Although Ivan did not service my windshield, I feel he deserves a 5 stars review. I had an issue with a rental car. The rental company, on my return of the car, said there was a chip on the windshield and will charge me to replace said windshield. I didn't see the chip when I returned the car until they showed me, and I objected. Then I requested a extension to have the windshield repaired. I contacted Ivan, and he responded promptly. We arranged a time for his visit and he came within the window of time he provided. As soon as he came, he said that the chip was old. He then showed me that someone previously had tried to repair the windshield, as the chip was already filled. Ivan was straight forward, professional, and did not take any money from me. He has high ratings here and is well deserved. I don't leave many reviews, but Ivan and his service is deserving.
