I was very impressed with the professionalism Envision offered. And thier quick response. Even though I went with a different company I had to leave them a good review. I only went with a different company, because they are down the street from me, Envision is about 20min away. But, both places had approximately the same price. I also appreciated that Envision can do tint as well as the window replacement. I have them in my phone just incase. I live in Oakland, so you never know when they'll get you! Envision Auto glass was terrific. Kendrick emailed me right back when I asked for a quote and availability. When I called, Sean was friendly and connected me to Kendrick who came to fix my window within the hour. Which was great since it was raining. Kendrick was polite, friendly and went beyond just fixing the glass by really cleaning up and making sure there were no random pieces of glass in the car or outside on the street. Definitely recommend and would call again for another fix! Update: They fixed my window quick, but I heard hissing from the window soon after driving my car. They came out to check it and forgot to pull the exterior gasket the first time. Said it was okay. I drove my car again and the hissing was still heard. Once they came out the third time, they were pretty reluctant in uninstalling and reinstalling the window until going on a test drive with them in the car to hear the hissing is still persistent. After the third visit, the hissing is no longer heard. Safe to say, probably an installation issue. Make sure to fully inspect their final work when they are done. I most likely won't be calling again for another fix. At least it was under workmanship warranty.
