It just felt right. I left a message on there, but I was really excited that I called the next morning. I gave the details of the vehicle and Kyler gave me a quote. He gave me several days that would work best from the following day through the following week. I then scheduled for an appointment a week out. I called back some minutes later and asked if I can take the following day instead. He agreed with the understanding that I would technically be squeezing in and would have to leave it there the entire day. That was cool with me. I brought it in the next morning. Kyler did a walkthrough to check the windows. I gave him the specs I wanted and he recommended a slight tweak. I trusted his expertise. Came back later in the afternoon. The ceramic tint came out amazing. Kyler's recommendation tweak turned out solid. Very meticulous with the tinting. The only one I had was a very small flaw was detected in my windshield tint where under certain light conditions it was more noticeable. Nowadays, I don't even notice it.
