Really appreciated how responsive Demi was, he answered a few minutes before closing which I was honestly doubtful of since most businesses don't answer their phones when getting close to closing time. I was looking around my area for competitive and quality tinting companies and came across them through Yelp. Very quick to response to messages and phone calls. I was specifically looking for Llumar and it so happens they mainly work with this brand, so all was good. Their quote was competitive compared to the other offers I got (and lower branded films at that) near the area. On site, receptionist was very friendly and got me checked in right away. Work was done promptly and on time. I noticed something after picking my car up on what seemed like scratches. They were very open to seeing the car right away, and to my there was really no issue at all (just residue from the application which was easily removed). I took my first 2018 Honda Civic here and they did a beautiful job. Held up the whole 6 years I kept that vehicle with no bubbling or errors. Then, I got a 2024 Tesla Model 3 and had it absolutely botched at another local shop who chipped multiple windows.. (Went there because the tints were being bought for me). I hit up Classy, and they are truly an upstanding, honest, and helpful business. They removed the previous tints and reinstalled their tints within a day. Appointment was quick to obtain. Communication is great. They even gave me a free hand car wash coupon for my troubles. I had my partner take his 2024 Chev High Country here as well. He was so impressed because it was his first time coming here. It has been about 8 months now and tints are looking still good as new in both our vehicles. We are both very happy, returning customers! I also recommended this place to my brother for his 2021 Toyota Tacoma. No issues with his tints either after almost 4 years. I just bought a house, and with all the little things you don't see when buying like the sun hitting straight through my bedroom during the hottest hours of the day. I quickly looked for a place to slap on some good window tint with privacy and heat protection. That's when I found this company! Demi responded quite quickly. I told him I was worried about the lighting being blocked as I do enjoy natural sunlight, but as you can see plenty of lighting still gets through but it sure blocks the heat! Which he assured me the products he used would still give great light with lots of privacy and heat protection! Demi was professional, friendly but importantly personable! He was super helpful and flexible with my schedule. I was able to send him measurements for my sliding glass doors which he gladly accepted. He communicated with sooner openings and squeezed me in a day early! I did ask if the tint were to bubble or ripple, he said give him a call and there is a lifetime warranty. Installed on my 2018 Tesla Model 3. Only took 2 hours and was able to wait in their clean waiting area. Went with Llumar ceramic tint IRX 15 which is their top of the line, for the rear 3 windows. Wanted to stay CA legal and keep lifetime warranty in effect, so went with the Llumar Air 80 on the 2 front windows. Demi took the time to correct a bubble I immediately found afterwards and answered all my questions thoroughly. Asked me the right questions, how far I wanted rear tint to go. Asked if there were any defroster nick and burning issues, but they allayed my concerns. Quote was very reasonable for such best quality tint. Got a free glass cleaner for checking in Yelp. Love how my car looks now and will be cooler in the summer. Highly recommend this shop! read more
