Dropped off my car off on Friday morning, despite having multiple clients; they finished my tint and detail in just 4-6 hours. Hector was great to work with, and I couldn't believe my eyes when I came to pick up the car. My new Chevy Bolt needed ceramic coating. I picked Klein Karz after doing my research and calling around for prices. Hector beat all prices by at least $200. And it looks INCREDIBLE! (Also they did the tint) After taking the Bolt I took my 10 year old Nissan Maxima for full detail, some light buffing, wax, and re-do on the rear window. They were meticulous on the interior, it hasn't looked this great in years. Also they got a bunch of scratches out of the paint. WOW, car looks new again. Called them to come detail my 2010 Honda CR-V and were able to squeeze me in the next day. Arrived at the house and all they needed was an outlet. Did a great job and were done in 1.5 hours. After they left I noticed an old smoothie stain under one of the floor mats (not noticeable at first glance because it's underneath it) and some crevices under front seats still had dirt (I'm very picky and detail oriented) so I asked if that was normally included and he told me he was sorry and they'd come back and fix right away which they did. A+ service. My Kia Soul looks fantastic! I did the basic service and my car looks better than it did when I bought it. My dog gets motion sickness and made some messes recently. I cleaned up most of it but it needed a good washing inside, as well as a vacuuming. Not to mention, it was covered in dust and bird feces on the outside. They waxed the exterior and polished up the inside as well. The owner Hector also responds quickly to quotes and gave me an appointment for noon the next day when I sent a request at 11 PM the night before. I didn't have to call them, which was nice. They were very affordable and professional. I originally asked for a tint which was 15% but when I saw it I was unhappy with it. When I asked them to switch to 5% they did so for me free of cost and wanted to make sure I didn't leave without being happy (even though it was my mistake!). This is definitely my go to place for car cleaning. I called them to get the inside of my car cleaned, and they were able to get me in later that day. This was also during the time that they just relocated to a new location. The service was great, both the actual labor and the customer service. The guy I talked with knew what he was doing and how long it would take. I was in and out within 45 minutes. The inside of the car was spotless and looked brand new. Let me first start this review by saying I am one of those individuals that will shop around for a good deal. I have a 2016 Nissan Pathfinder that the lease is coming to an end and instead of being that guy that just does a hand wash and gives it back to the dealership I decided to be nice and get it detailed. I sent out quotes to five separate detailing companies and within five minutes I had received a personalized quote from Hector the owner. We conversed via Yelps' messenger service and he answered any questions that I had. I was able to book and confirm an appointment all through Yelp. I showed up to my appointment on time and Hector was there to greet me. He let me know what he was going to do and then went above and beyond to drive me back to my home while I waited for the car to be detailed. It's small things like this that really stand out. I wanted my 2016 Lexus LX detailed as we were going to sell it and it was filthy as it was our family commute car with 2 toddlers. After finding these guys on Yelp, I decided I would give them a try. I called on Tuesday afternoon and Hector got me in the next morning. He was there early and he gave me a ride back to my work. He texted me 4 hours later letting me know it was done. When I picked it up I couldn't believe my eyes as the car looked so clean, you would've never known that this car wasn't brand new. I was expecting to pay in the $250-$300 range, but his price was considerably lower. About half of that.
