When I came to pick up the car, his partner was just as great. He walked me through everything that was installed, made sure I understood the work, and didn't rush the process. After that, we even had a casual conversation, just genuinely good, down to earth people. It's not easy to find shops that combine solid work with great customer service, but ZBT Auto definitely does. On my other car that they had worked on, I hadn't opened up the hood until today and noticed a few things. A missing engine head cover, hood prop not secured in the holding slot bracket, battery hold down bracket is not secure and battery not even sitting flush in the tray, electrical harness bracket not secured. Overall this shop will do things fast but at the same time quality is very bad or their technicians are simply lazy. Will not be coming back here again. Sometimes it's worth spending a little extra for better quality workmanship, and not get the cheapest price for a shoddy job. read more

Brought my car in to get my headlights checked cause I thought one was defective, and I was given a free estimate and reassured it was ok. Came in for an oil change and they had a good price for synthetic. Their neighbors list cheaper prices but it is for conventional oil. They also changed my window wipers for $10. Asked them to look at three things and provide an estimate. They charged me for the diagnostic, only looked at one thing and got that diagnosis wrong. Charged hundreds of dollars for a car that wouldn't run and would be too expensive to fix. To make it worse, I told them in advance that I was considering getting rid of the car and I didn't want to spend more money if it wouldn't make it drivable. They told me I just needed to replace spark plugs, but after a $500 bill then told me that wasn't the problem and the engine needed to be rebuilt. All entirely avoidable if they had just exercised some diligence in the diagnosis. The worst. Avoid this shop. read more

Was unable to use the restroom, they lied and said they didn't have one. Then I went next door to another car repair shop. They said they had a restroom for 10 years. They laughed and said they do have a restroom but they don't offer it to customers. Unbelievable. I don't recommend this establishment. They only care about themselves. I called ZBT at about 11:20 am today and inquired about how to fix a lug nut that Costco tire had stripped the previous day on one of my wheels. They stated that they could see me same day, on a Sunday, and to bring the car down to take a look. They stated that Costco had stripped the lug nut and I was concerned about driving with only 4/5 nuts installed. They quickly were able to rethread and fix my stripped lug nut. The gentleman at ZBT were kind, efficient and responsive. I highly recommend ZBT for any of your car needs. 10/10 rating. I had a low beam bulb that went out on my 2012 Acura MDX. The last time this happened was about 5 yrs ago. I was afraid of the cost since it was very expensive due to labor to get to the bulb. I couldn't believe you had to take the WHOLE bumper off to get to the bulb to replace. When I received the quote to have it replaced it was a third of that cost. Then going over to the shop we noticed another bulb (parking) that needed replacing. He only added another $75 which still way below any other quote I got. Then 2 hrs later I get the call that it was done. We went over and the bulbs look bright and I was so happy. Driving at night I was so glad how bright everything in front of me was.
