It's never a good time to have to drop a chunk of money on car repairs, but Cost U Less Auto Glass made the process seamless. I reached out via Yelp because they had great reviews and came highly recommended by a friend who had already had two jobs done by them. To my pleasant surprise, as soon as I messaged them, I got a response from Moe within six or seven minutes. My biggest pet peeve is the lack of communication in the world today--everyone is walking around with a device in their hand, yet so few people actually communicate. But not in this case! Moe was fantastic from beginning to end, giving me constant updates on what was going on with my car. He actually offered to replace the windshield the next day, but since I didn't need it that fast, we scheduled it for the following weekend. I drove up to the shop in Martinez and dropped the car off. Moe kept in contact regarding the status and when it would be ready. As soon as I picked it up, the car looked fantastic! My car is a little newer, so the windshield actually had to be calibrated for the Heads-Up Display (HUD) and the Front Brake Assist. If your car has those features, Moe can handle those updates right after he installs the glass. I've had the car back for about a week now and have had zero problems. His prices are very competitive, but nobody is going to beat his service and communication--I guarantee it. He does offer mobile service, but if you're having calibration done, I recommend dropping it off at his shop. Martinez is a great place to walk around and get a bite to eat while you wait, and everything is close by so you won't be inconvenienced. I will not hesitate to use Moe and Cost U Less Auto Glass in the future!

The glass delivery had a small delay in the morning, but they kept me updated and Eduardo arrived later in the afternoon. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. It turns out my convertible top needs to open for the windshield to be installed correctly--something I didn't realize. Because my top motor is currently broken, we couldn't finish the job, but I deeply appreciate Eduardo's honesty instead of him trying to force a bad installation. For me to take the time to write a review is an evidence of the work, quality, and peace of mind that Elevate Auto Glass gave to me because I'm not one to write reviews. But after concerns, multiple automated phone calls and appointments with another company, nothing compares with speaking to an actual person (Renee) who eased my mind, walked me through the process and answered all my questions. Her voice was kind and confident -- she was altogether helpful. Although our day in age provides conveniences through technology (which is helpful no doubt), there's just a certain element of power, poise and personal touch that only humans can provide. In addition to this, Kurtis did an immaculate job replacing my windshield both in timeliness (arrived with notice, on time, and took about 1 hour) and assurance (showed and explained what was done and answered questions with competence). I looked at satellite auto glass repair in Frisco, and their quote for fixing my windshield was over 400. That same day I happened to drive by the Elevate Auto Glass van during work, called and scheduled an appointment for the very next day. This guy had excellent communication, installed my new windshield while I was at work, and I was able to pay for it over the phone when he was done. It was more than half of what Satellite charged.. this guy should be your first choice for auto glass repair in Summit County!! Great service! I initially had an appointment with Safelite which told me replacing my passenger window would cost me around 450 and they wouldn't be able to help me for another 2 WEEKS!! I got recommended Elevate by a friend and I am so happy I went with them. They were able to come out and fix my window the next day since they had my part on hand. Not only that, but they also only charged me 250. The other thing that was great about Elevate was that they called the day of and said that if I was available they could even come out and do it earlier in the day. My car was broken into via smashing one of my windows. Some of the more well known repair shops had earliest appointments three weeks out, if they fit my schedule. I tried one last google search to see if any other group could come sooner, and after talking to another small group, they put me in touch with Elevate since Elevate could come that day and they couldn't. Elevate was here within an hour of calling them and within another I had a brand new window! They cleaned out the broken glass from inside my car and even cleaned the outside of all of my windows (so much pollen!). Very friendly guy and wonderful service. read more

Couldn't be happier. Got scheduled quickly for windshield replacement and was able to get an appointment within a week's time. Curtis is very knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and friendly, and he went the extra mile. He even saved the velcro adhesive from my fastrak so I could easily re-mount it (in a better position, thanks to his advice) and he replaced my "next scheduled maintenance" tag on the windshield. My car has safety features associated with the windshield that required calibration, which Curtis did and all is working perfectly! I highly recommend! read more

He even drove out to my house and replaced my glass while I was at work which was super convenient. Safelite auto glass gave me a quote for $430 while Curtis quoted me a price half of that!
