Another truly elevated experience with Elevate Auto Glass! I worked with Kurtis, who was professional, kind, and incredibly efficient from start to finish. From scheduling to completion, the entire process happened within 24 hours. Even better, they came directly to my home and had my new windshield installed in about an hour. It honestly couldn't have been easier. This was actually my second experience with Elevate Auto Glass. I used them three years ago for a sunroof replacement and received excellent service then, too. Three years later, the quality of service is every bit as impressive. It's refreshing to work with a company that is reliable, efficient, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. Thank you, Kurtis and Elevate Auto Glass, for another 5-star experience. I highly recommend them! read more

I called Elevate after seeing horrible reviews for the company my insurance wanted me to use. Curtis was friendly and communicative from the moment I called. He showed up on time, completed the work quickly and made the process super simple. His company working with AAA insurance and the price was covered with my deductible. Our 2018 Highlander needed a windshield replaced due to to a rock caused chip and crack. Our insurance company directed me to contact a well known national firm. I did and received an estimate. I wasn't happy with their mediocre Yelp reviews so I checked for local firms with good reviews. Elevate was among those that I called. Renee answered the phone and fielded my questions. She called me back soon with a quote that was substantially lower than that of the national firm. They also offer the same warranty. Without hesitation, I made an appointment. About a week later Curtis arrived at our home with the new glass and, in an efficient manner that showed that he definitely knew what he was doing, had it installed and calibrated in about an hour and a half. In short, I would not hesitate to use Elevate again or recommend Curtis and Renee based on the way they do the job. read more

We had pebble damage to our front windshield. Curtis was punctual professional and did a great job. Highly recommended.

Had to have my windshield replaced and I have learned to stay away from Safelite and the other big names. Really glad I chose Elevate since they worked with me and my insurance to get me the best replacement glass possible under my policy. Then they schedule a time to come to my house and complete the job. Arrived on time and had great communication throughout. Did a great job replacing the windshield! So happy I chose Elevate! read more

I recently got my chipped front windshield sealed by Curtis and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. Curtis responded within a few hours to my inquiry outside of business hours and was honest with his pricing upfront. His pricing was fair and he was able to get me an appointment with a quick turnaround (inquired on Saturday and my appointment was on Monday). Prior to the appointment, Curtis had great communication regarding confirmations and estimated time of arrivals for his mobile service. Upon arrival, he was friendly, informative, and fixed my windshield in a timely fashion with excellent results. I couldn't be happier working with Elevate Auto Glass and I highly recommend this business! Thanks Curtis! read more

Best in the business! Seriously! After two very frustrating weeks trying to get my windshield replaced with another company, a friend recommended Elevate and I'm SO glad they did! Scheduling was super quick and easy. Curtis texted in the morning that he was on his way, arrived when he said he would, explained the work, completed the job, and I couldn't be happier! I had two windshields to be replaced and Renee was fabulously friendly and helpful setting up the appointment. We hit a snag and had to reschedule, all of which was handled so professionally and kindly. Curtis arrived on time, actually early after contacting me to let me know. When he was arriving. Also a very nice, professional guy who did a great job on both cars. Looked like new from the factory! Such great communication and mobile service at my home. I'll use them the next time I have a need and recommend Curtis and Renee wholeheartedly!! Mr insurance company gave me 2 companies to choose from and I didn't like either one's reviews. Elevate had only 5 star reviews so I called them back and said I wanted to use them. No problem, you don't have to accept who they tell you to go to. Well, at least State Farm didn't. Elevate was an approved vendor. Support some awesome local business owners!! You'll be glad you did! read more

Highly recommended. Great quick service. Will use again if we need to. Came to our house quickly to repair side car window. Best service !

