Aarman was punctual, efficient and professional. Did an excellent job replacing my windshield. I will definitely use the business

Highly recommend this business!! Someone at the dealership actually recommended this business to me for windshield repair so you know it's good. Had a large crack that expanded on my windshield. When I called in the afternoon last week they said they could order the parts and schedule to have me in for replacement first thing the next day at 9am. Their crew was so genuine and kind, especially Eddie!! They went above and beyond and even assisted me to a nearby cafe to wait which only took about an hour and a half so super fast. Friendly business, honest people, excellent work, and frankly the best value from everyone quoting. read more

Excellent experience with Lizard Auto Glass! From my first phone call to scheduling the appointment, everything was smooth and professional. Alberto came to my house and replaced my Mercedes windshield in just one hour. He was courteous, professional, and did an outstanding job. They were also able to source the original AMG windshield without any delays. When I filed my insurance claim, I was told I might need to take my Mercedes to the dealership for recalibration after the windshield replacement because of the vehicle's electronics. Thanks to Alberto's expertise, everything was calibrated perfectly, and I didn't have to make a trip to the dealership at all. I couldn't be happier with the service and highly recommend Lizard Auto Glass to anyone needing a windshield replacement! read more

I had an excellent experience with Lizard Auto Glass. From start to finish, everything was incredibly smooth and fast. Mary called me to coordinate and was fantastic -- clear, kind, and on top of everything. Hazel, the owner, is lovely, and Eddie handled the calibration. The whole process took under an hour (if not faster), and they came directly to my house, which made it unbelievably convenient. Super professional, super efficient, and honestly just easy peasy. I'm really grateful for how seamless they made everything. Highly recommend if you need windshield work done quickly and correctly. read more

Accommodating, friendly, knowledgable and great! If you need four adjectives to describe Lizard Auto Glass --- these are the ones that come to my mind without a thought! I needed my car recalibrated after Safelite replaced my windshield and failed to perform this task. Apparently, Connie and Armand have a great deal of experience in cleaning up after Safelite's faulty service. Not only did they perform the recalibration that Safelite couldn't figure out how to do, but they also caught another mistake Safelite made and fixed that one, too. There was gel missing from a camera component that was forgotten. They welcomed me in without an appointment (although I don't recommend that people show up without one; I was lucky that it was early in the morning), assessed my situation quickly, quoted a fair price, and got me on the road! They were great! BTW, if the world could be run with the assurance and firm hand that Connie runs this business from the multiple screens and phone lines at her desk, we would be MUCH better off! Thank you Lizard Auto Glass! read more

Quick and easy to schedule an appointment. Pricing was very competitive. I got my windshield replaced and under two hours.

The windshield replacement was done professionally; it was done well and on time. Eddie was very helpful and cordial. I also had a chip windshield on my other car and they took care of it as well. Thank you Armaan for fixing the chips. read more

I needed a new windshield as the crack was not fixable. The guy showed up (late) but he was fast, and very professional. The windshield is great and the guy even tucked away some exposed wires that go to a camera attached to my rear view mirror. I was going to give 4 stars because I requested a quote and it was sent to my friends phone and not mine, and for being late. But tucking those wires away, the service tech gets 5 stars. read more

This post comes from my husband. He is very picky on who works on his vehicles, especially the car he took in to Lizard a few days ago. I highly recommend lizard Auto glass in Fremont. Staff is super friendly and very fast installers. Sadly, I've now had to use Lizard Auto Glass several times. Most recently after a window was broken and a rock hit my windshield. Both times, Lizard Auto Glass was responsive and fast. Mo came out to repair the windshield. Out of curiosity, I touched the spot that he'd repaired. It was not dry, so he had to apply something again. He was super patient. Would highly recommend Lizard Auto Glass ... but I really hope I don't need to call them again. read more

My car got broken into and my driver side rear door glass was completely shattered. It was a stressful event but Lizard Auto Glass truly made it so easy! Most of the companies I inquired at had no availability until next week or next few weeks. Lizard Auto Glass reached out to me immediately with an upfront price quote and offered mobile services next day! Armaan came all the way from Fremont and quickly performed the repair. He did it in under an hour and vacuumed the glass remnants from inside my vehicle. Huge thanks to you all for your fair price and quick service. Highly recommend! read more

I had a few cracks on my windshield for my Toyota Corolla. I had them replace the windshield. I have to say they did a great job. I can't complain. Let me start off by saying that I forgot about my appointment and was 30 minutes late. Instead of being frustrated, they were very understanding and still provided quick and quality service. The service was excellent . They were able to save me $300 dollars on a repair . They fixed a window a seal at a reasonable cost .

