Horrible! Don't WASTE your money! I spent $65 for a gas station car wash and a "baby wipe" wipe down. The outside of the car was still dirty (my last car wash was less than a month ago) Looks like they didn't even bother trying to clean the inside. It just looks like some look a cloth soaked it in oil and did a fast wipe. Should of known something was wrong when it only took them 15-20 minutes It sucks when I paid good money to have my car properly cleaned and when I get home a see it wasn't done right and had to spend another 20-30 cleaning it myself. read more

Awful interior cleaning looks like they just shook off the carpets and sanitized the interior. Exterior was alright there is a lot of window smudges and crevices they just ignored. Awful customer service and communication. Only positive is that it looks slightly better than before and it didn't take that long. Great value for the legally blind. read more

I don't recall having an issue with this place until I visited today for the first time in a few years. Sadly the quality of service has gone downhill from what I remember. I paid $31 for the standard wash and interior vacuum/cleaning. The only real positive was how quick the wait was. When I got in my car, I realized they barely vacuumed my seats (yes they are leather, but they still need to be vacuumed!) and there were still some marks on the exterior of my windows as well as missed spots on the interior where they did not clean. Sadly I would not recommend this place and I don't think I'll come back again. As much as I love to save time, I'd rather spend the time to clean my own car because at least I can meet my own standard of cleanliness. read more

Finally left this place. My car is hardly dirty especially inside and I empty the entire car to make it easier to clean and yet --- they MISSED vacuuming the sides of the seats and dusting is awful. Only the reception is good, Javier but the rest of the staff are rude. They even disconnected my camera on the windshield. Very careless and they don't even dry your car well. They even left my car to dry in the sun for over 20 minutes and finally someone dry the windows and that's it! Better off with a gas station car wash. Not worth the $31 wash. They just blow pressurized air randomly in the interior and not actually try to clean them. I was extremely disappointed with the dirt in the door panels that were left untouched and the chrome grill with all the water marks which were not wiped clean. I've used them in the past and the monthly subscription may be a better deal if you are taking your car once or twice a week. But $30 for this result is disappointing. read more

Went here on a Monday morning. It wasn't busy. I entered on Dublin Blvd and pulled into the right side. It's not too obvious where to go, but there was a worker directing me. There was one lady ahead of me. I only waited a few minutes before a rep came to assist me. Their computer system was down, so they gave me a piece of paper with my license plate number on it. I had to take it into the shop and pay. I left my car and the key with the worker & asked for exterior wash only. The interior of their shop is extremely tiny. They also sell some convenience store items like beverages. Fortunately, they did have a portable air conditioner running in the window. With 3 customers in there, it was kinda claustrophobic! They do take credit cards. It was only $9.95 for the exterior wash, a buck cheaper than Corwood's up the street. The waiting area is outside. There are 2 wrought iron patio tables and chairs. There are some wooden benches too. It's relatively clean. You can see your car being run through the automated washer. It pops out the side and gets toweled off by a few Hispanic guys. When it's ready, they'll wave. You have to give them a claim stub (comes with your receipt) to retrieve your car. I usually tip them a few bucks too. They were insanely fast. I'd say less than 10 minutes from when I paid. I only got the chance to write one e-mail on my phone! After the wash, my car was pretty clean, but I didn't have high expectations. Also, it's light colored, so easy to see if they missed a spot. I didn't notice any damage, but then again, my car is really old. I certainly wouldn't put a new car through an automated washer. They didn't wipe down the interiors of my windows, unlike Corwood. I could tell because I can see the dust in the morning light. They did NOT steal any of my change (note: always take valuables with you like sunglasses, etc. Don't tempt fate. This was just a few quarters for parking.) Overall, a good experience for the cost. All of the employees were friendly, helpful, and courteous. Way faster and easier than DIY washing. read more

They do a terrible job here. They leave trash under your seat and any trash in your side pockets, they don't clean out. I got their basic service for $27 and they didn't really clean the car completely. They washed the outside and did a quick vacuum without moving the seats. They wiped down the inside but it was a quick swipe and that was it. I won't be back. And the receptionist at the front office where you pay is a total as* wipe! read more

Autopia here in Dublin, CA is a good car wash service that is fast and decent in value. For around 25 bucks, they would hand wipe your car, dress your tires, wipe and vacuum the interior. Hand wipe is good, very minimal water beads after they are complete. And for me, this is very convenient because it affords me to have lunch at my regular (Shangri-La) next door. The proximity to work knocks down a trip to my local car wash on the weekends. Overall, good quick service and would regularly come back mainly because of their location. read more

