Excellent Window Tinting Service! I'm extremely happy with my newly tinted windows! Before my appointment, I visited their website and found it very informative, with helpful explanations of the different tint options, including ceramic tint. Kyler and team were professional, knowledgeable, in helping me choose the right tint. I went with 35% all around, and I absolutely love the results! The workmanship was outstanding--no bubbles, just a beautiful, clean finish! The tint looks fantastic and provides added daytime privacy, which I really appreciate. Kyler did an excellent job, and I highly recommend him to anyone considering window tinting! read more

Can't express enough the customer service satisfaction that Kyler brings to his business. Last weekend I had a mishap on one of my windows and panicked a little bit as I have tried my best to keep my windows free from any damage. Nonetheless, Kyler was able to help me out and even identify my previous tint percentage and type on record. Another 5 stars service! Honest business and worth the investment for your car! read more

Kyler responded quickly to my yelp request for pricing, and was also quick to respond to schedule. I had never tinted my windows before and he showed me all the options and even let me check out the interior of some of the cars in his lot with various tinting levels to see what I liked best. Would absolutely use him again to tint my windows! read more

Super easy to set up from start to finish. It definitely helped seeing other high-end cars in the shop -- you could tell they know what they're doing. Overall, just a solid level of comfort throughout the process. The guys were a little casual, but honestly that added to the peace of mind for me...confident without being salesy. Got my BMW tinted all around and I'm very happy with the results. Would recommend. read more

I was in need of auto tint. After comparing several places, this seemed like the place. After reading through the ratings and reviews on here, I headed to the website to learn more. It just felt right. I left a message on there, but I was really excited that I called the next morning. I gave the details of the vehicle and Kyler gave me a quote. He gave me several days that would work best from the following day through the following week. I then scheduled for an appointment a week out. I called back some minutes later and asked if I can take the following day instead. He agreed with the understanding that I would technically be squeezing in and would have to leave it there the entire day. That was cool with me. I brought it in the next morning. Kyler did a walkthrough to check the windows. I gave him the specs I wanted and he recommended a slight tweak. I trusted his expertise. Came back later in the afternoon. The ceramic tint came out amazing. Kyler's recommendation tweak turned out solid. Very meticulous with the tinting. Kyler even walked me through every window and even pointed out the smallest of details that I was intrigued by. That showed his craft and expertise. Solid every step of the way. read more

Had a great experience working with Kyler at Tru-Tints! A lot of people know them for auto tinting, but they also do residential window tinting. Kyler's customer service was excellent throughout the consultation. He took the time to discuss with us different film options (including non-reflective XPEL films that give a more natural look), provided a good sized sample so we could see how our window looks in our home's light and from the street, and followed up consistently. We ultimately went with a reflective film from another company because of specific requirements related to our 23-year-old window seals, but I was thoroughly impressed by Kyler's professionalism, product knowledge, and genuine interest in helping us find the right solution. If you need residential or auto tinting, give Tru-Tints a call! read more

Kyler went above and beyond with the tint job of my 2013 honda civic! It had a very old tint and he was able to make it look nice again, my poor car definitely needed a make over and a new tint helped! My Dad was very happy as well as he drives it as our spare car. Customer service A++++ Thank you Kyler! read more

I was recommended by a friend about Tru-Tints and it did not disappoint! Came in to replace my rear window since my old one was bubbling up from a dealership tint. Kyler was the one who did it for us. He was very nice and told us it would take about 1.5 hours and he was on the dot. Me and my wife took our 3 year old son and waited in their nice & clean lounge area with everything you need to relax plus wifi & Netflix! It went buy quick. In the end the ceramic tint looked great! Thank you Kyler! We will be coming back again! read more

