On my other car that they had worked on, I hadn't opened up the hood until today and noticed a few things. A missing engine head cover, hood prop not secured in the holding slot bracket, battery hold down bracket is not secure and battery not even sitting flush in the tray, electrical harness bracket not secured. Overall this shop will do things fast but at the same time quality is very bad or their technicians are simply lazy. Will not be coming back here again. Sometimes it's worth spending a little extra for better quality workmanship, and not get the cheapest price for a shoddy job.

I called ZBT at about 11:20 am today and inquired about how to fix a lug nut that Costco tire had stripped the previous day on one of my wheels. They stated that they could see me same day, on a Sunday, and to bring the car down to take a look. They stated that Costco had stripped the lug nut and I was concerned about driving with only 4/5 nuts installed. They quickly were able to rethread and fix my stripped lug nut. The gentleman at ZBT were kind, efficient and responsive. I highly recommend ZBT for any of your car needs. 10/10 rating. Definitely coming back to get my oil change here and future service needs.

Honestly, these guys deserve way more recognition. I brought my car into ZBT Auto for a catback exhaust install, and while we ran into a few minor issues, Z kept me informed every step of the way, which I really appreciated. When I came to pick up the car, his partner was just as great. He walked me through everything that was installed, made sure I understood the work, and didn't rush the process. After that, we even had a casual conversation, just genuinely good, down to earth people. It's not easy to find shops that combine solid work with great customer service, but ZBT Auto definitely does. I highly recommend them for any auto needs, and I'll absolutely be coming back. read more

A very honest business. They are also very responsive on Yelp. Brought my car in to get my headlights checked cause I thought one was defective, and I was given a free estimate and reassured it was ok. Came in for an oil change and they had a good price for synthetic. Their neighbors list cheaper prices but it is for conventional oil. They also changed my window wipers for $10. This will be my regular spot for oil changes! read more

Asked them to look at three things and provide an estimate. They charged me for the diagnostic, only looked at one thing and got that diagnosis wrong. Charged hundreds of dollars for a car that wouldn't run and would be too expensive to fix. To make it worse, I told them in advance that I was considering getting rid of the car and I didn't want to spend more money if it wouldn't make it drivable. They told me I just needed to replace spark plugs, but after a $500 bill then told me that wasn't the problem and the engine needed to be rebuilt. All entirely avoidable if they had just exercised some diligence in the diagnosis. The worst. Avoid this shop. read more

Was unable to use the restroom, they lied and said they didn't have one. Then I went next door to another car repair shop. They said they had a restroom for 10 years. They laughed and said they do have a restroom but they don't offer it to customers. Unbelievable. I don't recommend this establishment. They only care about themselves. Selfishness is never good in business, it's a two way street. I can't believe I paid $90 for an oil change here! read more

I called ZBT at about 11:20 am today and inquired about how to fix a lug nut that Costco tire had stripped the previous day on one of my wheels. They stated that they could see me same day, on a Sunday, and to bring the car down to take a look. Excellent customer service and fair pricing! Typed in my project on yelp and requested for quotes to different businesses and Thatch from ,ZBT Auto Services responded quickly even when the business was closed. Other businesses took a day or two to even respond. I took my Camaro to ZBT Auto Services last week to replace my tires and brakes (pads, rotors and fluid flush). They did the job even if they had to stay overtime and finished working on my car same day. Being fairly new to the area, I asked for opinions on what's legal around California for mods. Thatch gave lots of insight and recommendations on what I can do. Will definitely be coming back here again for future projects and other cars that need service. Thanks! read more

I have found my new go-to auto shop. So far my experience with ZBT has been amazing. They are very informative and you can tell they have integrity with their work. My car has had issues with it's brakes, to check engine light due to mass air flow sensor issue, and dead car battery.. they were able to help fix it all at a reasonable price. Got rear brake pads and rotors for my Lexus LS430 replaced by ZBT. Labor cost was reasonable but parts costs higher than expected. I was promised a 3-hour wait and waited only 2 hours and 20 minutes before I got a call from ZBT that my car was ready. Overall, I am happy though I wish that parts were cheaper. read more

