I know it can be difficult to get a hold of him but once you understand how he works it all makes sense. He's not going to pick up a phone call and he won't respond back too text right away because he's working with his hands. That means he's spending the same quality time with your parts when it's your turn. I am building out a new BBK and wanted to overhaul the entire thing. I've called around and they shops will nickle and dime you for every part of the service. Everything costs extra. Nick has one set price and it's very reasonable (it's CHEAPER than places I've called). He cleaned, media blasted, power coated, applied stickers, clear coated and rebuilt all of my calipers. I just provided him the rebuild seal kit. He was very realistic about his time frame and delivered on schedule. It was less than two weeks. He does a full time job and does his own business after. He's extremely hard working.

Post service I am not worried that anything would break and I know they don't overcharge because they are very transparent. You can even bring your own parts and they'll use them after a consult. Edgar called me the next day telling me he wasn't pleased with the result and whether it was ok to leave it for another day. Told him no problem. Next day, he said the OEM paint doesn't seem to match, which entailed him going back to the paint manufacturer to work out a more suitable color, so he asked if it was ok to leave an additional day, to which I said ok. Third time was a charm and result was perfect. So what made this a uniquely positive experience was the fact that Edgar seems to want to take pride in a providing his clients a perfect product; and is willing to do what it takes to make it right. He did that and then some, and will leave it at that. Suffice it to say, I'd go to him again for any of my other cars' needs.

Last summer, they painted the entire exterior from a dirty dull beige to a lively white with black trim. They patched up all the holes/cracks in the stucco, power washed, and taped EVERYTHING! At the end of each day, they cleaned up and put away the tools so the house was still accessible. It's crazy how different the house looks compared to before. I'm just loving it! Then over the winter, Chris' team returned because I wanted my garage refinished. I had 70s paneling and broken/crumbling dry wall. Considering how much time I spend in my garage, I can't believe I lived with such an eye sore for so many years. I gave Chris the hard task of wanting smooth walls, and if you know...that's a whole lot of sanding. His team came through and delivered! I love the new paint color on the walls, and no longer despise my garage. Oh, and also want to mention that he also patched up a bunch of holes inside my house (from electrical work I had done) and matched the existing wall texture and paint. You can't even tell the difference. Overall, Chris is amazing to work with. He's super responsive via text/calls. I really wanted to get my car back because I live in SJ and did not want to take an UBER home for a 2nd night. By end of day, my car repair was complete. I picked up my car and got to meet Devon my service liaison and he was so kind and gave me thorough explanation of work done. I had my car back and the repair did not pinch my pocket book too much and I was back on the road. I appreciate and thankful for the service center's commitment to get me back on the road.

I learned the hard way that not all highly rated Yelp shops deliver real quality. After going to another popular place, a friend pointed out several issues in the work that I had completely missed. Never again! I would much rather pay for top-tier service and have peace of mind than worry about fixing problems later. Most recently, I had a front PPF and tint done on my Tesla, and the results were flawless. OCD Detailing is one of the few places capable of tinting the entire Tesla roof using a single piece, with no seams, and it looks incredible. They were also kind enough to help install hub caps I purchased separately and recommended a great source for blacked-out emblems. My car turned out beautiful. The only downside is that I live in San Francisco, so the drive is a bit out of the way, but it was absolutely worth it. I recommend OCD Detailing to all my friends whenever they're looking for high-quality PPF or tinting. If you care about your car, this is where you take it.

I met Sal, who has such a wonderful and charming personality, and it was great to meet Jack in person, too. Within an hour, I had the full analysis and estimate, and around 2:30, a couple of hours before closed, I was called and told the car wouldn't be finished, and asked if I'd like to come pick it up for the weekend (which I declined, we didn't need it!). The prices were fair, and their system of telling you what absolutely needs work versus what they recommend to be worked on was so great in helping me understand what was wrong with the car. My experience with them made me tell my husband that I'd drive to them if we ever moved out of the area. I can't recommend this place enough (just make sure you drive all the way to the green building and dont let anyone stop you like I did!)
