Their customer service is excellent. They are kind, compassionate, and courteous, asking if myself or anyone was hurt in the accident and affirming my feelings. And they made it very easy for me so that I didn't have to call the adjuster or the rental car company as changes to the timeline occurred. Their communication is excellent. They set clear expectations for me and proactively provided updates when they knew more about what work needed to be done and how long it would take. I write this review about a week after picking up my car from them. This was the second time I've needed to take my car to DG Auto; the first was a few years ago for a similar collision. And their quality remains as high as it was before.