Looked around for tint shops in the area and came across Tru-Tints. They use Xpel products which is what I was looking for. Got an initial tinting quote from Kyler in Yelp project for the Prime XR ceramic tint films. Some time later, I called Tru-Tints to ask more questions about Prime XR vs XR Plus and get pricing on XR Plus. On the day that I called in, they offered to install the tint the same day in the afternoon. Their pricing was reasonable and went ahead with scheduling install later in the day. They showed me both tint film options and darkness options. Bonus that they had another vehicle that shows the same vehicle and tint darkness which made it easier to decide what to go with. I went with Prime XR Plus for maximum heat rejection. The waiting room was nice with plenty of seating, TV, drinks and snacks. Once the vehicle was done getting tinted, they had me check it out and if it was to my satisfaction which it definitely was! The installation went well, wasn't rushed, and vehicle was prepped so liquids wasn't getting all over the place. Thanks again Kyler for initial quote, and thanks to Jae and crew for your friendly service and awesome work! read more

Kyler was amazing and very kind. He went above and beyond and took off old decals. He also gave me the windshield strip for free due to forgetting to include it in the consult, even after I offered to pay it anyway. Integrity like that is rare, can't recommend him and his work enough. read more

Kyler at Tru-Tints was amazing! I requested a bid one random weekday in the late evening and received a response within 15 minutes. I was originally going to look at getting a couple different bids but based on that exchange and the other favorable reviews I knew this was the right place for the job. On the day of the appointment he patiently walked me thru my options and I went with the lighter of the two shades. It turned out to be the right choice and made a dramatic difference on the interior temps over the summer in Concord. I would highly recommend Kyler for any of your tinting needs! Thanks again!! read more

Kyler and his team did a great job. At first, I was doubtful because the bubbles hadn't gone away after a week. So, I went back and they redid the tint and triple squeegeed it leaving no bubbles. I also had my wife's car tinted and they made sure to triple squeegee the tints. Kyler also offers the best warranty compared to other tint shops. For example, if your tinted windows break, he'll replace the tints at no extra cost. read more

Kyler is the best in the Bay! He has a wonderful waiting area for the customers and the tint he applied on my front driver and passenger side windows on my SUV and they look great! 1st time with Tru-Tints (had many other cars tinted in the past). Got XR ceramic for my SUV, couldn't be more pleased. As you already know, ceramic (of any brand) is going to significantly reduce interior heat. I personally didn't want to go really dark with the front windows (and the SUV came with factory dark in the rears already, like most of them there days) so my percentage selections probably won't be yours. But the most important things about Tru-Tints - Good attention to detail, and insisting the install is done right, not as fast as possible. Fair pricing and good value for money spent. No nonsense, no upsell pitch, no silliness. I highly recommend them. I still haven't decided whether to go PPF or not...but if I do pull the trigger, it will be with these guys. read more

We moved into town earlier this year and we needed to get our new car tinted. Found Kyler's shop and decided to give it a try. Setting up the appointment was quick and easy -- Kyler was super responsive and clear with communication. Dropped off the car in the morning and picked it up before lunch time looking perfect. The tint came out clean with zero bubbles. He explained nuances of the post tint install. You can tell they take pride in their work. Overall, solid experience from start to finish. Smooth communication, quality results, and fair pricing. Will definitely be bringing our next car back to Kyler. Happy to have a great tint shop in our city. read more

UNBELIEVABLE A+++ customer service and professionalism from Kyler and his team. The tint is fantastic! Kyler patiently answered my thousands of questions in person and via text, while also giving super helpful advice throughout, especially since I didn't know which tint I wanted. Tru-Tints was also so easy to schedule with and made the timing that worked for me, work for them. Some tint companies boast a lifetime warranty, but then the owners/employees don't fully honor it or have silly stipulations, but Kyler is definitely not that guy. A++ all around - not to mention, they treated my Camry like a Ferrari, which was greatly appreciated. Would recommend Kyler and Tru-Tints to anyone! read more

