Holy S***! These guys are the definition of professionals. Ronald, Nathan and Chris you guys went above and beyond my expectations! Now I must disclose since I didn't take before pictures (mainly I was so embarrassed) my car was filthy! I basically live in my car for work Monday-Friday. Between the food, dirt, small pieces of trash and worst of all my dogs hair. These guys had their work cut out for them. I sure didn't make it easy. Wow was my wife and I blown away. They went through my car with a tooth brush and a fine comb. I remember getting frustrated after vacuuming for 15 minutes and still having dog hair everywhere. I honestly looked and couldn't find one dog hair!!! They wash, waxed, shampooed, detailed detailed detailed, windows inside and out. Got the gunk off my headlights and off my center console. After they finished my car they detailed my wife's truck which really needed a deep clean and again hers turned out better than I could imagine. When we were finishing up with them, we told Ronald we were expecting our first child in a couple weeks and he even showed me how to properly install the car seat. Who does that? I honestly can't wait to use their services again and I would without question refer them to anyone looking for a brand new look with any of their cars. An absolute amazing job! We got a used truck a week ago and the dealership didn't do a great job deep cleaning it. We wanted a full deep clean/detail and there were hard water marks on one side of the vehicle body and rims. The truck otherwise started decently clean with no stains or heavy gunk build up. The cleaners were professional, on time, seemed hard working and able to remove the hard water stains on the body of truck and most of the hard water stains on most of the wheels. We got the gold package, and maybe my expectations of a full detail were unrealistic, but for $485 of professional detailing and an already relatively clean vehicle, I was expecting a better outcome. We had a similar detail job done by a carwash for half the price and got the same results. You could say the mobile part was more convenient but the results didn't live up to the cost difference. Overall, the truck is clean (except the truck bed which wasn't cleaned... not sure if that's normal, but other places spray out the truck bed at the least), the seats, rubber parts, and side steps were polished and treated to look really nice and the truck smells good. They also did a good job getting the hard water stains off the vehicle. Not quite the attention to detail I was hoping for with the gold package though. The attached photos sum up part of the results. The results were at par to a cheaper run of the mill car wash detail. They probably do great for your average car wash and clean, but I'm not sure I would use them for a high level detail again. read more

Same day service, had to drive in and wait 3.5 hours for full exterior service. Overall the work was somewhat disappointing. The problem areas on the paint were not corrected and the wheels were not as clean as I had hoped. It was frustrating to hear that there was some damage and a poor wheel repaint with stuck on dirt. I didn't leave feeling good due to a poor delivery but perhaps my expectations were unrealistic. I was hoping for a wet high gloss look but got these results instead. Overall, the car looks good but needs more work. Ron offered me a mini detail to make up for my disappointment and seems like a hard worker. I might suggest a different approach and maybe some high gloss products. I will avoid machine washing in the future and polish every 3 months. **After meeting with a detail expert, I have reevaluated my review due to poor advice and unprofessional finish and delivery. Recently hired to detail the exterior of our Tesla, Ronald and his team did a phenomenal job, especially while working in 90degree sun. He was courteous, friendly and professional. He and his team came onsite and finished an exterior wash and wax quicker than expected and the results are fantastic.
