On a Sunday, I changed my tires. I went on Yelp to find alignment places. Michael was crazy responsive ON A SUNDAY! However, my only complaint: I did not appreciate that I was not immediately told there's a difference in price between cash and card until I asked. They are affordable versus other areas but yes you can still find establishments that are even more affordable. From in the door to out the door, my wheel alignment took 23 minutes. Originally, one person was working on it and then another person joined in. When you walk in to the very tiny waiting room (only offerings is h2o), it is a quick chat and a quick grab of keys. After my tire change, my tire pressure light lit up. I asked if they could check it and add air... they were more than willing (+1). After the alignment, the tech took the car for a rather long test drive. Work was done by ?hispanics (they spoke espanol on the phone). Location was simple to find but rather confusing since they combined names with BNP Foreign Auto Clinic ("Fremont Alignment" seems to be a last minute thought). They are the last building within a "plaza" filled with a multitude of car mechanics shops.

The strut cane down on the axle shaft and ruined the axel shaft.

The upper control arms were installed per the employees at your company and has nothing at all to do with a lower ball joint. I would not have installed these aftermarket parts, but your team said I needed them to get the alignment correct. This car has never been in an accident. It has only had one door ding as I take care and park as far away as I can. You should do a better job with your visual inspection especially when a customer says that there is a handling issue. I let your employees know that the car felt like I was driving on ice. The ball joint ruined the lower control arm due to the nut missing or that was lose and created the cone shape in the lower control arm to become large due to the ball joint nut being either loose or missing its nut and allowing the ball joint stud to move up and down If your guys would have told me that they don't test for loose suspension parts I woujd have gone to another shop that takes the time to look for safety related issues. Shame on you for not doing this. This could have led to my or other people dying if this had happened at a high speed. Therefore, I wonder if your alignment equipment is calibrated correctly. This car is stock except for the aftermarket upper control arms. It has been aligned at other shops and the camber has not been out of spec. Camber, as you know, on this car is not adjustable in stock form and since I have had this car aligned at multiple other shops over the 20+ years and never have had camber that was incorrect I tend to think that your alignment equipment may need to be calibrated. I take the car in every six to 12 months for an alignment and camber has always been within spec. If you want a shop that only aligns the car this is a good shop to go to, but I am not impressed that the team doesn't look for worn parts.

Recently installed some coilovers and was overdue on a much needed alignment. Also had been hearing some clunking in the rear and wasn't sure where it came from. I reached out to Fremont Alignment and was helped by Michael and the team. The entire process was quick and easy with the alignment done in about 30 minutes. They also addressed the clunking issue! Would highly recommend coming here for an alignment to anyone. BMW G87 M2

Came here for a wheel alignment for my 2021 Porsche Taycan after getting the tires replaced at a different shop. I wasn't completely satisfied with that previous shop as it felt like they didn't have good attention to detail (tire pressure was off; left my wheels dirty; had delays), so I decided to come to Fremont Alignment since I saw all the stellar reviews. I called in fairly last minute and they were responsive and accommodating, getting me in on the same day. Not only did they know what they were doing (e.g. telling me that the Taycan had to have an extra panel removed to do the alignment properly, something other shops don't even mention), but were also quick and efficient. Overall just a smooth experience that left me feeling at ease. To top it off it was cheaper than the other shops I had considered. Definitely highly recommend. read more

I had my VW MK7 R alignment done here after getting coilovers. Very professional and courteous service. After about a week I noticed my steering wheel was still a tad bit off from center. I made an appointment for my 2020 Tesla Model Y. I arrived a little early but they started right away. They aligned my wheels and steering wheel perfectly. The previous shop I used didn't align the steering wheel so the T was pointing to 11 o'clock to drive straight. Fremont Alignment is fast, professional, and competent! I hit a large dip on the road in Richmond that was enough to throw off my alignment. Since then, my car has been pulling to the right and the wheel is partially turned towards the left in order to drive in a straight line. I asked them to align the front since my rears were slightly tucked from being lowered on coilovers, but man they ended up servicing all four corners of my car. That's real professional and kind of them! After they finished dialing everything in, they took it for a test drive to ensure a good quality drive. Now my car is straight af and no noticeable pulling. I appreciate the hard work these guys do and will def return when I need another alignment. Thanks Fremont Alignment!! read more

