Pedro worked very precisely and answered all my questions and concerns. I cannot be any more satisfied with my ceramic tint! I am writing this review one month after installation. Zero bubbling, creasing, or gaps whatsoever. All film was cut exactly to shape. I was initially worried about the delicate plastic brackets in the third brake light cover which had to be removed for the rear window tint- Pedro reinstalled this plastic cover perfectly! I will 100% be coming back for any future tinting needs. Thank you once again, Pedro! read more

This is a very well ran business. I just picked a Chevy Tahoe, and I called Shadow Tint to talk about tinting some glass. The gentleman quickly looked up my vehicle, and gave me a price for the entire vehicle, and it was very reasonable. This review is SOLELY based on customer service interaction via IG- will update review once service is completed. I was recommended this place from a family member who got their car tints done here. Note: we live in the Richmond area, and shopping around Shadow tint had the best deal compared to our area. I've been putting off tints for so long now, probably 6 months because I've gotten lazy. But I was sent a promo from IG that shadow tint was giving away a discount on tints all of January! This is a deal I couldn't pass up!!! I immediately DM'd them, and not even 5 min later they responded with a quote and available dates. Their rates are super affordable, and I've seen their work in person (my cousins car) hence why I am choosing shadow tints. They've been in contact with me all day discussing rates, times etc. And when I realized I booked too early, they immediately were able to change my appt time slot. No questions asked. I appreciate it because sometimes service like that you need to have a change fee etc., but these guys are accommodating. I have my appt set, and I'm super excited for the outcome. read more

Pedro has tinted one of our house windows as well as our cars! My home office would get unbearably hot in the afternoons with no central AC, and I was shocked by how much the tint made a difference in the temperature of the room! It not only cooled down that room but that whole side of the house, including the bedroom. And not only that it helps with privacy because that window looks out to the street. During the day time they cannot see inside. Car windows turned out great too! Highly recommend Pedro! read more

My mom was looking for a window tinting place that could match her two front windows to her rear factory tinted windows at a decent price. She heard of Shadow Tint from my brother in law. He gave my mom decent price and was able to match her two front windows perfectly to the rest of the car. Really nice guy. Craftsmanship is way below average. These guys couldn't install my window film correctly, they missed about a 1/2" on the borders of my window frames. Overpriced at over $400 for about 30-40 min worth of work is not fair and unacceptable. I would never refer this place to a friend. read more

Chose Gold (highest option available assuming thats the best quality) and before making a payment, thought it be better to pay after the Tinting service is done, so called their 888 number, booked an appt. Same same packages were offered, but this time, $200 extra charge because "my car" is not in their system (how convenient). Said, no thanks and hung up. 10 mins later the same person calls me back and says, we found your car (it was a computer glitch) and now there is no extra charge, just the $399 for the top of the line package. Reconfirmed that it was best heat rejection, ceramic tint, includes front windshield. Answer was Yes for all. I show up at my appt time expecting to give the car keys and leave (all info was already entered on the phone) but I was escorted into an office and told that the package I have is the cheapest quality and I should upgrade to the next 2 levels (Diamond & Platinum), neither were offered on the website or on the phone. I was ready to get up and leave, when the "owner/manager" was brought in. He listened to the story again and said "OK, I will take care of it and honor the price". Didn't stop there, when I asked to update the website to make it more transparent pricing, he said "Website is under construction", then goes on to blame the callcenter agent saying he will investigate, then blames sales guys that they didn't do their job. While all this is going on, another customer waiting in the lobby over hears our conversation, opens the door and is mad that he is honoring the price for me when he was scammed the same way (quoted $280 one the phone and charged $600, after negotiation, in the store). The owner leaves me in the room and talks to the other customer and honors him his original quoted price. While that conversation is happening, another customer walks in.....same story. You get my drift. The 3rd customer also had a quality issue with a huge stain on the ceiling of her car and was demanding that it be fixed right away. Needless to say, there were enough signs to run and save me more hassle. I would recommend the same to all of you. Save your time, money, car and peace of mind. Just go to the next honest Tinting business down the road. Just in case the owner retaliates to this post, I have proof of the appointment, screenshots of the website as of this post, to show that I was indeed there, but didn't choose to take their services after enough signs telling me to stay away.

Found this service center from a Yelp search for oil change and tire rotation and given my experience today for a simple oil change, I would highly recommend Stress-free. Their online booking and consistent communication is excellent. The service manager Rhett was friendly professional, and clear explaining the results of the inspection performed during the oil change service. The inspection report is detailed but easy to understand. I will definitely return for the next scheduled maintenance and consider them for other repairs.

He was very good with laying down expectations of what could and could not be done to restore the cars (which he exceeded, but we will come to that later). The newer Highlander had scratches and artwork from sidewalk chalk all over with significant damage. Mike worked his magic and restored it in a day (and was even gracious about me nervously checking up on his progress through the day). The car came back looking shiny and bright with no signs of the vandalism it had endured. 10/10. The second car was an old black sedan and while I didn't have much hope for it, Mike managed to get the chalk scratches out from that one as well. He also cleaned the headlights (which was a nice bonus and not part of the job). He was very professional throughout the process and gave me a good price for both the cars. I hope my cars are never vandalized like that again but atleast I know who I would go to now if they ever are!

Went to see Shadow tint and the owner offered me a great price for my two front windows to match the factory rear glass; and the results are better than factory. I will be back to bring more work trucks to get the Shadow tint special treatment! $90 for the two fronts in less than an hour, super pleased, and he sprayed a lovely scent to make the truck smell brand new upon completion! Had all four windows tinted including the back window. While I was there the guy told me that they all so they could smoke the taillights and a banner in the front.