I had a low beam bulb that went out on my 2012 Acura MDX. The last time this happened was about 5 yrs ago. I was afraid of the cost since it was very expensive due to labor to get to the bulb. I couldn't believe you had to take the WHOLE bumper off to get to the bulb to replace. When I received the quote to have it replaced it was a third of that cost. Then going over to the shop we noticed another bulb (parking) that needed replacing. He only added another $75 which still way below any other quote I got. Then 2 hrs later I get the call that it was done. We went over and the bulbs look bright and I was so happy. Driving at night I was so glad how bright everything in front of me was. I would totally recommend this place. read more

This shop takes care of their customers. My girlfriend had multiple reoccurring issues with her car, such as a check engine light problem that no other shop could figure out but Z and his team were able to solve the issue. Brought my Camry in to install an axle back exhaust i recently purchased and was helped instantly. They were very knowledgeable and friendly and got right to work on my car. Not even 30 minutes later, they were done and had me on my way with a much better sounding car. They didn't even want to charge me because it didn't take long! I requested the services of ZBT for my 2022 Civic Si Mods to be installed and instantly was met with quick responsiveness, even on their off day! They told me immediately that they are able to fulfill my request and was very knowledgeable! They also quoted me for a price and honored it right at their shop with an additional 10% discount! They promised to get my car down within the same day and boy did they! I brought my car in at 11am and they finished at 3pm, which is well before their closing time of 5pm. Jesse was the one that I spoke to and at the end of the service, he told me that they had checked my break fluid for me (without me needing to ask) and recommended that I come back in a year to get it flushed out since it was still good at the time he checked it. Fast forward a year, I came in and spoke to Jesse again and asked if he could check my brake fluid to see if it needed changing. He kindly did so and was honest with me and told me that my brake fluid was still good and did not need changing and that I could probably push the service a little longer. Keep in mind, this second time I came in I had no other services done. Their honesty and fair prices have definitely converted me into a regular customer. I will be bringing my vehicle here for my maintenance oil changes because their prices are better than the previous place I was going to.

I brought my car in for a tire replacement, and the they installed the wrong tire size. It took about a week and another visit for them to correct it. After the correct tires were installed, my TPMS warning light started flashing. I went back 5 times, and each time they told me it was fixed, but the light came back within hours or the next day. They later claimed the issue was caused by a spare tire TPMS sensor and wanted to charge me extra, but dealed confirmed that my car does not even have a TPMS sensor in the spare tire. After several failed attempts, the issue is still not resolved, and they told me not to come back. Update (in response to the owner's reply): Replacing the wrong tire size was your responsibility, not a favor, though I still left a $30 tip. The issue has not been properly resolved for over a month. Manager Beto hung up on me, and my emails were never answered. The multiple visits happened because your shop never identified the real problem. I was given different explanations each time: my car's system, a bad spare tire sensor, and then a bad LR sensor. If the sensor was actually the problem, was the battery simply dead, or was it damaged during the tire replacement? I never received a clear answer. At no point did anyone apologize for installing the wrong tire size or for the month-long inconvenience and repeated return visits caused by this issue.

At the end of each day, they cleaned up and put away the tools so the house was still accessible. It's crazy how different the house looks compared to before. I'm just loving it! Then over the winter, Chris' team returned because I wanted my garage refinished. I had 70s paneling and broken/crumbling dry wall. Considering how much time I spend in my garage, I can't believe I lived with such an eye sore for so many years. I gave Chris the hard task of wanting smooth walls, and if you know...that's a whole lot of sanding. His team came through and delivered! I love the new paint color on the walls, and no longer despise my garage. Oh, and also want to mention that he also patched up a bunch of holes inside my house (from electrical work I had done) and matched the existing wall texture and paint. You can't even tell the difference. Overall, Chris is amazing to work with. He's super responsive via text/calls. He's worked with many contractors over the years, and can give referrals if additional work is needed for your home. I would definitely recommend All Purpose Painting to my friends and family.

Even they are still new in business, but they must have years in experience. Stop paying ridiculous price for fixing your cars and come to ZBT. You get what you need at the price it should be. The worst service I had ever had in my life. They are not even skilled workers. They just google/YouTube how fix and diagnose a problem. 1st they told me they can fix the car in 1-2 days. it took 2 weeks but still were unable to fix, instead they broke 2 of the wheels bolts and didn't even tell me (it's so dangerous) they charge me much more.