I FOUND BIG CRACK RIGHT DOWN THE MIDDLE OF MY WINDSHIELD! I knew my car was no longer safe to drive as the windshield was now compromised. I called Elevate and spoke to Ranae(not sure if that's the correct spelling), she was very helpful and informative over the phone. I needed my windshield replaced and she told me Curtis would be able to do the repair. My repair was a little unique as my car has a custom mounted light bar attached to the roof. Curtis was able to complete the windshield replacement without any issues. The repair work was A+ Grade !! I couldn't have been any happier how it turned out. The process that Curtis takes to do the job, he definitely means business and QUALITY! I love the fact that all their work is backed by LIFETIME Warranty and really gives me the reassurance that I'll be taken care of in case anything does happen in the future. Wow! Quality customer care and service. Seriously! I'm not sure I've experienced such dedication and good will from a team in a number of years. Driving north on 680, a small rock hit my windshield. It started to spread and covered the windshield lengthwise within a week. I had already reached out to some other services (listed on Yelp) early in the week and heard no response. Crickets. I called Elevate and the woman was so kind and attentive and even though I didn't have my VIN on me, she was able to deduce which windshield I would probably need. She wasn't going to book me until 100% correct. Did you know Windshields have heating and mirrors implanted inside? Technology continues to impress me. Once I got the VIN later That day, she gave me a 1 day time estimate to get the glass. The next day, I received a call that the glass received had scratches and they wanted to order me a new one. Within 2 days, the windshield was replaced. He came out to my work and changed it out. I didn't have to lose Time from work or drive out of the way. Plus, their estimate was half the dealers quote and no time lost at work. Double Win!!!! Turns out it's a husband and wife Team. They are hard working and dedicated and it shows. They are beyond 5 stars and truly made my week. Thank you so much! read more

I needed my windshield replaced and decided to give this company a call due to all the 5 star reviews. I was exceedingly satisfied with the work they did. Everything from the initial call with the customer service rep to the person who installed my windshield, they were extremely professional. They arrived on time and explained what was going to take place. The price was very reasonable as well. I totally recommend this company. If I ever need another windshield repaired or replaced, I will definitely call this company first. Excellent Job! read more

Have used Curtis 3x for 3 different vehicles and he always does a great job,! Comes to your house, courteous and friendly, quick and easy!

Just another good review to add to the pile I suppose. I asked for a quote online, response within a few minutes. I had a busy sched the following Monday but they found a time for me. They also called earlier that day to re-confirm the appointment. Curtis was running a tiny bit late, but let me know with plenty of advanced notice - not a problem at all, things happen and I don't mind at all as long as there is solid communication! The window was switched out with no issues, quickly and for a very fair price. Curtis' attitude and professionalism are to be commended. I'll be using Elevate for all my auto-glass needs in the future! read more

Curtis at Elevate Auto Glass did an excellent job fixing the chip on my windshield. Curtis was very pleasant and personable and took the time to explain the process to me. I knew the repair wouldn't erase the chip completely, the important thing was to stop it from getting bigger. But, it turned out better than expected. When Curtis was done you can barely see the chip. I would definitely recommend Elevate Auto Glass to anyone in need of auto glass repair and will use them again if and when I need my windshield repaired again. read more

2022 4Runner here - Brand new and of course a rock straight to the top left corner. Split the windshield. 1) Emailed Elevate - got an immediate response from Renee that day 2) Wanted Toyota glass so we set up the appointment for a week later given glass availability 3) Curtis picked up the glass from Toyota inspected it and came over and did the install 4) Amazing results There is a reason Curtis has 196 5-Star reviews. I recently had a crack in my Kia Telluride and contacted Curtis from Elevate about it. He gave me a heads up that there might be a warranty coverage on the windshield that isn't well known. Despite the potential loss of sale he was honest and kind enough to provide me this information that saved me over $1000+. Kia honored my warranty on the windshield and I can't thank Curtis enough for just being an amazing and upstanding person. Even though Curtis didn't work on my car you can bet he's the only person I'd ever go to now because of this. It's hard to find good and honest people but Curtis is definitely as honest as they come. read more
