Do not come here. The short and ugly: - They put a gash in my dashboard - They wasted my time, saying that they'd "research" a guy who could fix it - They never called me back after the 8 times I called them - They never took accountability - It's a mediocre wash job at a moderate price (not worth the value) - I left a frustrated customer, with less time on my hands, a gouge in my dashboard, and a spotty car wash job. NOT WORTH IT. The long and uglier: I came here on July 3 after a friend suggested the place. My Yelp friends were trying to warn me that this was not a place to go, but the friend was insistent that it was great value. Off the bat, I purchased a three-package car wash at $83.85. My car was washed and vacuumed, but when I got it back there was this weird white residue on my dashboard. I tried hand wiping in, and it felt very sticky and tacky. There was two gashes left in the dashboard plus a divet carved out of it. One of the cleaning guys tried to come over and resolve it, but the gash was clearly still there. I went to speak to the manager, Eric, and he punted me like a hot potato to Yoan, the regional manager. Still, he took down my name, phone number, and car make and model. I tried escalating by calling Yoan, and he asked me to come in on July 5 (on my vacation day). I arrived at the Dublin location, and he checked out my car. He couldn't fathom what could possibly make a scratch on that car. "This has never happened. We use the safest products." So, I hazard a guess. Maybe someone switched cleaning materials. Maybe someone dropped a cleaning cloth on the ground, picked up a pebble, and kept wiping. He said that they only use the softest microfiber towels and that anything I guessed could not be the case. He said Autopia has insurance for these kinds of things. He asked to first talk to his guy in Walnut Creek to see if this guy could repair it. "Call me back on Monday (July 8)." So I did. And left a voicemail. Then I called back again a week later. "My guy can't fix it, and he says it might be a defect with your car. I really don't see how we were the ones that put the gash in your car." I countered that I it wasn't my job to figure out what might have happened to my car. I told him that I took my car there, it got messed up in their care, and that they should fix it. "Well let me check out another guy." Four weeks, several unanswered calls later, and I'm here writing this Yelp review. Yoan clearly ghosted me faster than a Tinder profile. The bottom line is that they are careless with your car. If they mess it up, they will give you the run around, waste your time, and never take accountability. They will never reach back out to you. Even if they hadn't gouged my car, it's clear that the car wash is merely mediocre. I'm working with my credit card company to get the car washes refunded. Do NOT take your car here. They do NOT deserve your business. They are careless and only care about the money, not the value or service. read more

I spent $90 plus tip for a car wash and extra interior attention. When I got back in my car, the layer of dust was gone but now every surface was covered with oil. It was literally like they had sprayed massage oil on every interior surface, including the pedals- my feet were slipping as I was driving. I've spent an hour wiping the oil off the dash, walls, pedals, every non porous surface. Not to mention, whatever the oil was, it smelled awful and overpowering. I had to open my windows just to be able to breathe, so now of course they have streaks. The smell is still there even though it's been out in my driveway with all the doors open. I keep saying that my car deserves better. The people of Dublin deserve better. I was one of those that signed up for a monthly plan because everyone in our circle goes to Autopia and they appear busy every time you drive by Dublin Blvd. After a few months, I decided to cancel because the quality is extremely sub par. There's always something that they missed on my car after every car wash. I think the breaking point was when they called and said my car was ready and the two front windows were down. I asked one of the workers to wipe off the water residue when I rolled up my window, he was clearly annoyed as if it was my fault for rolling up the window. It's not just him. The guy that checks you in, the woman behind the booth collecting money, and 80% of the workers all have attitude. We deserve better. They really barely even wipe down the inside of your car. I got my car cleaned, had to ask them in person to wipe my doors down because there was sticky shit and crumbs left behind, even after I pointed these things out there are STILL so many missed spots. I mean seriously, they dont even try to get anything off. I took a baby wipe and got all that remaining residue off easily, just shows how little effort they put into cleaning your car. We got a pass for 3 car cleaning but apparently when we tried to get the third cleaning they mentioned we were maxed out, we were so surprised and asked them when was the card used they mentioned 31st December. We were not even around. It felt like exploitation just because we didn't use the card within a year. Went back again almost after a year , overall average service. If I could give this place -10 star, I would!!! Last year I brought my girlfriend's car to get washed and cleaned. The associate told me I should get the monthly membership since I would get my money's worth, and so I did. A couple of month's later (barely using the card) I saw a weird charge on my account and thought nothing of it. Four months later I noticed the same recurring charge for mobile services I've never heard of. After some serious thinking, researching, and matching of dates of events I recalled that this was the only place I had given my card to and the suspicious charges happened not long after. I went back to try and speak with a manager - NO LUCK. I wanted to at least get a refund for the last month since I never used it -NO LUCK. I noticed the guy washing the car had my door closed and was on my side set leaning over the truck to get the front window and the roof. I noticed he had his belt buckle exposed with his shit tucked in. Soon as i got to the truck I didn't see anything. (cars are under a shade so no sun hitting it) When I got back to work I noticed it right away. A scratch on the door where he was leaning. I went back and talked to Jose the manager. He didn't do anything. Garbage! I went back this week and had them wash it again. (I have had a membership for years) Watched them was it again and the guys doing it must have dropped something on my dash board on the passenger side. This was one of the worst car wash experiences I have ever had. There were multiple stains on the exterior of the car left. I asked the woman who was working on my car if she could clean those up and she wiped at it. As it started wiping off, her response to me was "Oh these are old and don't come off you'll have to do them yourself" and walked away from me without finishing before I had a chance to say anything else. The dashboard, the glove box and the center console are scratched. They did a horrible job vacuuming. They stained the seats with Armorral. How TF am I supposed to sell my car now? I got the works package and I expected everything they bullet point online to be done. I had started to leave the lot when I seen my dash had not been wiped nor my shifter area. Not only that the spill on my passenger seat was still there. The door jams had not been cleaned either. The only thing they did in the inside looked to be a quick wipe and wet my floor mats. So I went back. They stated they're going to re do; okay cool. Car comes out guys are laughing about it. (If it was done correctly the first time this wouldn't be happening the receipt is left on the window for them to see what I chose!) this time around things I discussed that were included in the package I chose were done but to the point where you know they were upset having to redo. My rims are HELLA dirty still I have the spray they use to shine tires sprayed on my car and not bothered to wipe off. My front drivers side still dirty. The detailing job left things a bit greasy in different areas and I had to wipe that off in some spots . I'm glad that I don't see any damage like some of these other reviews say... Twice! Two times this car wash has damaged two different cars of mine. First several years ago I took my two week old Lexus for its first wash. Ine of the rollers slammed down on my hood and chipped the paints. They denied it of course. I saw it happen! I should have sued them as it was clearly damaged. I have gone here a few times to give them a chance and they still show me each time that they are not thorough in their cleaning process. My front windshield was still dirty which is the very first thing you would notice. Tried but will never go here again. I have always been a little disappointed every time I got my car washed here but I gave them the benefit of doubt because I thought I wasn't choosing the right option. This time I went for all the premium services including hand wax. When I walked the car - I pointed out so many dirty areas everywhere including the windshield. I understand that they don't have a hand wash but I would think that during the hand wax process they would have fixed the dirty areas (which I was able to with the back of it T-shirt). They tried to fix it with a cleaning cloth while I was waiting and offered to wash the interior mats but honestly I was just pissed that even after paying $200, their work was abysmal.. so I walked away.