Drove up to fremont to a shop a friend recommended, had to schedule online, was feeling a bit upset since I drove up for no reason and wanted a shop that could adjust aftermarket coils and controls arms. Didn't want to drive back home with bad alignment and wait for the next day or so. Called this place and Michael was more than accommodating to take me in! Within 30 mins I was in and out. I wanted custom camber in the front and rear and Michael was more than happy to do that for me. The car drove absolutely perfect. Price was more than fair especially they had to adjust more stuff. Will get my cars aligned here from now on. read more

Second time to Fremont Alignment. I scheduled an appointment after getting new tires for my Rav4 XLE from Costco. After that I immediately called for an appointment here for wheel alignment since the technician at Costco said that there were uneven wear in my old tires. I instantly got an appointment at my desired time. I reached the location and the person there was friendly and polite. He took my car keys, immediately went for work. The car wheels were aligned in 10-15 minutes. The person returned, handed me printed document on what was wrong and what was corrected. They also test drove my car to confirm everything was fine. The person also updated the CarFax report. I was out within 20 minutes. The price was $90 which is well worth considering the service and the quality of their work. Highly recommend. read more

The variability in vehicle alignment services is incredibly wide. While it's pretty straightforward to get your oil changed, your tires rotated, etc. - the extra effort that goes into making sure the alignment is *just right* versus *good enough* is a small but appreciated difference. Fremont Alignment was not only extremely professional, they were also extremely detail oriented, and provided very expedient service. I was originally on the fence about using a larger chain and/or considering "lifetime alignment" services, but after reading how the service is very *tech dependent*, realized I'd rather just get the job done perfectly. Fremont Alignment does just that. read more

Not trustful and dishonest. Would encourage to look at other nearby shops that are able to perform a better diagnostic and correction. Either techs are untrained or their technology is outdated. I took my Tesla M3 after getting new tires for alignment as my steering and car both veered to the right. They took my car in right away after 10 minutes of diagnosis gave me a print out of alignment. And then 10minutes later gave me print of their corrections. I was given the car back. I noticed that the car alignment remained unchanged. It still veered of to the right and with steering wheel still off center. I drove around the block and immediately pulled back in and told the tech about the ongoing issue. There was no improvement in cars alignment. The tech offered to correct the steering wheel and gave me the car back 5 minutes later. Literally no difference. I drove around the block again and told the tech my concerns. There's was no improvement in my cars alignment. To get me to go away he said to drive around for a few hundred miles and comeback if it still a problem (like that would change anything). Regardless I drove 200 miles and as expected nothing changed. I called back a few weeks later and asked for a refund under their warranty. Was told to call when the owner is back but obviously the owner was never around. I requested a call back from the owner which never came. If you're looking a shop that has poor customer service and unreliability then this is it. Otherwise, would look at other shops that offer a much better and honest experience. I suspect they really didn't correct my alignment given it took them a whole 10minutes to "correct" it. read more

Hands down one of the best Auto Alignment shops in the Bay Area. Brought in my 2016 Camry that needed alignment on Christmas Eve. I was so glad they were open and the two gentlemen were very knowledgeable and friendly. Paid $90 for an alignment which is a pretty good price compared to other Alignment shops in the area. Definitely making this place my Go-To alignment shop. I highly recommend this place! read more

Michael and louis are really knowledgeable folks, they fixed my tesla alignment which was off by few degrees. My steering wheel was still pulling a bit to the right and michael explained me that its because of a tire pull, he checked tire pressure and corrected it and asked me to rotate the tires.. Service from the phone call to the actual appointment was awesome. Luis was very polite and professional over the phone and got me an appointment today at 4:30 pm after calling around 9:00 today. Once there he was very kind to even ask me to sit inside the office so I won't get cold being that it's winter season. My tire alignment was done in a very short period of time as promise. I arrived at my appointment on Friday at 1pm. Luis greeted me and was aligning the wheels on my 2015 Toyota RAV4 within 5 minutes. Less than 30 minutes, he showed me a print out of the previous measurements and the actual or new measurements,, along with the recommended specified range. Michael was also helpful with any Questions or concerns. They are professional and will take the time to answer any questions. They also have the Best Price in Town.. Just got my wheel allignment done again here and I just had the perfect experience. Made an appointment at 10am. Got there at 10am, my car was worked on right away. Finished around 20 minutes. Very happy and turned every red numbers into green numbers. Thanks again! My Car: Tesla Model 3 2019. 23k miles. Just got 4 new tires installed. No signs that my car really needed a wheel allignment. Michael (the owner) is a completely honest and stand up guy. I came in today for an alignment after installing new shocks and upper control arms on my vehicle. After looking my vehicle over and informing him I would be adding larger tires and rims in a week or two he recommended I wait on the alignment as I would need another one and the current alignment wasn't all that off. Instead of taking my money and having to comeback at a later date for the same service in a few weeks he was honest. If you're looking for a honest shop and a shop that has quality work (based off other helpers) I would recommend coming here. read more

