I've been here a few times for an oil change. There was one time I got an oil change, new battery and new air filter. The guy that helped me was professional and transparent about the costs. The experience I received made me think they were trustworthy so I returned. But this time, it was very different and I will never come back unless management/the workers are replaced. The sign advertises a 10 minute oil change, it was more like 20 minutes. I was sitting and waiting for them to finish. Even as I walked up to pay, the car was still being worked on. Ok not a big deal, but it made me worry that they were tampering with my car. A few minutes passed then they finished up and I continued with my day. A day or two later, my relative asked me if I got an oil change recently. I confirmed, and they said someone called them because there was a problem with the payment. They didn't know what the guy was talking about and thought it was a scam call. They probably argued back and forth and the body shop threatened to call the police if the bill wasn't paid. I found this tacky and off putting. It was about $100 for a synthetic oil change. There was nothing wrong with my card so I think it was an issue with the machine or internet connection. I'm an honest person and would not intentionally try to cheat the body shop, unlike some body shops cheating their customers..... Also, I can't imagine the police caring about an unpaid $100 invoice. The next morning, I called the body shop to pay for the service. The guy mentioned that they called the wrong person. They put me on hold, and I overheard another conversation about a "case number". If the guy was trying to scare me, that's hilarious.... He wanted me to come in person to pay but their operation hours were a standard 8 AM-5 PM. You know, the same hours most workplaces operate... I would be at work. I asked to pay over the phone instead. He didn't know that was possible so I had to tell this employee how to use the payment machine...... If you hire some teenager or college kid, they could do a far better job than this guy, let's be real. The cherry on top of my experience was finding some sort of tool (pry bar?) stuck under my car hood. They closed the hood without removing it. See pics for the mysterious tool + the threats that were sent over text message. If management sees this review, no I don't want to come back even if you give me a discount. Train your staff better. This garage is quick and convenient if you need an oil change. Staff is friendly and they all work quickly. You can come by without an appointment and probably be in and out in 20-30 min if there aren't too many cars ahead of you. The only gripe I had would be the actual cost. Perhaps I'm just use to paying $40 for synthetic blend oil changes or I'm just out of touch of current prices but they charged me $90 for the full synthetic oil change. Tack on $25 for an air filter (I typically change this myself but got lazy and this was convenient) and my total came out to be $120. Definitely felt like this was on the expensive side with them charging dealership prices but I will say it was quick and convenient. If price isn't an issue, this can be a go to spot but if you want to save money, change your own filters and find another garage. read more

This place deserves a 5 star plus rating. I don't know where to begin. I found A&B on Yelp and they had some great reviews. I needed a new oil change place because I think I was getting way over charged for little extra service at my usual. Though I love cars, I don't know much about the maintenance. When I walked in, I was greeted immediately even though they were busy with 2 other cars. I believe it was AJ. Once I said what I needed, he was able to quote me a price and it was very fair. My car felt sluggish and needed a new headlight in addition to an oil change. This is where it gets good. The gentleman said he will check everything to let me know if something needs work. Not trying to sell me on extra, trying to prevent future issues. My transmission fluids needed changing. It was tar. Yeah, that bad. I didn't even know. The cabin filter needed to be replaced. He showed me how bad it had gotten. I started to ask him how to change my headlight. They do not carry bulbs, but he asked me if I could wait. He drove to the store, bought the bulb and replaced it there!! He didn't have to do that. Then he started to check everything on my car. He checked the filter in the engine and said it's still good and he will check it again next time to see if it needs replacing. He didn't try to upsell me on anything additional or make me feel bad for not knowing. That was a huge plus. For what I paid, I felt like I was taking advantage. This is my go to place from now on for every car issue. Even if they can't fix it there, I value their opinion more than anyone, especially a dealership. I don't have one bad thing to say about my experience. They are professional, trustworthy and fast. The place is comfortable and clean. I highly highly recommend this place for any car need. Came here for a battery replacement. Had my two young kids with me as the battery was dead as we were attempting to leave. Was quoted an hour (which I thought was a lot and hopeful it would be done sooner) and it ended up being an hour and a half, with no updates. There just seemed to be no urgency, despite us chasing around a baby and a toddler as it started to rain (which that is not their fault, just thought it would trigger a bit of urgency). I understand the battery placement is tricky with my vehicle but the last place got it installed in under 30 minutes so I know it can be done. Just would have appreciated a realistic estimate so I could have made a thoughtful decision as well as at least one update along the way if it was going to be over the suggested. I got a price quote of 40 to change my tire that I brought in. My rim has 2 ports where a valve stem can be installed. They had asked me where I wanted it installed. I said leave it where it's at. He comes back and said it's unusable. I told him that I will get one out of my car for him to use that costco gives oyt for free if you just asj or you can get one at harbir freight for 2 bucks. After searching for it I couldn't find it. The worker said no worries I got one for you. After the work was done I went to hand him the 49 dollars and he said no it's 80. 40 dollars for the valvestem replacement. I get home and checked the tire and he never replaced the original valvestem but added another valve stem to my rim and now I have 2. Thats some shady dishonest sh*t. I figured they were low so I had them checked, he brought the pad to me and ensured I had enough leftover to last me. He cleaned my rotors and put the pads back on. Owner is friendly and helpful guy. I have done oil change with them twice/thrice and battery replacement once. Oil change will cost you little more compared to outside which you will easily ignore due to the quick turnaround time. But if you have deals on oil change outside (Walmart/Midas etc) and have time to wait, you can weigh that option too. One such example, I have found Midas giving 30$ oil change deal up to 5qts for synthetic blend which costs me 50$ here for 5qts. But, the final would be same at A&B due to reasonable labor charges. read more

Our car needed brakes and we had come here a couple times for oil changes so we decided to give them a chance. When we first arrived they let us know the vehicle also needed new rotors and it was going to take about an hour. We said no problem, and went home to wait for a call. Fast forward 4 hours later still no call, we decided to call and check in. They let us know they were running into some issues and that now the e brake wasn't working but they were trying to fix it. At this point we should have known better and just picked up our car. We didn't, we decided to give them a chance. At around 7pm we finally got a call that the car was fixed and ready to be picked up. We showed up and the let us know they couldn't fix the ebrake (which had no issues prior to this) so to get it checked out, despite this we still paid the $497.68. Two days later we drove the vehicle and started to notice a strong burning smell, so we took it to family friend who is a mechanic to check both that and the e brake. He let us know that that work that was done was a complete mess, that the breaks were forced in and due to this the they had already overheated and expanded, and the work had to be redone with new parts. I drove this car and had my nephews with me, his work could have caused an accident. Fast forward, We paid over $600 for the job to get redone correctly with new parts. Today we went in and talked to Baseer, showed him the burned breaks that he had just installed a few days ago and asked him to do the right thing and refund us. He wanted to refund everything but the labor which is the most expensive part. They could have done the right thing from the beginning and told us they couldn't do the work, but I'm sure they just wanted the money. If you're looking for an honest shop that does the work right avoid this place at all cost. Deserves 0 stars for the lack of honesty and customer service.. read more

Got a super quick oil change with reasonable price. The owner recommended "high mileage oil" for my high mileage car that I bought a month ago. He was honest.., told me not to change brake pads or transmission fluid as they are still good. The service includes top up all fluid, check tires for air pressure, check filters, etc. While he was working on my car, I saw him helped a customer that doesn't speak English, putting more air on his tires because the TPMS was on - free of charge.
