Yeah baby! Long story short. 2001 Mustang Bullitt. The insides of the front tires get shredded. The last place said I needed c/c plates to fix that. But I didn't trust them. Came by for an alignment the other day and it was a quick and easy experience. Got a quote and appointment via Yelp messaging. Pulled up shortly before my appointment and was able to be checked-in with staff that were wearing a mask covering their mouth and nose along with black gloves. The tech placed a plastic cover on the seat, steering wheel, and shifter before moving my car on the alignment rack. After the 4 wheel alignment was complete, the tech took the car out for a spin and another employee went over the alignment printout before taking payment via credit card! There was plexiglass protecting the employees at the front door along with seating outside the shop. After 25 minutes, I was on my way! $80 for a 4 wheel alignment with printout! read more

I can see why this place is so highly rated on not only Yelp but a lot of Reddit threads. Getting quotes through Yelp was extremely easy, Orlando was always answering, even on days that the place is not open, which I don't expect, but is definitely appreciated. Nonetheless, they were able to squeeze me into an appointment the same week for an alignment as I was searching for Michelin PS4S's to go into stock before getting an alignment which was difficult as it was in and out due to stock restrictions. Probably the most seamless process I've been to. Alignments I don't think take a lot of time, especially as I've seen it done under an hour for another place I tried, but here, Orlando and the team had me in and out within ~30-40 minutes. That's including the check-in, the alignment itself, the quick loop they do around their area to ensure it's okay, as well as payment. Also highly appreciate them not bringing my car for a fun joy-ride as I've seen dealership tech's bring my car for a joy run exceeding speed limits almost by double. Which in itself, not really a big deal unless they are being reckless, but it does go to show the professionalism here, although they probably get a big range of nicer cars in general considering their reviews which probably plays a part into it. Definitely plan on coming back here for my yearly alignments as price is only slightly higher than any other single-time alignment (including the big shop prices) and the time saved is 100% worth it. Appreciate the team there also being really friendly and talking to me about the car itself and similar cars in its performance/price range. I remembered this store so I checked to see if they were still around and glad to see it is still opened. I was suggested to get alignment checked out because my tires were wearing. I worked with Orlando to get setup for an appointment for some wheel alignment. They had some availability in the upcoming days so it was a very short turnaround.
