On a Sunday, I changed my tires. I went on Yelp to find alignment places. Michael was crazy responsive ON A SUNDAY! However, my only complaint: I did not appreciate that I was not immediately told there's a difference in price between cash and card until I asked. They are affordable versus other areas but yes you can still find establishments that are even more affordable. From in the door to out the door, my wheel alignment took 23 minutes. Originally, one person was working on it and then another person joined in. When you walk in to the very tiny waiting room (only offerings is h2o), it is a quick chat and a quick grab of keys. After my tire change, my tire pressure light lit up. I asked if they could check it and add air... they were more than willing (+1). After the alignment, the tech took the car for a rather long test drive. Work was done by ?hispanics (they spoke espanol on the phone). Location was simple to find but rather confusing since they combined names with BNP Foreign Auto Clinic ("Fremont Alignment" seems to be a last minute thought). Made an appointment the day before and arrived on time. The workers were professional and got my car in and out in 15-20 minutes. I read the reviews and paid with cash as I saw that other people were charged a 4.5% credit card fee if they paid with card. Wish the shop would be more up front with that so I'm glad I read Yelp reviews first before arriving at the shop. My car drives better though and the price is fair. read more

This shop is located between the Newark and Fremont Costco locations (look for the "BNP Foreign Auto & Fremont Alignment" sign). I arrived 30 minutes early after getting new tires at Costco, and they started on my alignment right away. They finished in 20 minutes and even did a test drive. I was in need for a wheel alignment for my BMW but wanted to avoid overspending at the dealer, so I was recommended this place by a friend. This is pretty highly rated with great reviews and a lot of cars being serviced, so decided to give it a try. I gave a call to book an appointment so that I can be in and out within 30 min, which was the way to go. The guy was extremely nice and prompt with taking care of the alignment, and gave me a report of how it got aligned after. I went on a trip after and thought my alignment was off, so decided to come get it checked again the next week. They took care of me right away and showed that nothing changed, and that my steering wheel feeling off might just be my preference for how I held it. I even had them try to change it to my preference only to feel that it was more off, and they changed it back to what it truly should be. I know the place I will be going to constantly for wheel alignments now for a reasonable price. They took care of me promptly and cleared any concerns I had. The upper control arms were installed per the employees at your company and has nothing at all to do with a lower ball joint. I would not have installed these aftermarket parts, but your team said I needed them to get the alignment correct. This car has never been in an accident. It has only had one door ding as I take care and park as far away as I can. You should do a better job with your visual inspection especially when a customer says that there is a handling issue. I let your employees know that the car felt like I was driving on ice. The ball joint ruined the lower control arm due to the nut missing or that was lose and created the cone shape in the lower control arm to become large due to the ball joint nut being either loose or missing its nut and allowing the ball joint stud to move up and down If your guys would have told me that they don't test for loose suspension parts I woujd have gone to another shop that takes the time to look for safety related issues. Shame on you for not doing this. This could have led to my or other people dying if this had happened at a high speed. Therefore, I wonder if your alignment equipment is calibrated correctly. This car is stock except for the aftermarket upper control arms. It has been aligned at other shops and the camber has not been out of spec. Camber, as you know, on this car is not adjustable in stock form and since I have had this car aligned at multiple other shops over the 20+ years and never have had camber that was incorrect I tend to think that your alignment equipment may need to be calibrated. I take the car in every six to 12 months for an alignment and camber has always been within spec. If you want a shop that only aligns the car this is a good shop to go to, but I am not impressed that the team doesn't look for worn parts. read more
