I absolutely recommend Envision Auto Glass. My car was broken into and I have never ever had this happen to me or anyone close to me. Needless to say I was lost. We originally did a claim through our insurance but due to a larger deductible it just did not make sense. We were referred to Envision Auto Glass. Let me say I could not have been happier with this choice. The repair specialist came on time and was so nice. He explained thoroughly the service. It was hot that day and he did everything at my driveway. I felt bad that he had no shade but was comforted that it did not take too long. He did an amazing job. The car no longer rattles with the broken glass and he did an awesome job. I would like to forget that incident happened. Luckily, it was fixed like nothing happened. Thank you so much. read more

I was very happy with my experience here. My window suddenly stopped working and I came near closing. They treated me very kind and explained everything they did thoroughly. I will be recommending their services to family and friends. read more

Superb service...from the initial inquiry to the delivery of my vehicle. I requested a quote from a couple of places, but this one stood out to me. The text conversation with Sean was very polite and professional. I decided to go with Envision, then a co-worker suggested them and I knew I made the right decision. I inquired, received a quote, and scheduled appointment all on Friday afternoon. My appointment was for Monday afternoon at 1pm and my car was delivered to my job around 4pm. I can't remember the two gentlemen that delivered my car, but they were polite as well. The service I received was great, my window is back to its self, and I'm happy. If you ever need your glass replaced, Envivion Auto Glass is highly recommended. read more

I requested quotes from multiple companies for my Kia EV6 front windshield replacement. Sean's responses were quick, felt easy going (no pressure and no AI responses) and price was reasonable compared to others. I ended up going with my insurance and they worked seamlessly in the background to get that figured out. They told me up front that Kias tend to glue tightly the bracket things on the sides and there was a chance they would break (they informed me of this before they started the replacement). if they did break, they would replace them. So.. they did break, I heard Sean order the parts while I was there, and then one of the workers came to my house the following week (windshield was already replaced and secured) and he then replaced the sides with the new pieces. Sean and his employees were kind and friendly. Great service. No sleeziness!! I highly recommend them! read more

Great service! I got the quote quickly and the responses are in details. Technicians are very respectful and professional. I asked a call before they came over and they did contact me in advance and updated me timely. All the work was done under 2 hours. I definitely recommend their service. read more

I had a very good experience with these guys. The service they provide is top notch. I had a very large crack in my windshield that needed to be replaced. Dropped my car off in the late morning and it was fixed and ready for pick up in about an hour and a half. I did have an incident where I lost my wallet somewhere between dropping the car off for service and leaving my house. I called them to ask if they would take a quick look to see if it had fallen by my seat somewhere. They looked everywhere inside my car for it. Taking the time to do that was above and beyond. That's the kind of people who run this shop behave, super friendly, caring and engaging folks. I did misplace my wallet at home but I was grateful for their concern to look thoroughly for it. I highly recommend Envision Auto Glass to service you vehicle. read more

About a month ago, cracked the rear windshield of my Tesla 3. Huge piece of glass, so it would be pricey to replace. Envision was super responsive, and their prices were reasonable. They thought it would take two days to procure the replacement, but they got the piece the very next day. I drove in that same day. Sean was great with the customer service and Kendrick completed the installation. Kendrick even let me take a photo of my car with the windshield removed. I took a long walk (my guess is two very long blocks, or almost a mile) to grab lunch at Tony's taco truck. The burrito was excellent. By the time I walked back they were nearly done with the replacement. A month later I am super pleased. Thank you Sean and Kendrick. read more

Superb service and a pleasure dealing with Sean and Marvin. Excellent team , thorough and thoughtful and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. I had a windshield replaced on our Sienna and also had a ppt/tpu film applied on both our cars. They had the windshield ordered and in within 1 day and had the car ready in a few hours. Pricing was very reasonable. I see no need to go anywhere else for my auto glass needs. I believe they do auto detailing and graphite ceramic coating as well. read more

I absolutely recommend this business; both for price and a quality job. Envision beat the price of two other local business, not counting the big chain that advertises constantly (the MOST expensive by far). Envision also went the extra mile to make sure I had the correct glass. For some reason, the VIN indicated glass that was missing some heated glass around the wipers (didn't eve know I had the feature). The installers noticed the problem and they went back to their supplier to get the correct glass. It didn't even delay the install since they could continue the prep. This place has good people and is a total class act. read more

