Don't let this small mom & pop shop with no website fool you. I passed by on a Saturday @1pm just to get a quote. 1.5hrs later my car had full tint including windshield and sunroof. I love the tint on my Honda CR-V. They were responsive to my email quote request. After comparing with several others, I decided to go with Eclipse. My appointment was for the next day. They told me it may take up to two hours but it was done in an hour. I went with the 5% in the back and 25% on the driver and passenger windows. I know too many people that are getting tickets for their dark tint so I didn't want to take a chance with 5% all around. I appreciated their attentiveness to detail. I'll definitely be back. Two weeks before I took delivery of my Model Y Long Range QuickSilver (new color) I set up the YELP project so that i would recieve some quotes. After reading various reviews, I was hoping that Eclipse would come through with a quote and sure enough Mayra did within the hour. I explained that I did not have the car yet and she said just to call her whenever I wanted the appointment. On the day of delivery, I realized the car had factory tint on the back, passengers and roof. She said no problem and politely changed my quote without any judgement to just the fronts and windshield. This a family run business for sure and the customer service is representative of proud owners. On the day of the appointment, she texted me. Once there, was given options and a time frame of completion. The car was completed on time, I was texed and upon inspect everything was perfect. Look I won't lie if I go to a shit place I won't even complain I will just get up and leave but this was very different the experience is immaculate when it comes to service. They helped me by picking the tint and showing me different shades and the difference between tint From carbon tint and ceramic tint I didn't feel pressured at all to buy They had everything needed they had social distancing, mask and sanitizer their for customer's I would highly recommend this place to any friends and family I was recommended by a good friend of mine To come here check it out and if I liked it to get work done here for my personal vehicle I was on the fence at first but as soon as I stepped in they were just super informative on everything I wanted In the end I got 15% ceramic tint on my driver side and passenger side windows My back is 5% With a sun bar 5% ceramic Either option is good but ceramic is worth the cost in the end after all the heat out here in CA Just kills during the summer so don't cheat yourself out spend a little more for the best option. I been wanting to tint my 3 rear windows for some time now. Living inland, especially during the summer, you should get the gist of why I been longing to get it done. Lucky me I discovered "Eclipse Window Tinting" (Clever Name) the shop over from my mechanic and I decided to go and get an estimate and compare prices with other shops in the area. Let me tell you why I ended up going with them. "Eclipse Window Tinting" City - Pittsburg Price - $195.75 Eclipse Window Tinting: This establishment sits just one shop over from where I take my car to get worked on. In the last week or so we got a taste of "Summer"....let me say that i'm not a huge fan of hot weather. Where I live, the parking are isn't shaded, so entering your vehicle while it hot out is a "No Bueno". So I decided not to procrastinate for once and go ahead and take care of this with an easy solution. After calling around to compare prices I decided to go back and get my 3 rear windows done by this shop. Mayra the receptionist was a really pleasant person. She was precise and kept her word about the service they provide. She explained the process they do here and how long it would take to have the tinting done. She also explained the warranty process should something happen to the tint, and how many days you should wait before rolling your windows down. They offer at this shop different levels of tint visibility (50%, 35%, 20%, 10%, 5%) for your needs. I ended up going with a 5% tint as it does provide privacy and great protection from the sun. Mayra stated that my car would be done in an hour, she was true to her word and even took the time to assure I was pleased with the product before I left, needless to say, I was indeed delighted. In Closing: I highly recommend "Eclipse Window Tinting" if you live in the East Bay and need your windows tinted. The price I got from them was about $20 or so cheaper then what I got quoted from from other shops in the area, and I'm pretty happy with the results. I wish I had a before picture to show but I don't , let me just say that the windows were so ugly with old dried up tint that we had been trying to scrap off ourselves (not as easy as it sounds) so anyways I called today got appointment today and my windows look awesome so so Beautiful . I got my windows tinted this weekend by coincidence from eclipse and I can say I am beyond grateful how lucky I got. I was driving back from a closed shop that wouldn't return my calls and I saw them opening up the doors to their "Saturday Antioch Flea Market" location. I was a little skeptical because it was just a small shack but later came to find out they just do that their on Saturday. Anyways I ended up checking them out online before I flipped a U turn and went back. The lady was extremely nice and said she could get me in now. The price was a little higher then normal but WELL WORTH IT! I've had tints in the past from other cheaper shops where there are air bubbles and other flaws but I literally was searching for something wrong with my tint and couldn't find one imperfection! Not to mention if something does pop up that the tints are covered under warranty and you just need to take it back and they'll fix it for free! I would recommend them 100 out of 100 times for anyone to go there especially if you have a high dollar car that you love and want a perfect job done!