Really great experience with them. So far they helped me with both my TTRS and Supra with lowered suspensions, the work they done is top notch and very reasonably priced. Came here for an alignment on my mini clubman. Made an appointment. The technician is super nice and knowledgeable. I came here because of the superb reviews. Yes indeed the reviews were right! So I'll add to the rest of the superb reviews. I did not have to wait. It was the best experience. One third the price of what the dealership charges. The technician drove the car before and after. Edgar's shop came up on the top of the list and all the reviews looked up to snuf. I looked over the pics and a lot of his work is top of the line work from repairs to restores and coating. I've made up my mind to call and the woman from the front desk was very friendly off the phone. I told her that I popped my tire from a pothole off 280N and I was getting my tire replaced, I asked to see if I could drop off my one wheel that was bent and cracked, she said that it was fine and if I wanted to do a pick up, it would be within 24 hours after the drop off so I felt very confident even more of the customer service in addition to all the reviews. Dropped it off and returned to pick up after 25 hours. Edgar called and texted me a few times to show me progress, as well as being extra friendly with his communication about his service. He made sure that if my wheel was safe to drive and sure it was, otherwise he would've told me that it wouldn't be. He disclosed that there's no warranty on the repair, same thing the woman said on the phone, I emphasized that it's better than driving with a cracked and bent wheel anyways so he has my thanks. The price was good for the work that was done, I feel like I'll inquire again in the future for wheel restoration on my wife's 3-Piece wheel from her car but that can be another time. Thanks Edgar!

The first olace charged for the one tire 275 plus mounting charge. I called a LOT of places, and found the best price offered was from Tirezilla. 230 per tire including mounting out the door. I paid a small deposit of 40 dollars to secure the tires, and went to have them installed. I pulled around back and waited in the front office while they did the work. I think I was in and out in thirty minutes flat. Paid balance of price as quoted and I am very happy with my purchase. I highly recommend you give them a call if you need tires. They are alignment experts who actually know how to calibrate their Hunter alignment machine. After struggling with alignment issues for quite some time, I visited several other alignment shops in SF Bay Area, but none of them could accurately diagnose or fix the problem. However, from the moment I stepped into Fremont Alignment, I knew I was in capable hands. Their team of skilled technicians meticulously examined my vehicle. While I was an early-morning walk-in, not only did Fremont Alignment identify the problem, but they also swiftly and efficiently resolved it. Their attention to detail (making sure your steering wheel is level within an acceptable tolerance level) and commitment to excellence truly impressed me. The staff at Fremont Alignment is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They took the time to explain the diagnosis and repair process in a way that was easy to understand, which I greatly appreciated. There are chain shops in the area that promise "lifetime" alignments. In my experience, they hold their lifetime guarantee, but none of it matters if they get your alignment wrong every time. An honesty business is rare to find nowadays and the owner Michael is one. My van just had rotation/balance done a couple weeks ago at Costco but vibrate a lot when cruising above 40-50 miles. I thought we might need an alignment. Booked an appointment with Fremont Alignment. Michael is precisely very honest with us saying that it could be a balance issue. After the alignment, Michael found our van is definitely out of alignment and he corrected the alignment issue for us. The whole process in and out was less then 30 minutes(just like he told us before hand). The vibration is better but still there. Will see if Costco can do their balance job better this time. Michael is amazing! My first wheel alignment experience with Michael was so fast and efficient that it was over before I realized it. A couple of months later, my car got into an accident, and after repairs, I thought I'd bring the car back in for a re-alignment. Michael did the same thorough check as the first time, then declared the wheels are still aligned. I was ready to pay, thinking that Michael had already done all the work, but he waved me off and did not want to charge me a cent! I was glad that he was willing to accept a small tip before I left. Owner Michael at Fremont Alignment is as good as it gets with a specialty mechanic/shop! Brought my 2015 F150 4WD here just after installing fresh leveling struts/shocks, and new wheels & tires. He quickly dialed in the factory alignment specs, and my truck was ready in less than a half hour! Michael is an outstanding craftsman. this guy aligned my GMC Sierra in Mar 2015, and still stands by that alignment today Aug 2015. he checked the alignment for free, and confirmed it's still good. i tried to tip him, but he declined. this dude is humble, honest, and somewhat of a perfectionist. please use him if ever you need to have an alignment. i will go only to Michael wherever he is in the Bay Area. read more
