He made sure to vacuum the broken glass inside the door card and interior of the car and wiped down the windows after he was done. Told me theres a lifetime warranty on his labor. Victor needed to borrow a dust pan and broom, which he probably should already keep in his truck for the type of work he does, but I had one nearby anyways. Tip for others: if you want your broken glass vacuumed, best to have your car serviced near an outlet so he can plug in his shopvac. And if you want your replacement glass tinted, tell him before so he can get it done. Tint price seemed pretty reasonable.

Our insurance was able to work with them and we were able to use our deductible with the service. We really happy with the service and we didn't run into any issues. The value was great considering our windshield was not just a standard windshield it had to be a special ordered for a jeep. We were happy that it was in stock otherwise we would've had to wait. I wish they had a shuttle service though. If you have to drop your car off you'd need someone to drive you or you'd have to wait for the service to be completed.

Around 10am the shop was opened and I was informed that my car may not be finished due to short staffing which is 100% okay. I left and was expecting a call waiting 4 hours as I was quoted online that the car would be finished in 2-3 hours. 4pm comes around and still no call, so I tried calling a few times and was not able to get ahold of anyone. I ended up heading over a little past 5pm to check the status and the tinter confirmed that the car couldn't be finished and I would receive a text message confirming when to bring the car back to be finished. No text came and no appointment was made. Outside of the car under the windows and inside was left dirty with the solution they use. Also this is a brand new car and there was a cut in the door leather that I know for a fact was not there prior to bringing it in. Almost every window that was worked on had debris under the tint and jagged edges. Since then I've left voicemails and an email trying to resolve this as I don't feel comfortable with them finished the rest of the car. I'd rather have all the Tint removed and a refund.

First off, best price out there, Eduardo did an awesome job, he quoted me $170 for using the same windshield and removing the windshield to clean the rust and reprimer the rusted areas. He did the work for $200 to remove the glass, remove the old glue to hold in the glass, sand down the rust and put special primer on the metal to prevent more rust and to increase the seal. After he finished the job, he showed me his step-by-step process to complete the job and that gave me so much peace of mind of how he did it and I am blown away.
