After finishing my kids' gymnastics, I got in the car and noticed that my tire showed a very low pressure. I got out of my car to asses and noticed my tire almost completely flat. I quickly turned to Yelp to find a nearby tire auto shop, and Tirezilla popped up. I'm so glad I chose them! Joe was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating. Initially, I just needed someone to put air in the tire until my husband could change it. However, Joe assessed the situation and discovered that a nail had punctured the tire, meaning it would continue to leak air. He suggested fixing it right then and there without needing to change the tire, which was a huge relief! Throughout the process, Joe was mindful of my kids, who were enjoying their dinner in the car after gymnastics. He made sure the repair was done efficiently without causing any inconvenience to them, which I truly appreciated. The repair was completed in minimal time, and it was clear that Joe takes pride in his work and values customer satisfaction. I got my tires balanced and got new tires on separate occasions. And they took care of me very well. They been my go to tire shop and recommended shop for the last year. I also sent my little sister here to get her tire patched due to a leak and they took care of her and also advised her they she needed some new tires soon (which she did). I'm extremely happy with my experience going to Tirezilla. I brought my car in because it was losing tire pressure at an astronomical rate and I thought it was a punctured tire. They inspected it and performed a bubble test for air leaks but the tire ended up being fine. Upon further inspection is ended up being a cracked rim and I needed a new one. They said if I brought the part in they would swap it out for $35. But in the meantime to make my car safe to drive back home they applied sealant to slow the leak at no additional cost. So I bought a run off of Facebook marketplace and came back and it took around 30 minutes for them to do the swap. I felt like my car was in safe hands and they were so knowledgeable. As someone who has no knowledge in cars they were very helpful and didn't take advantage of my ignorance. I'm very happy with the price and quality of service. I will happily come back if I ever need anything tire related again. read more

Bought some wheel locks for my vehicle and needed help installing them since I did not have the tools. Tirezilla responded very quickly when I gave them a call and gave me a quote of $20 to get them installed on my vehicle. I checked with America's Tires and they wanted $60 to install wheel locks and said it would take 1.5 hours. I arrived at the place and they got it installed in less than 10 minutes and I was on my way! Really happy with how quickly they got this done and at a reasonable price. read more

Took care of my tire that I got a blowout on and dropped the tire off. They had to go find the tire because it is a odd boat trailer tire and I couldn't find one anywhere quickly but this place and they went and got it and installed it in about 1 1/2 hours which is very quickly if you ask me!! Had a nail in my tire and needed a patch, so I called them up to see how long the wait would be. The guy on the phone said they weren't busy and he'd get me in-and-out as fast as possible. Guy remembered I called and was actually expecting me, and took no more than probably 5 minutes to patch my tire. Fast, friendly, and thanked me for coming so soon. The entire trip didn't feel like it took up a big part of my day after work, which is what everyone wants when it comes to car repairs. Will come back if I need any other tire services. read more

Absolutely great service. After 2 miserable visits at Fremont Costco Tires (Its the most arrogant and lousy place I have ever seen. Sorry Costco Your tire department just sucks customer service wise) , I just called Tirezilla whixh is just stonethrow and they cixed my simple tire puncture which Costco could not even find and never apologzied also for doing lousy servixe first time when they arrogantly said sorry too late you came at 9:15 instead of 9 at a costco and we cant take you. Updated from last review of changing two rear tires. Unfortunately the fixed tires run flat again. Actually we didn't even drive the car but after one day they're flat. We went back the store. Another staff (different from the one who helped us fixed the tires yesterday) told us they were fixed at the positions incorrectly. So he suggested ordered two new tires there. read more

Awesome experience here. I had a nail puncture on one of my tire and not many carry my tire brand after so many calls and price comparisons with other shops Tirezilla made it the possible and affordable. The quickest they could special order the tire to come in was the next business day, which was great, because if I had to order online from the previous provider it would take a week. They have been very helpful in this situation and also helped me look at a leak and explained where it was coming from. They have been professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Never coming back here again... brought in some high end wheels and told them specifically to be careful. They scratched them up in multiple places, no apologies or anything. I was in a hurry to get the rims on and they were open and had some decent reviews but never again. I got my vehicle in and out without any trouble. Their prices seem fair. Jesse was the one that I spoke to and at the end of the service, he told me that they had checked my break fluid for me (without me needing to ask) and recommended that I come back in a year to get it flushed out since it was still good at the time he checked it. Fast forward a year, I came in and spoke to Jesse again and asked if he could check my brake fluid to see if it needed changing. He kindly did so and was honest with me and told me that my brake fluid was still good and did not need changing and that I could probably push the service a little longer. Keep in mind, this second time I came in I had no other services done. Their honesty and fair prices have definitely converted me into a regular customer. I will be bringing my vehicle here for my maintenance oil changes because their prices are better than the previous place I was going to.