I made the unfortunate decision of bringing my car here even after seeing all the negative reviews. Paid for a simple car wash (interior/exterior) and drove home. As I got home, I attempted to unload the ONE item I had brought with me and which was in my vehicle during the car wash process. A $60 hydro flask that I consciously placed behind my front seat so it was not in view and would not be an obstruction during the cleaning process. Hmm, that's odd, my hydro flask is missing. I searched every inch of the vehicle thinking maybe they moved it or it moved on its own. No luck. Living about 45 minutes away, I call the car wash and politely ask if there is a manager or anyone who can help that is present so I can explain that one of their employees STOLE an item from my vehicle. I'm told the manager is currently helping a customer, but can call me back. Time passes, no call, so I call back. I am told the manager is currently with another customer and will call back. Time passes, no call, so I call back. By now you can probably guess what what I'm told, yes with a different customer. Obviously frustrated, I ask if learning that employees are stealing from their customers is more important than helping 3 customers before calling me back. I'm told that yes, the customer he/she (the manager) is helping is just as important. Great! I ask to stay on the line until the manager is available. About 10 minutes go by. I'm told they don't know where the manager is but they are somewhere on the property. I ask the person who I am currently talking to if they can find the manager, and PLEASE tell your manager that someone (myself) on the phone wants to speak to you about your employees stealing from customers vehicles. The person I am speaking to on the phone states, "I don't want to tell the manager that someone stole because it wouldn't make us look very good." FANTASTIC!!!! Oh, and guess who is also still waiting for a call back after about 9 hours later! Words can't describe how grateful I am to have given my money to such an honorable and respectful business. I'm not sure how this place stays in business. Paid $27 for a basic car wash which was way overpriced for the service they provided. You could go through a cheap gas station car wash and your car would look better than having this place do it. When I got home, I had to wipe up all the places they missed. And this place is so dumpy, unclean and not very professional. For a place that charges that much for car washes I expected more. The chevron hand car wash in San Ramon off Camino Ramon is about the same cost, is much nicer and they do a much better job. I'd recommend to go there. read more

appreciated the timeliness and precautions they were taking! we went to go get our car washed and it was a seamless process. they are open for business during the pandemic, but all the employees were wearing masks - huge kudos to them for working under the sun with the masks on. the waiting area is marked to allow guests to keep a social distance and also had partial shading as well. there were lots of sitting area and was in full sight of them drying the cars. the staff was friendly and did a great job cleaning the car. overall an easy and pleasant experience. read more

Convenient but not the best. I have been going here for awhile now because it is so convenient, I was happy to go here before, but recently the washes have been getting worst. I feel like I have to do a follow up cleaning after I leave because there's always left over bugs on the bumper and the hood. I see them wiping, but when I look the bugs are still there, maybe they don't do a pre-scrub like other shops. I also noticed sometimes I see them blow air on the gaps of the car, but a couple of times they don't so water just drips when I start driving. Another issue is they don't wipe around the wheel wells, I always have to do it when I get home. Will I go back? Most likely because it is so easy and I am too busy to do it, but I wish they take more pride in their work. read more

