I came by last Friday, as this spot was offering a first time customer discount, $10 off the Works car wash and interior cleaning service. The lady at the front counter seemed unaware of the discount clearly being promoted on their website, acted clueless about it until I showed her the ad online. For auto cleaning services, you first drop off your vehicle and key at the car wash line, where a guy hands you a paper with the service you requested. You then bring that into the small building at the center to pay at the register (it's like a gas station convenience store, but smaller with less products for sale), and you show your receipt showing payment to pick up your vehicle when it's done. The place offers restrooms and a shaded waiting area with ample seating and a few tables. They don't call out your name when your car is ready (cuz they don't ask for names when you drop your car off), they just look at the waiting area and yell out "hey" and/or wave their arms around to indicate a vehicle is done. Problem is, the interior cleaning stalls are on two sides of the facility and only one side is viewable from the waiting area. So after 40 minutes, I walked around the corner to check the status and found my car just sitting there. A guy motioned that it was done and asked for my receipt. Not sure how long ago they had finished. It wasn't exactly the perfect system, but $32 for the Works interior and exterior wash, and they do all the cleaning for me... not bad at all. There was still some dust and grime on the inside and outside (they clearly don't pay attention to detail), but at a discounted price, it was good enough. read more

Came here on my lunch break hoping for a good clean since Fremont does such an amazing job (even if they're applying a discount to your total cost) Extremely disappointed to drive away in a rush because they don't tell you when the car is done I had to go ask and my lunch break was practically over. But they will gladly accept payment and tip while doing a half attempt with the interior seemingly hoping you won't notice. These aren't small things to miss and were definitely included in the package. I wish I could leave a better review because I know there ARE hard workers, but unfortunately this was not my experience here. I came back end of day and the people who DID do a thorough job missed out on a tip because the last crew basically snatched it. Maybe if he sees this we will do the right thing and give the tip money to those who did the job. The wash exterior was decant they also did okay on the inside, i am a vip member $65/month and was only moderately happy with my cleaning. With my washes being unlimited i didn't seem anything of it. I did not have any cash on me and when i went to get my car when they said it was done i didn't tip extra the guy said in Spanish "mfr" thinking i would not notice for not tipping extra cash, they also thought i wouldn't notice them putting my car into sport mode just cause its a sport car. They have no reason to be touching my buttons just clean my car. Overall would probably recommend going elsewhere.but nice for a quick cleanup. read more

I gave my car for wash at Autopia. It was as 6 month 2025 model Tesla Y. The worker who handled my car dinged it badly. Initially the operations manage, Burges, said he will pay for my repairs and would let me rent a car at $50 per month. He negotiated hard with body shop I chose. I requested for an equivalent Tesla model Y. This is my primary commute car for a long commute from Pleasanton to Sunnyvale. This is a 3 br daily commute !! I shared with him the rental rates for Tesla Model Y on Turo. No other rental company was offering it. He balked at the rates and said he will not pay for my rental. You get what you pay for. I've been going to the Livermore location for years and it's "ok" but the Dublin location sucks. I get calls all the time asking for feedback and I've always given the same feedback that the Dublin location doesn't do as good of a job. Falls on deaf ears. During my last visit they broke my window. I am 1000% sure my window wasn't broken when I went there. When the car was done, the cleaners ran away from my car. Usually, they wait around with their hands out waiting for tip. Not this time. Noticed the front driver side window was cracked. No, I didn't tell the manager because I've heard from others that they won't take liability. $2,000 later I've decided to pay more per car wash but go to a more reputable place. Quick and friendly service. I keep my cars clean and rarely take them in for a full service clean. This car in particular didn't have a cleaning for roughly a year. This day I didn't feel like cleaning the interior myself, so I came here. I bought the least expensive wash ($37) I think, plus tip. + exterior wash, vacuum and floor mats washed -interior cleaning is lacking in some areas I'll probably just stick to my normal drive through car wash and do the interior myself. read more

I paid $46.95 for a car wash that wasn't very well done. I only came all the way from San Leandro because the San Leandro car wash wasn't able to do the inside as it was Sunday and they give their workers Sundays off. So I drove to this place and when my car was done, the windows had smears and the inside was not vacuumed as well as expected. I asked the workers to please wipe my front window better. I would have made them do all of it and vacuum the inside again but I am from out of town and needed to get back to my destination to pack up and leave. In other words, I was limited in my time. Honestly, I could've done a better job myself at a self-service spot. The inside wasn't vacuumed, there were water spots all over the windows, and they didn't even bother wiping down the dashboard. Looks like I need to find a new place. This used to be decent but I just left this place and after paying about $55 (before tipping) I expected better. My mats were still super wet and they didn't even bother to wipe it dry; there are numerous spots they missed cleaning. The tires were treated with a ton of weird, goopy lube like shine that would make P Diddy jealous. The interior had some spots missed too especially around the cup holder/console. The worst is they broke my little Baymax car bobble and didn't even tell me about it. I just found pieces of him in my car and on the ground before I got in. Their prices are reasonable to low for detailing, and the employees are very friendly. We have ZERO complaints about the cost, results, and customer service. Almost $50 for a half assed car wash where both the inside and outside of my car are still visibly dirty and I had to ask for a towel to get the bugs/dirt off the front of my car myself. If you're going to come here I'd recommend cleaning your car yourself first which kind of negates the idea of paying for a car wash. read more

