Can not recommend Fremont Alignment highly enough! Driving home from dinner a week ago I hit a massive pothole on the 101/87 interchange and instantly blew out my left rear tire. Managed to limp off the highway and get to my local tire shop. The run-flats for my BMW 3 series were special order, but eventually came in. The very next stop was Fremont Alignment. They had a late-day appointment slot available and I took it. Arrived about 20min early and they said 'don't go anywhere...we can get you in next'. And they did. Careful and thorough with the latest equipment, I think at one point there were 3 folks working on my car! 15min later its off the ramp and out for a road test. And the test report showed how much the pot hole knocked the rear out of alignment. Back on the road the ride was super smooth and steering straight and true. Since then, my car has been pulling to the right and the wheel is partially turned towards the left in order to drive in a straight line. I asked them to align the front since my rears were slightly tucked from being lowered on coilovers, but man they ended up servicing all four corners of my car. While it's pretty straightforward to get your oil changed, your tires rotated, etc. - the extra effort that goes into making sure the alignment is *just right* versus *good enough* is a small but appreciated difference. Fremont Alignment was not only extremely professional, they were also extremely detail oriented, and provided very expedient service. I was originally on the fence about using a larger chain and/or considering "lifetime alignment" services, but after reading how the service is very *tech dependent*, realized I'd rather just get the job done perfectly. Not trustful and dishonest. Would encourage to look at other nearby shops that are able to perform a better diagnostic and correction. Either techs are untrained or their technology is outdated. I took my Tesla M3 after getting new tires for alignment as my steering and car both veered to the right. They took my car in right away after 10 minutes of diagnosis gave me a print out of alignment. And then 10minutes later gave me print of their corrections. I was given the car back. I noticed that the car alignment remained unchanged. It still veered of to the right and with steering wheel still off center. I drove around the block and immediately pulled back in and told the tech about the ongoing issue. There was no improvement in cars alignment. The tech offered to correct the steering wheel and gave me the car back 5 minutes later. Literally no difference. I drove around the block again and told the tech my concerns. There's was no improvement in my cars alignment. To get me to go away he said to drive around for a few hundred miles and comeback if it still a problem (like that would change anything). Regardless I drove 200 miles and as expected nothing changed. I called back a few weeks later and asked for a refund under their warranty. Was told to call when the owner is back but obviously the owner was never around. I requested a call back from the owner which never came. If you're looking a shop that has poor customer service and unreliability then this is it. Otherwise, would look at other shops that offer a much better and honest experience. I suspect they really didn't correct my alignment given it took them a whole 10minutes to "correct" it. read more

After that I immediately called for an appointment here for wheel alignment since the technician at Costco said that there were uneven wear in my old tires. I instantly got an appointment at my desired time. I reached the location and the person there was friendly and polite. He took my car keys, immediately went for work. The car wheels were aligned in 10-15 minutes. The person returned, handed me printed document on what was wrong and what was corrected. They also test drove my car to confirm everything was fine. The person also updated the CarFax report. I was out within 20 minutes. The price was $90 which is well worth considering the service and the quality of their work. Highly recommend. read more
