There was some yellow discoloration left on the clear coat (from me leaving the wrap on too long), but Alex helped me take care of it and restored her back to her natural beauty. I originally went her to have decals put onto my car for my work. Alec was professional and patient with me as I was trying to locate the diagram the company had provided me as to the proper placement of the decals on my car. When I couldn't find them and the company (located on the east coast) wasn't quick enough to get back to me with help, I made a command decision on where to place them. I got it right except for the door decals. The company sent me additional decals to replace them in the proper place and angle. I was able to get in within a day after receiving the new decals and the old decals removed and replaced with the new ones in their proper place and positions. This company went above and beyond to make sure I, and my company were made whole because of my mistake. Alex is a top-notch professional--very detail-oriented, polite, and someone who truly values his business. He treated both me and my car with great care, as if it were his own. I inquired about a full front PPF for my GX460. Initially, I thought the price was a bit steep, and there are certainly cheaper alternatives available. However, like most Yelpers, I chose ADP because of its high ratings and reviews. Alex also gave me a small discount. I dropped off the car in the morning, and that same afternoon, Alex sent me a set of photos showing the base condition of the work to be done. Fast forward to the work completion--there were minor issues with the door edge trims; for all the doors, some portions didn't stick properly on the interior side of the panels. By the way, the door edge trims and the mirror caps were included for free. The service also includes a re-inspection after 20-25 days. After about three weeks, I reached out to Alex, and he took care of the door trim issues immediately. Other than that, the front PPF installation has been excellent so far. I'll definitely be returning to Alex for any future PPF needs. read more