I've been going here for 10 years and have always been very satisfied with the detail inside and out. I have purchased the unlimited monthly pass which is so worth it if you go multiple times each month because you are spending less. You can use it at any of their locations They are always friendly, never have had at issues with staff I notice some people who hover over the employees while their car is being cleaned and I feel so bad for them because they really are doing their best I always have A LOT of dog fur in my car because my dog is double coated, they are always able to get a lot out and clean it making it very nice. I've been to the other locations but this one is the best The only con is make sure to keep an eye for your floor mats because I've had it where they forget to put them in and threw them out by accident read more

I started bringing my car here about two months ago. I bought the monthly membership and figured it was a good deal as you get unlimited washes. My main complaints are: -Lack of any attention to detail: -Always have to go back and tell them to dry the interior and exterior as there are wet spots. -Have to tell them to vacuum common areas like floor and trunk where there are dirt and dust. But the biggest one is that they leave hard water stains on the exterior. My car is brand new and it was spotless at delivery. As I was getting my car washed I started noticing more and more spots and even some light scratches. Today I asked if they could clean the water spots better and they said it was hard water damage and said it was the dealership that did it. Which makes no sense at all. The spots just started appearing after I started getting my car washed here and it's been getting worse everytime. Anyways they took zero responsibility and offered me nothing so I cancelled my membership and will now have to pay to get these removed elsewhere. So if you're taking your car here I would take a good look you'll likely see the same thing. They are all over my car now. read more

The owner has been making significant upgrades recently so I wanted to update my review. They've added canopies over the cars after washing, new vaccum and compressed air systems, as well as cleaning up the property with new paint and such. An OK spot to get your car washed. They've raised their prices and lowered the quality the past few years. The rewards program used to reward you with free washes on your birthday and every so often... I don't think you get anything anymore. I have been coming here for 8 years, and in the beginning the quality was decent (though still not perfect), but it has been getting worse and worse over time to the point that the last cleaning was just unacceptably gross. You judge for yourself... I paid $170 for a basic exterior wash, interior detail wipe, vacuum, and leather cleaning. For that $170 I was left with 2 bird poops still on the exterior, the lines that the windshield wiper leaves on the windshield still there, fingerprints and drip marks all over the car, coffee drip still on the front dash, sticky spots all over the leather where they sprayed it but didnt wipe, sunscreen still on the door pockets, entirely unvacuumed areas under the front seats, and worst of all, the cup holders were still sticky, if not MORE sticky from having sprayed it but not wiped it. I asked them to redo that last bit and they still couldn't clean it. It was only cleaned (the third request) when the manager was called over. I think the workers were going through the motion without actually thinking about cleaning the car... I could have done a better job! I hate not tipping people but I couldn't do it this time. I would not trust this company. I went and got a car was in August and now in October I've noticed they charged me for a car was membership for the last two months. I called to have them cancel and give me a refund which they refused. I never purchased any membership. I paid for the monthly service which is good pricing; however, after the wash, you have to either return to have it washed again, clean the inside/outside glass to remove missed areas including the smudge they smear all over the inside of the windows, which becomes highly visible driving into direct sunlight, or wash the dirt off missed exterior areas of vehicle body. The armor-all they use to blacken tires and black molding appears to be watered down and or runny. After application, the next day, the dressing has ran off onto the body of my truck. It looks terrible. Have spoke to the supervisor and they say they aren't supposed to use towels inside that have been used outside, but you can watch multiple vehicles and see this occurring. Discussed my dissatisfaction with the office manager...person who is behind the desk inside on most days, and she simply didn't care about my feedback. She simply asked if I wanted to cancel, rather than trying to improve their service and use my feedback constructively to improve the quality of their work. Great value for the price! Took my car in for the first time today was in an out in less than 30 mins and it was busy at the time of drop off. I got a monthly unlimited pass for $60. The exterior was very clean when they were done. The fragrance is a little bit strong when you first get in to your car, and they do miss some things like the cracks where dust and crumbs accumulate. Worst car wash in the area + shady employees. I usually go to Palace Shine but the line was around the corner so I ended up here as a last resort. I used to come here years ago, but had too many bad experiences. Come to find out they don't accept Apple Pay (I didn't bring a credit card and most places these days accept mobile payment). The charming lady at the register (sarcasm) told me to go to the ATM across the street at 7-Eleven. The problem is that the ATM requires a physical card so I was stuck. I went back and tried to explain to her and she assured me that the ATM does in fact work with mobile devices. So I go back across the street and the manager at 7-Eleven tells me I need a physical debit card (big surprise). Back to Autopia - since the lady at the register was not helping one bit, I went to the area where I checked the car in. I asked a young man by the name of ****** if there was another way that I could pay and he told me I could pay him through Zelle pay, and he would pay on my behalf. The thing is, he was apparently not expecting me to tell the lady at the register that I paid him and thought I would just drive off with my car as if I didn't pay (and he pockets the money), but I did tell her that I paid ****** and it turned into a big fiasco where a manager got involved. I finally got out of there, but I will never go back and I cannot recommend this place to anyone, especially given the fact that the car was not half as clean as Palace Shine at a more expensive price. read more
