I had a small area, about 3" x 6" of minor clear coat scratching, trying to wipe off bonded bird droppings, and they polished it out without me asking them to! I was so upset because the white paint has started to set and the car had about 8,000 miles only (bought new). Steven performed an exterior detail but before he charged anything he got to work on the paint and used a couple of tricks to get the hard to clean paint out from under the trim. I was so relieved I did not need to file a comprehensive claim. Steven did a great job restoring the car to how it looked a year ago when I drove it off the lot. Today I returned for a basic wash and just made arrangements to return for an interior detail and to get a minor curb rash off one of the rims. I usually just hang out in the shop with Steven because he is so easy to be around and trust in the auto industry is notoriously hard to foster. Steven Ramirez is an honest and down to earth person and I'm glad to know him. My car wouldn't have it any other way. Thank you!

I was referred to IMD from a friend and these guys are easy going guys that do a great job. I know that other car washes near me charge about $50-60 to wash the outside only. Some of them don't even use microfiber cloths and scratch your car. Interstate Mobile Detailing always uses soft microfiber cloths and they wash your car with DI water (DEIONIZED WATER is water that has been stripped of minerals, which lead to little/no water spots). Most places will wash your car with regular water and finish with "spot free rinse" (DI water).. Interstate does the ENTIRE WASH with DI water. The results speak for themselves. I had them come to my office to wash my car, which was most efficient for me. Once he arrived, I unlocked the car and came back about an hour later to inspect it and give the OK. Very easy to work with. Eventually I had them come out to the house and wash all of my cars. They are great guys and I highly recommend you giving them a call.
