Absolutely terrible service and zero accountability. Avoid this place. They did an oil change and failed to properly reinstall the skid plate, which started dragging on the freeway less than 10 minutes after I left. This was clearly caused by their negligence and I had a kid in my car who was very scared. When I returned, instead of fixing their mistake, they claimed they had no availability and said they could repair it next week leaving me without any vehicle for the whole weekend. Breaking something during service and then asking the customer to wait for the whole weekend to fix it is beyond ridiculous. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible. read more

like I mentioned in my previous review , I had two mechanics do a casual inspection on the recommended services which they said, didn't need to be done. Today I went ahead and forked over a couple hundred bucks to have a complete physical and visual inspection where they basically took my car apart to inspect. Not only were a majority of the parts new, but they were done recently. I was quoted over $2000 from Future Auto Care . The repairs they recommended didn't need to be done , at all ! They should let people know they don't visually inspect the car before quoting someone $$$$$$ . Like I get it , it's a " recommendation on mileage " but to be adamant about the repairs and cost is just not business . Let people know there is no physical inspection , this is wild . read more

We came here for an oil change and were pleasantly surprised with their services. The oil change included a full vehicle inspection and rotation of tires for no additional charge. Before I even start my review... This business has 464 negative reviews and they have two common denominators their staff is "less than friendly" or they are a "jerk" - and these are other reviewers. Instead of pointing me in the right direction like a normal human, he barked at me to go to the "office," which is roughly the size of a broom closet and twice as welcoming. No greeting. No acknowledgment. No basic courtesy. Just... RUDE. RUDE. RUDE. And let's talk about the shop: you can always tell a good mechanic by how organized their place is. One look around here and it felt like a tornado quit halfway through because even it said, "Nah, too messy." I had a terrible and shocking experience with Future Auto Care. In the past, I used a Groupon here and was told by their staff that returning customers should call directly and they would honor the same price. Based on that, I called on 1/13 in the evening just to confirm the price for a simple oil change. The person who answered the phone was unbelievably rude and aggressive. He told me, "We are not Groupon and we don't honor the price. Go to Groupon and ask them to service your car." When I told him he didn't need to be rude and could speak respectfully, he slammed the phone down on me. This is not how you talk to customers -- especially someone who has used your business before. Even if policies have changed, basic courtesy costs nothing. If this is how they treat people just for asking a question, I can't imagine trusting them with my car. I've been to this auto shop before to get a oil change,no problems with those visits. FAST FORWARD TO 10/10/2024.. In the recent days i went to get a oil change,at that time I was notify that I had a leak it was highly suggested that I get a "pressure test" done. 10/10/24: was my scheduled appointment my car wasn't looked at until a hour after my appointment no more than 5 minutes after my hood was lifted Yolanda Patterson cames over to me and "we don't we don't need to do a pressure test i can see you have a really bad leak". I was shocked she ensured me she would give me the best price. After returning to the office and working on the computer she was able to get me a quote of $829.90 to replace my radiator and labor as well as labor and repairing the coolant hose at $768.65 as well as the heater hose and labor for $ 706.40. I was special grateful for her helping me she encouraged me to give her a 5 star for a review. Four months my car sat in the driveway because I didn't have the money spending money on public transportation and ubers...fast forward to February 28,25 my co worker husband came and looked at my car he said" you car don't have no fu#%ing leak" I have been driving my car since February and it is August with NO PROBLEMS. They were great! Luckily I was able to book their last appointment on a Saturday. The woman who helped checked us in and checked us out was very friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. I needed to get my car diagnosed due to the check engine light on and I needed to pass smog. We had an idea of what it was and let them know. She talked with my husband about it. When it was time to pick my car up, she really took care of me and did not take advantage. They were honest and very helpful. Thanks for fixing the problem and being great to work with! I bought a groupon coupon for an oil change. I booked a 30min appointment for that oil change. I reached the merchant's place exactly at the appointment. He repeatedly told me to wait while working on his computer. After waiting patiently for 15min, I asked the merchant if he is going to complete my oil change in the scheduled time. He said no. He even said an appointment does not guarantee service. If you value your time and sanity, think twice! Now I am stuck with a coupon that groupon refuses to cancel and refund. Came back around 1:12 and service hadn't been started yet and the woman proceeded to say "it can be ready in about 30mins or the time I quoted" which would've been 1:15. Since I'm usually in the area and in need of an oil change, this was a good option to stop by and check out. My car uses synthetic oil and the Groupon was for Future Auto Care was pretty good. There is an additional fee to dispose of the oil so expect about ~$11 more. Overall, the price was reasonable and you can ask for the Groupon pricing without buying it (and better support the business). The general area is a bit secluded but there's a nearby cafe that one could wait at as service is being done on the car.
