier and they had mentioned it would costs $900 to order my windshield because it was a brand new car and currently no aftermarket products were available. I was determined to get the crack sealed. Amad made this happen and I can barely see the seal at all. I have never seen such a great job on a seal before. So happy that I found this place! read more

I was a loyal customer to Express Auto Glass until my most recent visit. My car window got broken into the other weekend and I came here to get it fixed as I usually do (I have the worst luck with getting my car window broken into. This will be my third and last window repair at this location). I took the blue tape off my car the next day as instructed and an ENTIRE STRIP OF PAINT CAME OFF. I came back to Express Auto Glass and the owner blamed it on the manufacturer, saying the manufacturer did a bad paint job, and that blue tape is not suppose to strip paint because it's "painters tape". While this may or may not be true, I received no type of compensation or empathy for what happened to my car as a result of THEIR services. All I know is I came to this shop to get my broken car window fixed and I left with an even bigger problem. I asked if there was anything they could do, he replied no and that it would cost $400-$500 to get it repainted. I could not believe it. Please think twice before selecting Express Auto Glass for services on your car. They do not genuinely care about their customers; they only care about money. read more

I had a piece of the trim gasket at the top of my windshield come loose. I was worried about leakage this winter. I called 9 area companies, including Safelite (BTW,they were the highest, double all others!), 8 of them telling me I had to change the entire windshield. I called Express Glass, and spoke to Seth, and made an appointment for Saturday at 9a. Seth looked at my issue, and informed me that the trim needing changing, not the whole windshield. He is AWESOME!!!! I took multiple cards for the company, and I wholeheartedly recommend you contact Seth, he was nice, professional, and doesn't try to sell you what you do not need!!! I came here on a Saturday to replace my windshield as I had a few cracks that spread from a tiny chip. My husband called around to see who was available at a convenient time for us and who had decent prices. Our search came to this place! Service was prompt and quick. It took about 45 min for the whole thing which was expected. We waited in the waiting room with a written sign for access to their wifi (which is a definite plus!). I waited to make sure everything was sealed and good with my windshield before writing this review. No air pockets, nothing weird, everything looks amazing and I'm glad I can see through a clear glass again! I'm so happy! Prices seriously can't be beat!
