They came out to check it and forgot to pull the exterior gasket the first time. Said it was okay. I drove my car again and the hissing was still heard. Once they came out the third time, they were pretty reluctant in uninstalling and reinstalling the window until going on a test drive with them in the car to hear the hissing is still persistent. After the third visit, the hissing is no longer heard. Safe to say, probably an installation issue. Make sure to fully inspect their final work when they are done. I most likely won't be calling again for another fix. At least it was under workmanship warranty.
