So I brought the car when we agreed and they redo the work however by mistake in the process they scratched my wheel but they were right away honest when I picked up the car and said they would take care of it fully and to simply contact their wheel guy who would repair it at no cost to me the guy did an amazing job fixing it and my tint turned out perfect after all... Around 10am the shop was opened and I was informed that my car may not be finished due to short staffing which is 100% okay. I left and was expecting a call waiting 4 hours as I was quoted online that the car would be finished in 2-3 hours. 4pm comes around and still no call, so I tried calling a few times and was not able to get ahold of anyone. I ended up heading over a little past 5pm to check the status and the tinter confirmed that the car couldn't be finished and I would receive a text message confirming when to bring the car back to be finished. No text came and no appointment was made. Outside of the car under the windows and inside was left dirty with the solution they use. Also this is a brand new car and there was a cut in the door leather that I know for a fact was not there prior to bringing it in. Almost every window that was worked on had debris under the tint and jagged edges. Since then I've left voicemails and an email trying to resolve this as I don't feel comfortable with them finished the rest of the car. I'd rather have all the Tint removed and a refund.
