Some asshole decided to break into my car and just obliterated my rear drivers side window. Left glass in the interior and all over the place! Window rolled down, wouldn't roll up. Great time since it has finally started to rain. I do some research online, most likely the regulator. My mechanic confirms that it's the regulator. Jeff's mobile glass came by to replace a window in a commercial truck. When I asked if they replaced regulators they said absolutely. I gave them my card and they said they'd contact me with a quote. Very good price! I might have been able to do it myself, but who knows what I would have run into as far as the necessary tools. They said they would get the parts and contact me the next day. They gave me a call to let me know that they were on the way. When they had a problem with the part, the put the door panel back together and got my window up and secured until they could get the correct part. They ended up installing a new regulator AND a motor. My motor was working, but it wasn't much more and it was a complete kit that fit. Repair done in 1 day, cost a little more than the quote, but not much more and a have a complete new motor and regulator. Completely satisfied with the communication, service, and price. I called this business at 7am desperate to get my car window fixed after a thief broke it the previous night. He quoted me, $315, which thought was a good deal because it was lower than my deductible. He set me up with an appointment for the day after I called between 9-10am. During our call, I told him I was very nervous about my car being stolen because my window was broken and he responded ,"don't lose sleep over it". A condescending response. Fast forward to the day of my appointment, panicking, I called because I hadn't heard from him since our conversation. I called twice, no answer. So I figured he wasn't showing up. What a sh*tty a** day! I'm a teacher. I don't make a lot of money ok? But I love what I do. I was in the store for 15 minutes, buying food for my students. When I returned to my car, my passenger window was broken and my back pack was gone! But jokes on those fools! There was nothing in my back pack but my grade book, calendar and papers! I initially was going to use the auto glass company that has a relationship with my auto insurer, AAA. Their salesman said, "Oh, we'll come to you, wherever you like." Well you just found it!!! This is a old school shop, that takes pride in there work...not all shops are alike, and believe me, it is a art to do a proper installation and take pride in every job. I got a crack in my windshield, when I went online to put in a clam, they referred me to Safelite. Which I found out latter has a contract with most insurance company for a discount to the company....I had to book a appointment 2+ weeks out, when the installer showed up, he said....ohh this car is to old, we won't fix it, you might have rust...please. I am a car buff, and while the car is 20 years old it is in perfect condition. Jeff not only fixed it the next day with OEM glass, but took the extra step to clean and prep the surface so rust would not form in the future. Love this shop, and you will too!!!! read more

Went thru my insurance to set up an appt with Jeff's. They were the soonest appt we could get. Day of appt, they called and said they were not making enough money on my replacement. I asked what else they needed and they said another $50 in order to make money on my job. Sounds like between them and my insurance they have to figure this out. Totally amazing yesterday my vehicle was broken into. this morning at 7:20 AM I call Jeff's mobile glass spoke with Jeff on the phone told him that I needed new glass as soon as possible due to the rain, he told me that he would call it in to be ordered and it could be delivered and installed today but it all depends on The availability of the glass. By 12:30 PM I had Dominque show up to my house installing my glass. Within an hour the glass was installed there was no glass rattles in my door there was no glass still left in the felt of my window the window appear to be of good quality very clean all the glass was picked up from inside the car and around the car. they definitely know what there doing. They have great customer service, and was even willing to listen to you rant and rave about everything that happened. They were the best price in town (beat out Safelite by $400 for the same OEM Jeep windshield I needed, with the little Willy's jeep logo on the corner), showed up exactly when they were scheduled (rare for these types of services), finished the job quickly and cleanly, and were professional. Bonus points for giving me a call 30 minutes before showing up, letting me know they were on their way.
