my car came out so good. The service was excellent very professional. I got a full round tint and I love my car!!!

I was scheduled for warranty service and was taking care off by Jordan . He was so professional and did what he promised to do. I really appreciate him so much. The work was done right away. read more

I chose Tintix for my tint project after doing some research and noticing they had consistently great reviews. Since it was my first time tinting my car in Oakley, I wanted to make sure I picked the right place, and booking an appointment with them was quick and easy. The location was also close to home, which made the process even more convenient. When I arrived, the shop was clean, neatly organized, and thoughtfully decorated. I especially liked the billboard displaying different wrap colors--it gave the place a professional and creative feel. The staff member who helped me walked me through the different tint options available. Even though I had already decided on the basic tint, which I had requested a quote for on Yelp, he continued to push some of the higher-end options. While I understand he was doing his job, it felt a bit unnecessary, and once I stuck to my choice, his enthusiasm seemed to fade. I asked a few more questions, but his responses were minimal, which left me feeling slightly brushed off. The tinting process was estimated to take most of the day, which I didn't mind, as I was planning to pick up the car before closing. However, I never received a call letting me know the car was ready, so I had to reach out to the store myself. Despite that communication issue, the actual tint work was excellent. The final result looked clean and professional, and I'm very happy with how it turned out. Overall, the quality of the tint job was great, though the customer service experience had a few areas that could be improved. read more

Another great job at Tintix. I brought my car here in 2021 and my tint is still looking great and I was very happy with the work. So now I brought my son's car here and the quality is still great and my son is extremely happy with the look of his car now. Rama, Omar and Jordan were all great to work with and the don't pressure you in any way but they just explain the benefits of each level of tint. I will be returning in the future for more services now that they do more than just wraps and tint. I highly recommend this shop to you. read more

Pretty good quality so far- had the tint for maybe 4 months now. 20% front, 5% back. Guy I spoke to was definitely trying to sell me on doing the entire car (including windshield) for tint which was going to be well over $800 for ceramic. I drive a Honda Accord... Ended up paying $600 including warranty for only 2 windows. Not sure if I recommend, you can get ceramic tint with just as good quality for less than $300 somewhere else. We have a Tundra that cost $260 for ceramic at another spot in Pittsburg. read more

I've been going to Tintix for years. Today I had my fourth car tinted by them. I got the ceramic tint which was flawless as usual. The good thing is, Tintix stands by its work and warranty's the tint for life. One of my prior vehicles had an air bubble in it after a few weeks and they replaced the tint without any issue. If you want high quality tint and great service then this is your place. I will continue to utilize their services as I acquire more vehicles. read more

I usually refrain from writing reviews unless the job is either botched or exceptional. However, Tintix has been persistently spamming me with calls, texts, and emails, even after I had unsubscribed from their service for years, just to get me to leave a review. Initially, I had clear PPF installed on my Model 3. It took some time and a few other cars getting PPF from different providers to realize how poorly they had done their job. The cut lines around the mirrors looked like they had been cut by a drunk teenager with scissors. The wrap around the hood started peeling shortly after installation. The cost of the service was not commensurate with the poor quality of the work. I strongly advise against using this shop. read more

I was looking to get mine and my hubby's car tinted as we just moved to Brentwood and the heat is no joke. I requested a quote and got a follow up, within a day, from Shirley, who was beyond friendly and accommodating! She provided me with a very reasonable price and the easiest scheduling process ever. When it came to our appointment day we worked with Khalid who was also very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He showed us our options and we ended up going with a ceramic tint that made both our cars look brand new. The service they did was great and we really appreciated them educating us on how to take care of the tint. It was a little over our budget but honestly so worth it because they are true professionals! I definitely recommend their service! Thanks again Khalid and Shirley, 10/10 experience! Also their office is absolutely stunning, I should've taken more pictures but you'll have to see for yourself. read more

I had an amazing experience at TinTix Window Tinting! I brought in my BMW X1 after a trip to the mountains, and it was extremely dirty--plus I have a dog, so there was hair everywhere, especially in the backseat and carpets (tan interior makes it even harder ). They completely exceeded my expectations. The team was welcoming, professional, and fast. TJ, the owner, and the assistant manager (I wish I remembered his name!) were both fantastic. When I got my car back, it was spotless, shiny, and smelled amazing. They even got ALL the dog hair out, which I didn't think was possible! My car is literally sparkling. Highly recommend--these guys do incredible work! read more

I've been meaning to leave this review for a while. I like to wait a little and see how the product lasts. So far I'm completely satisfied with the results. I browsed around for tint services and came across Tintix. I submitted a quote request and Ryan Miller provided a quote in a matter of minutes. He was great at following up as well since I didn't respond immediately, sorry! I had additional questions regarding the options and how to compliment the front/back IF I wanted the 5-20% tints. Ryan provided all the information along with a new quote. He booked my appointment, reached out when the schedule had a minor hiccup & rescheduled me ASAP. Once I arrived at the Livermore location, they went over my quote again, showed me examples, discussed the pros of having a higher heat rejection along with the warranty option. I don't expect perfection but they did an amazing job! I'll be going back for my windshield and sunroof, FOR SURE! read more

[Update from my last review] The manager reached out to me right away regarding my issue and I got my tint redone on the windows that had imperfections above their tolerance. This company truly shows how much they care about making sure their customers leave satisfied and will do what they can to make things right. These are the type of places that are worth choosing for service for the price you pay. A very professional company and lots of respect for them as they have for their clients. I will definitely be recommending them to others and coming back in the future. They also reopened their main lobby and it brings such a great vibe upon entering as well. Very cool to see all the samples up on the walls! Thank you to the manager, Joe, for sitting down with me and having a conversation to make sure things were set right and to the brentwood team for the great work and service! read more

Came in for a tint and they did a decent job, but I noticed an accessory on my keychain was missing. They said they looked everywhere and couldn't find it so I made them check again and it still wasn't there. I had to make them check again for the third time until they finally found it. They kept blaming the clip for my key the accessory is bigger than the car key fob itself. Instead of apologizing, they continued to put the blame on me for leaving it on there, doubting it even existed, and saying it was easy to come off the clip instead of taking responsibility. The lack of accountability and the poor tracking of my belongings when it was entrusted to them was disappointing. Mistakes happen, but how they're handled matters--and this was handled poorly. read more

Words cannot express how grateful I am for Jordan and his team. I am always skeptical when buying any auto detailing, yet Jordan was no hassle and he made me feel comfortable in my buying decision. It has been month and my tinted windows are great! I got 20% on all sides including the back and the difference when commuting is immense! Thank you again and I will definitely be back! For context, this is my first time tinting my windows and I was worried the 20% would be too dark. So far I have not had issues on the road. The value is also great! read more

I originally took my car to Tintix two years ago, immediately after purchase. Their team was super helpful and did complete PPF clear wrap, tint and ceramic coating job on my car in a few days. They were kind enought to point out a high number of panel gaps and misalignments (thank you Tesla!) for future correction. The resulting work was outstanding and to this day, the gloss and shine still looks great. Living with the coating and the tint has been great. It took a few tries to find the right products to work well with the 3M Ceramic, finally setting on the P&S product line. The car doesn't sit outside much, but when it does, the tint does a great job of keeping the car quite cool. Overall, we're very happy with the service we received and continue to recieve. Highly recommend them for quality of work, communication and fair pricing. read more