I can't say enough good things about Marvin. I made a mistake of choosing the wrong percentage of the tint. , needed redone and he went above and beyond -- he replaced the entire install and quote me a very excellent price. That kind of integrity is rare. The quality of his work is top tier: precision install, no dust or creases, and he walked me through care instructions. My car looks sleek and the heat reduction is noticeable already. Marvin is knowledgeable, fair, and truly cares about his customers. If you're in the Castro Valley/East Bay area and need tint, he's your guy. read more

Absolute perfection from start to finish. I reached out yesterday, and by today, they were at my driveway. The repair was a masterclass in professionalism. They were punctual, communicative, and set clear expectations. The results? Nothing short of a miracle. They did such a flawless job that I literally couldn't find where the crack had been--and I knew exactly where to look! Even he had to take a second to locate the repair site because it was so seamless. If you value convenience, fair pricing, and impeccable craftsmanship, look no further. read more

They are awesome had a cracked window and it was fixed right away very nice and clean and local best place for window repair

Overall: The service provided by Envision Auto Glass was great. They did all the work to locate and order the correct replacement glass and installed in record time. By the sound of the vacuum, it seemed like it took them more time to clean out all the broken glass than to install the new window. Sean and his team were friendly and had me back on the road in no time. Communication: I was contacted within a few minutes of opening up a project request for auto glass replacement on Yelp. While other vendor messages cut straight to the point with quotes and availability, what stood out most from Envision was that Sean started by thanking me for reaching out and apologizing for my situation. You think a smashed window wouldn't be a big deal, but some how you still feel violated having your property vandalized. Sean's kind words helped put some of that feeling at ease. Availability: Although Envision did not have the proper glass on hand for my vehicle, they did the research to find one. They informed me the glass would need to be shipped from out of state. They outlined my options and cost, letting me make the final decision. The replacement glass made it in overnight and Envision was able to service my vehicle immediately. Facility: The facility was great. They have a nice waiting room with seating, light beverages and wifi if you need. Though because they finished so quickly, I barely got to take advantage of it :) read more

Had my vehicle window busted out 9/5 at a local Starbucks and backpack stolen. I reached out to Envision Auto Glass to get a quote for replacement, front drivers side window. I had been chatting with customer service to find out a billing question. They told me they would get back to me shortly, and they did. We worked out the billing and the cost was very reasonable. They got me scheduled that morning for replacement and their guy came out right away and repaired my window within an hour and a half. I was very happy with their service and pricing and highly recommend them if you need a window replaced in a hurry. Sean the CEO/founder worked with me and my boss to get the job done and I couldn't be happier with their service. The guy came out cleaned out all the broken glass in the door and got the new window installed. Thanks so much Sean for providing excellent service and pricing. read more

I was very impressed with the communication and quality of service. My technician took time to examine the cracks in my windshield and explain the repair process and possible complications. I had a great experience with Envision Auto Glass and their team members especially Marvin. We had a minor schedule challenge on the day of getting my car worked on for replacing old tint on my vehicle windows, but the shop made it right by communicating with me as soon as possible and getting Marvin, the tint installer to working with me that morning. Sean and his team did an amazing job triaging and repairing my window - they were quick, knowledgeable, and super friendly. My rear window wasn't rolling down anymore, and, diagnosing over Yelp, they suspected it was a broken regulator, so asked me to bring it in to get it checked out. When they opened the door up, they discovered that the regulator and glass was fine, but the piece holding the window had snapped. They quickly replaced just that piece (saving me some $$) and helped diagnose what caused the snap. I was in and out in 1 hr! If I need more auto glass work, I'll definitely be back. Thanks y'all! read more

I'm glad I found Envision on State Farm's list of providers and saw all the great yelp reviews - Kendrick was kind and friendly and was happy to schedule our car in the next day in less than 24 hours for a 2023 Model Y front windshield repair (had a rock chip that cracked across more than 10 inches). They took me in a bit earlier the next day, which I appreciated and everything was super easy. I would definitely recommend them to everyone - especially all my Alameda mom friends because the shop is pretty close in San Leandro - a quick 15 min drive. Everything was seamless and quick - very efficient and highly recommended! Sean the owner is also kind and friendly! read more
