Yvonne and Sheldon are a great team! Yvonne is responsive, kind, compassionate, and provides wonderful customer service. We actually called Yvonne on a day where it was pouring rain. After calling, I felt silly and was thinking she may think I'm slightly crazy to ask for our car to be clean as most would be closed on such a day! However, Yvonne was nothing but kind. We had really wanted the inside of the car clean because #kids and the fact that we allow the kids to eat/drink in the car. We had noticed water and milk had spilt on the ground. Yvonne recommended it would be best to get that out right away to avoid any smells...something I did not even think of lol, but Yvonne was so kind. She offered her son, Sheldon to meet us at a parking lot so that he could conduct the cleaning out of the rain but ensure that he would be able to assist us. This was not even something that had crossed my mind, but it ended up working out so well. Sheldon went above and beyond and even shared that our car wasn't that bad or dirty! Which was nice to hear because the amount of crumbs and such was just too much for me. Sheldon worked hard and finished quicker than we imagined. He did a wonderful job and we were so happy to see the car cleaned in the manner it was. my sister made an appointment through yvonne for interior/exterior cleaning for her 2025 honda accord and was quoted $240 but was actually charged $199 instead because there wasn't too much dog fur! sheldon came by around 8 am and finished around 10:15 am, he did an AMAZING job! he really took his time in making sure everything was spotless, inside and out. it looked so good, i immediately made an appointment for my own car (2016 mercedes benz) and yvonne was able to fit me in at 1 pm same day! my car has never had interior detailing done before and it was awful with about 8 years worth of dog fur (regular vacuuming just doesn't get all of it 100%) and the exterior hadn't been washed in over 6 months. obviously, my car was a lot more work and took a bit longer (about 3-3.5 hrs vs 2~ hrs) but looked just as amazing after! i was more than happy to pay the extra $$ (total was $240) to get rid of all the dog fur. interior work involved: shampoo/steaming carpets, leather care, vacuuming, long lasting fresh scent, and wipe down of surfaces/cuoholders/screens/windows etc exterior work involved: power wash/rinse outside, wheels, trims, tire rims/ tire shine, and a shiny coating to protect the car and keep it looking nice for longer! sheldon did a fantastic job and i've already booked for my mom and my brother to get their cars done too! they offer an exterior maintenance job for abt $80/car (which still covers general interior cleaning with wipe downs and carpet steaming!) again, thank you so much sheldon and yvonne!! this is a small family owned business and you can tell that they really care for and love doing their work :) read more