Dishonest. Condescending. Aloof. If I had to choose three words to describe the owner/operator, those are the ones I would choose. My husband and I have a Cadillac Escalade, which he uses as his primary vehicle. He also has a TCP license and uses the vehicle to drive clients. Since the vehicle is black, he likes to get it washed often to keep it looking nice, so when he he heard that Autopia has an UNLIMITED wash package, he signed up. Fast forward to last week, when he was suddenly cut off from this service. Why? He was told that they don't offer the unlimited package for TCP vehicles. Trying to find a resolution, I urged my husband to visit the car wash and see if some resolution could be reached, since he is a customer who had been with them for several months now. The staff doubled down on the policy. Today, we paid a visit to Autopia's website to read about their different wash options and packages. I scoured the site for anything that mentioned excluding TCP vehicles and there was nothing (see screenshots). Um, ok. So, my husband decided to email the owner to reach a resolution. Fairly quickly in the exchange, the owner became snarky, condescending and rude. Wow, what a way to treat local customers who are trying to support a local business. The owner, again, doubled down on this policy, even when my husband told him what was on his website. He even emailed a pic of a brochure (one my husband has never seen nor been given--not even when he went to talk to them) that does actually state the exclusion. However, this brochure is only available at the car wash--so we were told, even though my husband has never seen one or been given one. My favorite part was when he said "it's unlimited use not unlimited abuse"(see screenshots). Um, WHAT? I guess we are rewriting the dictionary. Their site clearly states "Enjoy that clean car feeling with Ulimited Washes, every day!" There is no disclaimer outlining any exclusions. Bottom line, the owner of this car wash engages in false advertising, and when approached about trying to work something out with an existing customer in spite of that, he gets snarky and extremely condescending. We have run businesses and know, this is no way to communicate with or treat your customers. In addition, if you're already giving a customer a deal, it is unethical to cancel that deal while you continue to offer it to others. If there had been an issue with TCP vehicles, they should have told him then. Changing the policy and blindsiding a current customer with it, rather than grandfathering them in is unacceptable. We have already contacted the BBB and the Dublin Chamber of Commerce to report the false advertising and inconsistent practices--we didn't want it to come to this and tried very nicely to resolve this issue, but the owner, I guess is one of those penny wise dollar foolish business owners. This review, along with the dozens of reviews about filthy cars leaving there and even theft, should be reason enough for you to avoid this place. If you need a car wash, a good one, go down Village Parkway and hit up Corwood--they take time and care about their work and their customers--the owner is cheerful and kind and I literally watched a gentleman work on my console and cup holder for 5 minutes once, and that was on a standard wash at regular price. THAT'S what I call service, and THAT is the kind of business I want to give my money to. So, support a GOOD local business and stay the hell away from Autopia. You can thank me later. They cleaned the heck out of all those crumbs, french fries, door jams, cup holders, seat cracks and everywhere else. My first time here, will definitely come back for another round of washes. Above and beyond, After a failed morning coffee date, I decided to get my white Chrysler 200 washed. When i rolled up to the line, i had at least 6 or 7 cars in front of me and expected to be waiting upwards of 45 minutes to get my car cleaned. I ended up paying for just the minimum package, and was expecting just the car wash and not much else. However, not even 15 minutes later i watched my car roll out and get attacked by two guys who made quick work drying and wiping down my car. But it didn't stop there, i watched them go into the car and wipe down the running edges of all the doors, and take an extra step and put tire shine on my tires! Now I'm not sure if that's all apart of the basic package but i am appreciative non the less. Miguel and another gentleman wearing a cowboy hat,(I didn't get to catch his name before he was off to the next car), were polite and made me feel like like a boss when i thanked them and left property. I hope Miguel and the other gentleman get props for going above and beyond, the car wash would be all the less without them. Will be coming back in the future. I've been here a couple times but I'm Not very happy with the cleaning service they did on my car today. They've def got faster, but I can see why. So many parts left dusty with stains inside my car. There are two choices for car wash in Dublin, Autopia and Corwood. I tried Autopia once when I moved here two years ago (and never went back) and since found myself using Corwood. They really do not compare. Fast forward two years and I decided to give them another chance. FAILED again. First of all, Autopia is overpriced for what you get. $31.95 for a basic wash. Corwood is $10 less and they do a much better job at the "basic wash" not sure what it is about Autopia, they are less appreciative at the point of sale, employees seem to work slower, and they charge $10 more for an average car wash. They always seem too busy too. Lost my business for another two years ... read more

This time around, I was impressed more than normal with the service and high quality of Autopia. I think the big difference is that there seemed to be a manager of sorts working with the staff. I saw him drive my car (and a few others) back through the machine wash after it had already gone through once. It made it seem like the staff want your car to actually be nice and clean! The inside was just as spotless. Took about 30 minutes in and out on a busy Saturday. The extra attention to detail is greatly appreciated! read more

Paid 40 bucks for a half @ss wash at best. They pulled my car up 10 min after I got there during a busy time. My car was still dirty. It's like they just sprayed water on it and wiped the dirt around. My windows look like they were cleaned with a dirty towel. I was so focused on the dirt all over the car I forgot to look at the wheels til I got home. There was no tire dressing on any of them. And still covered in dirt. This car wash used to do an amazing job. I would bring both my Dodge Challenger and Toyota Rav 4 there at least once a month. The last three times I went, I thought it might have just been a fluke with their service. I even got their full detailing done and it was absolutely horrible. Dust still on my dash, windows had smudges, my side mirrors weren't even touched, and there was extremely visible dirt all around my car. I spent a good chunk of change for something my child could have done. I thought, you know what, maybe that last experience was just a mistake. Maybe it was a bad group cleaning the car. Maybe I can give them one last try.. false. Just got back. These guys are terrible. I am going to have to go get it washed again by somebody else! Now my 30 dollar car wash is going to cost me 60! Average car wash at best. Sometimes they will do a decent job and get between cracks, etc - other times they do a rush job and it's obvious they missed a bunch of areas. They keep raising their prices but the quality of service and attention to detail is lacking. I have a Toyota Highlander and never was up charged $3 for an "oversized vehicle." The last few times I went they randomly added the $3 up charge without saying anything. Seems like it depends who is working at the computer when arriving to check in? I'm surprised to see such a mix of reviews for Autopia** My boyfriend and I were really happy when they decided to open a location in Dublin and are big fans! Even when the lines are long, I feel like I can get in and out pretty quickly. The staff is super friendly! They do all types of rewards/value programs (like a flat fee for unlimited washes during the month, or every 10th wash is free). Even if you're paying full price it's not very expensive (around $25). And they do a good job! **I'm noticing a lot of the people who gave this place a bad review are people who haven't written many reviews total (less than 10 for most) which makes me think they are the type who ONLY focus on the bad and give one star for the sake of giving one star** read more