3rd time with Kyler , did return to do the front wind shield for a ceramic tint and found out that Dylan or Dillan can also do clear bra for your front hood as well . As I had noticed small rock chips on the hood of the car . I had dropped earlier at the Honda dealer shop and they said only the tint shops will apply the vinyl clear strip to your hood to protect against the rock chips as I attempt to protect the color as long as I can . Kyler bless his kind heart squeezed me into shop when I call in today as I had some free time and asked if he can help me . He did , this is my go to shop and he does clean job and am very pleased with his professionalism, kindness and dedication to his craft which is quality of work . Highly recommend this shop and I saw a GTS Porsche , Range Rover and Corvette being worked on . Compared to my practical SUV I felt confident he will take care of my car . read more

I got the xpel xr on all side windows and rear! Amazing job. Such a difference in not only privacy of course but heat rejection too. Kyler got me in quickly and even had my car done in just a little over an hour so I didn't have to wait long. The waiting room was also a nice touch as there is a TV for Netflix, mini fridge w/ drinks and snacks! Very relaxing and comfortable! I was also surprised that I didn't have to wait the 72 hour waiting period on rolling the windows down. Again, another nice touch! Will definitely be back for my windshield! :) read more

I arrived as scheduled the next day and was warmly greeted by Kyler and his Team. We went over again some options, he provided some additional recommendations without any undue pressure, and we proceeded with a plan with 30's all the way around! 2.5hrs later, they were done and it work they did came out PERFECT! The Tru-Tints Team is truly superb at what they do! I got my first car tinted by Kyler around 2.5 years ago. At that time, it was also my first time getting window tints and I still remember how he explained the process thoroughly. The tint was done with great precision and care. I just got my second car tinted today by Kyler and a teammate. The waiting area was very comfortable, clean, and filled with snacks and beverages and they provided wifi so I could get some work done while waiting. I made an appointment and was greeted by both Jay and Kyler who I found to be very knowledgeable and friendly with my decision on the type of tinting and the shade. This is a very long overdue review. Kyler was super responsive when I first reached out and answered all my questions. Despite his busy schedule, he was able to schedule an appointment within a couple days which was amazing as I wanted to get the car ready for the summer heat. When I arrived, he walked me through all the different types of tint and percentages. I initially knew what I wanted but with his expertise, he was able to recommended an even better alternative based on my needs. As I still had work to do while the car was being tinted, he offered to drive me over to the nearest coffee shop and even picked me up after the car was done! If that isn't great customer service, I don't know what is. When I arrived, the tint was exactly what I had envisioned and the craftsmanship of the install was amazing. I can't recommend Tru-Tint enough. If you're looking for a tint shop who has friendly, trustworthy and knowledgable people, Tru-Tint is the shop. I'll definitely come back here for any future tint job. Thank you again Kyler and his team for a great experience!! read more

Kyler and his team did an amazing job! Extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend. All of the reviews are spot on. I reach out to him on Yelp and he was very quick to respond. He was professional and answered all my questions. His prices are competitive and he offers warranty for both parts and labor. I chose to go with XPEL XR Plus. 20% in the fronts, 35% on the rear, and 55% on the windshield. He told me that the job would take approximately 3.5 hours but he was able to get it done in 3. Seeing a company on here with 185 reviews and only 5-star ratings was a no-brainer for me. The customer service was incredible form the start. Kyler was quick to respond to my request for a quote and was very reasonable in his pricing. Upon arrival, we were shown the different shades of tint and provided with recommendations for our specific needs. The job was done well, and the car looks great. They did forget to reinstall the auxiliary brake light in the rear window, which we didn't realize until we got home. I called Kyler to schedule a time to return and have the light installed. He insisted on coming to my house and installing it immediately. He told me it was their mistake, and I shouldn't have to drive over to have it corrected. Kyler came out right away and had the light installed within minutes. Again, excellent customer service. The 5-star ratings are justified, and I highly recommend Tru-Tints for your automotive tinting. read more
