I paid to have my new car windows tinted and the fee included a "lifetime Warranty". The tint seemed of a good quality, and initially there were no installation issues. The rear window tint has bubbled after a couple years without ever using the defroster, even though it was supposed to be ok I never turned it on. I called to have my car inspected to replace the tint under warranty, and the service person said he would contact the manufacturer for the tint replacement. It's been weeks since that day, they don't return phone calls, I went there in person, and nothing since. Crickets. I went there again today during business hours, they were closed. All calls go directly to voice-mail, no return calls. I don't recommend Tint Inc. Save your sanity.
Best tint shop around! The owner really knows his tint process and they take every precaution to make sure your interior isn't damage. This is my second car I've had tinted at this shop. Won't go anywhere else. The final result is perfect.
Eric did such a great job on my car, I went in knowing nothing about tinting or what I wanted and he helped me figure out what would look best and took the time to talk to me about the tints so I could know exactly what was I was getting. I'm really happy with how my car turned out and I would recommend him to anyone. He does high quality work!!
I should have done this review a long time ago! Over the past 10 years, I've brought my vehicles here (ranging from sports cars to trucks) and these guys always do a phenomenal job! I recently purchased a Toyota Tacoma and needed my front windows tinted. I spoke with Eric (owner) and we discussed some different options I had for tinting. Apparently, there's a new type of tint that blocks a majority of the heat out. There's a small sample box on the counter and Eric showed me the differences with both types of tint (heat demonstration). This guy is laid back and runs a no pressure, professional business and will make sure you understand what you're buying (and why you should). The other employees I've met here are all younger guys but they are always polite and courteous. I ended up having them tint my windshield as well (something I've never done in the past) and I'm glad I did! The work at this place is always excellent and I'm completely satisfied with the results. On a side note. Be aware that when you schedule your appointment, they do require a deposit in order to put you on the official schedule. This is necessary in order for them to guarantee you won't back out and they lose business for that day. Nothing shady at all. If you need to change the date or reschedule, just call them within 72 hours (maybe 48) and they are happy to accommodate you and you won't lose your deposit.
My boyfriend brought his car to Tint Inc Window Tinting and it came out amazing and has lasted for so long. Making the appointment was easy but I would definitely book as soon as you can. Once I got there it was super easy drop off. I dropped it off on Saturday at 8am and got it back around noon. My car turned out amazingly! They take very good care of your car. I would recommend this place to anyone!
I checked out a lot of places to get my car tinted. I've tinted all my other cars using a different place but this time he wasn't confident in tinting my Audi A6, so I decided to go to Tint Inc. after doing some checking around. Even though I was apprehensive in using someone new, I really wanted my car tinted. I went to the shop and made an appointment. My initial impression was the place was very professional. It was clean and looked like a well ran business and not some fly by night company. On the day of my appointment, I had to make a change in the time when I can bring my car. Eric made some phone calls to switch my time which I really appreciated! When I picked up my car I was very pleased! It was ready on time and they did a wonderful job! The price was also much reasonable than some other window tinting places in the same vicinity. Note: They used computer cut window tinting so it's precise which eliminates searching the glass and cutting the window seals! If you want quality work, good customer service and a place with reasonable prices, you should definitely go to Tint Inc. I give them my highest recommendation!!!
Brought my 2019 Honda Accord to Tint Inc. for 35% all the way around. This is my second car done here. The team always does a perfect job, with great customer service. Couldn't be happier with the final product. Definitely one of the best tint shops in the Bay.
I just purchased a brand new 2019 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring in black and wanted to get my windows tinted to create a clean finished look. In addition, I wanted to block the heat out as much as I possibly could. Their appointment process is simple and you place a deposit towards the purchase of the work you will be getting done. I had every window tinted with the exception of the windshield (may go back and add the uv film for the it to protect my leather upholstery). I couldn't be more satisfied with the service and how the end product turned out. It looks great on the brand new car and I will certainly be recommending Tint Inc and using them again. Eric and his staff are extremely professional and ensured I was completely happy before I left (my car had some error messages come up on the dash due to the tint adhesive which is a normal occurrence). The errors on my car went away and I'm very grateful for all their help. Keep up the great work and I'll be back without a doubt! Thanks again!

I loved the tint my friend put on her new Camry so she referred me to this business. She also mentioned that her whole family has only gone to this business for all their other cars as well. I called in and spoke to Eric to get a quote for tinting the front and rear windows of my new model 3. Although the pricing seemed more than what I wanted/expected to spend he was very knowledgeable and thorough with explaining why the pricing reflected the work needed to tint a Tesla specifically CORRECTLY since the rear windows are so large compared to other cars. I wanted someone trustworthy and after some research I realized his pricing was reasonable especially since a family member of mine paid more than what Eric quoted me and his 2020 model 3 has already started bubbling! Eric was able to book me the following week based on my availability and I was the only one scheduled for that day which I appreciate because you can tell he took the time to perfect my windows! He sent me a video and pictures of the car before pick up and even stayed an additional hour past closing to wait for me to pick up the car. When I arrived he showed me pictures of the whole process that was done. I'm hella happy I took my car to this shop. I love how sporty/aggressive the car looks now and I can still see clearly when I drive at night. I definitely recommend & will be coming back here in the future! read more

The team did a fantastic job tinting the front two windows of our new QX50. I went with the Suntek Carbon line, 35% tint. Made an appointment, they go me in and out in about an hour. Their prices were the best for a good product and excellent service. read more

Initial contact: I submitted a request for a quote and got a response within 30 minutes. The response was very detailed which provided great information that put me at ease. I called and made an appointment, I'll update this post with additional comments and photos accordingly once service is completed. So far, we're off to a great start! Thanks Eric! Update: I took my car in at 11:30am on Saturday and the car was finished by 1:00pm. They offer competitive prices for the SunTek Carbon tint however, upgrading your tint will cost you about $100 more, which I did upgrade to the SunTek CXP. They did a awesome job on my Range Rover Sport! I would highly recommend Tint Inc. read more

I am about a year overdue on this review but even up till now the tint has been on without any issues with bubbling and fading. I opted for the higher quality tint to provide me a cooler temperature inside as well as added UV protection to prevent my leather from prematurely cracking. What a significant different their tint made to the inside temperature and it's aesthetically pleasing! I went with their 35% all around (minus windshield). Highly recommend this place. They deserve more stars!!! read more