Last summer, they painted the entire exterior from a dirty dull beige to a lively white with black trim. They patched up all the holes/cracks in the stucco, power washed, and taped EVERYTHING! At the end of each day, they cleaned up and put away the tools so the house was still accessible. It's crazy how different the house looks compared to before. I'm just loving it! Then over the winter, Chris' team returned because I wanted my garage refinished. I had 70s paneling and broken/crumbling dry wall. Considering how much time I spend in my garage, I can't believe I lived with such an eye sore for so many years. I gave Chris the hard task of wanting smooth walls, and if you know...that's a whole lot of sanding. His team came through and delivered! I love the new paint color on the walls, and no longer despise my garage. Oh, and also want to mention that he also patched up a bunch of holes inside my house (from electrical work I had done) and matched the existing wall texture and paint. You can't even tell the difference. Overall, Chris is amazing to work with. He's super responsive via text/calls. I met Sal, who has such a wonderful and charming personality, and it was great to meet Jack in person, too. Within an hour, I had the full analysis and estimate, and around 2:30, a couple of hours before closed, I was called and told the car wouldn't be finished, and asked if I'd like to come pick it up for the weekend (which I declined, we didn't need it!). The prices were fair, and their system of telling you what absolutely needs work versus what they recommend to be worked on was so great in helping me understand what was wrong with the car. My experience with them made me tell my husband that I'd drive to them if we ever moved out of the area. I can't recommend this place enough (just make sure you drive all the way to the green building and dont let anyone stop you like I did!)

I dont usually review non food places but this place deserves the credit.ii was looking online at different shops, i was just passing by this place and saw a huge sale sign, so decided to check em out,long story short. I got the tires I wanted and the wheels I wanted, at the price I wanted! (About $200 cheaper than other shops in the area) They didn't have them in stock, but they ordered them for me, and had them in the next morning.. I got exactly what I wanted and now my car looks outstanding! It took them about 30 minutes to mount, balance and install 4 new wheels and tires. (And put my old ones in the trunk) They even installed hub-centric rings without charging me extra. (They improve the ride quality with after-market wheels) They definitely paid attention to the little details so I didn't have to. Without me even asking them to, they wrapped my old tires in plastic bags for me so that they would not dirty the interior of my car, and most importantly so that I didn't get dirty when I took them out of the trunk once I got home. This was very appreciated! They even put all of my old lug nuts into a little box for me so they wouldn't get lost. Thank you Tirezilla.... I'll be back! read more

I was recommended here by a mechanic friend. He always buys his tires here. I checked them out on Yelp and they seemed legit. I called and Gary gave me awesome quote on a set of tires for my car. All the other shops in the Bay Area are very expensive. I always got my tires from Stockton but it's too much of a drive to go there. Gary's quote was just as low. So I made an appointment to come in paid $10 deposit over phone and next day went in for my appointment. I live in Union city but didn't mind the drive because I was getting an awesome deal. When i went they seemed very busy they had a few walk ins. They informed me what was going on and we're still able to start on my car on appointment time. There under staff. They can really use some extra help. But about an hour later my car was done and I was a happy camper. Some of the people had to wait a long time. So it's best to make an appointment. This shop was recommended to me by my mechanic friend. So I tried them out. And when I called to my surprise their prices were really low. I spoke with Garry he was very informative. I told him what I needed and he asked the right questions and gave me few choices that would work with my budget. I loved the price and he set me up for an appointment for the next day. And when I arrived he was working on 2 other cars , but he still had me out of there within hour and half with all 4 brand new tires. I was happy with the price and the service. So I have my wheels and tires installed and I was happy about it, work was a little slow but I wasn't in a hurry so it's alright. Four stars from me. My buddy however has a different experience, he got his installed then went out and got a warning on his tpms. He got home and the tire was completely out of air, he had to pump air until he can go back and get it fixed which was an inconvenience. Two stars from my buddy. Love this place they really treat customers great and help them really fast, I really like how they take care of your needs and not just pressure you on making a decision, and don't lie about anything on your car.
