The front windshield in wife's 2003 Acura was damaged on the freeway by rocks falling from a truck. The two "dings" mutated into a crack. Results from a Yelp search of Safelite (recommended by my insurance company) were less than satisfactory... Jeff's Mobil Glass was recommended by the folks who have serviced the car for years. "Max" from Jeff's Mobil Glass came to my home and replaced the windshield in my garage as it was raining outside. He was prompt, polite and professional! Although I don't look forward to more broken windshields (or windows) Jeff's Mobil Glass will be first on my call list!! read more

Some asshole decided to break into my car and just obliterated my rear drivers side window. Left glass in the interior and all over the place! I was reccommended through my Farmer's insurance agent, they didn't know what they were talking about giving Jeff the wrong part number and all of that. He was great, he double checked to make sure that I had the right window part and everything! This man knows what he's doing! Extremely friendly with a great attitude. He pretty much completed the job within 2 hours which was completely reasonable. I would and will be definitely be going to him for any window needs to be fixed in the future! He was very thorough and cleaned up the entire car from glass. Thank you my friend, I will be back I'm sure. read more

No issues with work performed. No waiting area available at this location. Drop off is recommended.

We just had a front window replaced in our Wildwood RV by Forest River and I have to give then a 5 out of 5 rating. They were quick, professional, and did a great job. If you need new glass in your RV or I suppose in your car or truck, they are the ones to take care of you. Paul & Kass King read more

I called earlier in the week to get my middle rear view mirror glued back onto my windshield. I was able to come right when the shop opened on a Monday and management took care of my issue right away, which only took a few minutes. I got a great price and the service was phenomenal. I would recommend Jeff's any day if the week! read more

Window rolled down, wouldn't roll up. Great time since it has finally started to rain. I do some research online, most likely the regulator. My mechanic confirms that it's the regulator. Jeff's mobile glass came by to replace a window in a commercial truck. When I asked if they replaced regulators they said absolutely. I gave them my card and they said they'd contact me with a quote. Very good price! I might have been able to do it myself, but who knows what I would have run into as far as the necessary tools. They said they would get the parts and contact me the next day. They gave me a call to let me know that they were on the way. When they had a problem with the part, the put the door panel back together and got my window up and secured until they could get the correct part. They ended up installing a new regulator AND a motor. My motor was working, but it wasn't much more and it was a complete kit that fit. Repair done in 1 day, cost a little more than the quote, but not much more and a have a complete new motor and regulator. Completely satisfied with the communication, service, and price. Need a new window, windows not working, call these guys! read more

I waited a week no phone call, no hey I don't have the glass so I need to order it...No nothing. I called Jimenez Glass today and they showed up w in an hour and replaced the glass. Easy Breezy. Oh and they were only $250. so I saved $50 bucks Thank you Jeff. read more

Called a couple of places, however Jeff's Mobile Glass was the only business that was quite friendly and said they could replace my window the next day. I've used Jeff for automobile glass a couple of times. My trucking company also has used them in the past. They are timely, responsive, and fair, price wise. This time, there was a minor distortion in the windshield that I noticed a few days after install, and Jeff was great at getting a replacement installed within 2 days. I offered to pay for the labor on the replacement, but he wouldn't hear of it. read more

What a sh*tty a** day! I'm a teacher. I don't make a lot of money ok? But I love what I do. I was in the store for 15 minutes, buying food for my students. When I returned to my car, my passenger window was broken and my back pack was gone! But jokes on those fools! There was nothing in my back pack but my grade book, calendar and papers! Have fun trying to decipher my students handwriting and spelling!! Yeah. It's terrible. Haha! Jokes aside, I called Jeff's because of the awesome Yelp reviews and I am glad I did. The quote was reasonable, so I agreed. It was 8am when I called but they said they would not be able to get it done until 2pm. That was fine. I was just going to go home and wait anyways. I didn't really want to drive to work with a huge hole in my car. Around 11am, Max calls. (This is the guy with all the great reviews! I can't believe I'm actually talking to him!) He got a cancellation and can fit me in earlier! He arrives in 15 minutes, fixes and cleans up that s**t in less than 45 and I was able to continue drinking until I remembered to post this review! In summation, CALL JEFF's!! ASK FOR MAX!! GO BACK TO DRINKING JACK! Yeah! read more

I called this business at 7am desperate to get my car window fixed after a thief broke it the previous night. He quoted me, $315, which thought was a good deal because it was lower than my deductible. He set me up with an appointment for the day after I called between 9-10am. During our call, I told him I was very nervous about my car being stolen because my window was broken and he responded ,"don't lose sleep over it". A condescending response. Fast forward to the day of my appointment, panicking, I called because I hadn't heard from him since our conversation. I called twice, no answer. So I figured he wasn't showing up. I called another business, and they quoted me a lower price, $295. Jeff then called me back and stated, "yesterday when he went to go pick up the part for my vehicle, they couldn't find it.". I said to him, "you should've called me yesterday and told me that". He then stated, "he could go and pick it up now if I wanted." Very unprofessional, I hung up the phone because I had found a lower price. Don't waste your time with this business.. read more

Jeff's Mobile Glass did a great job replacing my cracked windshield. They will come to your home, your job or wherever is convenient for you, their work is excellent and their prices are reasonable. I initially was going to use the auto glass company that has a relationship with my auto insurer, AAA. Their salesman said, "Oh, we'll come to you, wherever you like." He didn't bother to mention that there was an extra $50 charge for this, and he quoted me an outrageously high price for the job. The price was so high, I started researching online and found out that it was almost four times as high as the average price of a window replacement. So I called my mechanics, Oceanworks in Berkeley, and they recommended Jeff's Auto Glass. They steered me in the right direction! read more

Are you searching for a family owned top quality glass repair place that is all insurance company's preferred installation facility....someone that will come to you, and in most cases within 24 hours? Well you just found it!!! This is a old school shop, that takes pride in there work...not all shops are alike, and believe me, it is a art to do a proper installation and take pride in every job. I got a crack in my windshield, when I went online to put in a clam, they referred me to Safelite. Which I found out latter has a contract with most insurance company for a discount to the company....I had to book a appointment 2+ weeks out, when the installer showed up, he said....ohh this car is to old, we won't fix it, you might have rust...please. I am a car buff, and while the car is 20 years old it is in perfect condition. Jeff not only fixed it the next day with OEM glass, but took the extra step to clean and prep the surface so rust would not form in the future. Love this shop, and you will too!!!! read more

Went thru my insurance to set up an appt with Jeff's. They were the soonest appt we could get. Day of appt, they called and said they were not making enough money on my replacement. I asked what else they needed and they said another $50 in order to make money on my job. Sounds like between them and my insurance they have to figure this out.