My car's windshield got chipped while driving on the freeway. I was working with my insurance to find a repair shop. Their recommended one was SafeLite but the closest one had mixed reviews, so I was skeptical about using them. Insurance lists off other approved vendors and Lizard comes up. Reviews look good, let's give it a shot. I bring my car in, I arrive about 15 minutes early. They said their tech was on their way so I was waiting in their waiting room. Later, one of their representatives, Connie, comes up and says they will offer me a $15 discount because I was waiting for so long. I'm doing this through insurance, but I appreciated the gesture so I continue to wait. Their tech came, started working on my car. I hand over my keys and leave them to do their work. When they came back, the tech says the crack crew and they couldn't repair it. Just in case, I looked up what it would take to repair it myself with a kit and they do warn that temperature can affect the process so that's something to consider. It was somewhere around 57F so it's pretty chilly. So nonetheless, even if I did it myself, I'm sure there is a chance that it would crack the windshield more and I'd still have to get it replaced. Connie asks me to wait while she talks with her manager. She comes back, and the manager, Tanya, was on the phone. She apologizes right away and explains that she really just wants to make things right. Unfortunately at this point instead of paying nothing out of pocket, we're now talking about replacing the glass and they helped me work out the best deal between either going through insurance or going with them directly and waiving fees for the work so I would end up only having to pay for the new windshield. Turns out my deductible was $250 and lower than the final cost, so recommendation was to go through insurance and get the repair that way. We chatted a bit on the phone, said our thanks, and finalized the replacement for the next day. I know I'm spending $250 more than I expected to as an outcome, but the customer service and care that their team presented reassured me that I would be taken care of. I will be bringing my car in tomorrow for the windshield replacement and will update the review if anything of significance comes of it. For now, I'm walking away with at least some reassurance that they sincerely wanted to put forth the best effort despite the repair not going so smoothly. They care about their business and if things continue to go well I would use them again in the future. read more

I had my insurance set up an in-shop appointment the next morning with the huge national chain after getting a chip on the front windshield from the freeway. After reading through their East Bay in-shop reviews, I was extremely concerned with their workmanship and customer service. Reading through Lizard Auto Glass in Fremont reviews, I requested my insurance to change the vendor to them. Calling first thing in the morning, they were able to give me an in-shop appointment 3 hours later. Team Jose and Connie are superb, with excellent chip repair workmanship from Jose and wonderful customer service from Connie. They have a lifetime warranty on parts & labor which I don't anticipate needing, but nice to know. Now I know where to recommend people when they have auto glass needs. Thanks again Jose and Connie! read more

The Bay Area freeways hasn't been kind to my family's vehicles. Two of our cars had windshield rock chips because of the gravel from the freeways during the down pours of the weird weather we've been getting in the Bay Area. But long story short Lizard auto glass is the go to shop if you're in need of a repair for your windshield because two of our cars had been serviced by the very skilled Mr. Pedro himself that I can hardly even tell the rock chips happened. So if you're in need for repairs hit up Tanya of lizard auto glass because my man Pedro is very skilled in what he does. read more

I highly recommend this company to repair your windows. Reliable and efficient!! I first talked with Maria or maybe Mary, I'm sorry that I forgot her name but she was amazing getting my info and setting up my appointment. Jose came to my home to install my new rear window. ( yes they travel to you :) Firstly having the company come to me was very convenient because I didn't feel comfortable driving my car to the repair shop. Jose was on time , even early which was better for me. He was friendly and explained the process, he even cleaned all the broken glass that was inside the car( I thought I had to do that myself) it took Jose about 45 mins or a little less to finish the job and my car looks great again. Also, my window was broke on 2/16 at night, 2/17 Lizard Auto Glass, set everything up and it was repaired on 2/18. Thank you Lizard Auto Glass, Maria and Jose!!! read more
