I've taken all my cars here and hands down Gerard is the best! No only is he super nice, but you can tell he takes pride in his work. He would never let you take your without being 100% satisfied with the tint. I've gotten my Rover and Tesla tinted here and I must say it is quality work. So.... I went to Low-Price auto Chumps down the street about a month ago to have my 1998 Mustang window's tinted, they did a blotch job. Absolutely horrible. After that company told me "well that's just the way it is, and we could cut the glass and (me) can spray paint the glass on top) RED FLAG! These guys are great. Very professional in handling business. I spent over 30 minutes in the shop picking out what tint I wanted. The owner showed me Rayno S5 and the S9. He showed and explained the difference between the two. After that he left me alone to make my decision on the tint. I went with the Rayno S9 due amount of heat it keeps out of the car. They take there time giving you the best results on your car. The car looked totally different when I picked it up. All I could say is "WOW". While in the shop I observed that these guys are very busy from the start of the day. I called around 5:30 PM to see if my car was ready, and had to leave message. The owner call me back within 30 minutes giving me an update. No problems or complaints. The owner really went out of his way to help me out. I didn't actually get any service done by Cali Tint. This review is more for the unprofessional attitude that I received when speaking to their representatives. I've been shopping around to have my car's windows tinted and figured based on the reviews on Yelp that Cali Tint was worth a look. I gave Cali Tint a call and asked a few questions and got a preliminary price quote from someone claiming to be the owner. He kept calling me "Bro" and speaking in a very unprofessional way but he invited me to stop by the shop anytime and he would show me the different films they have and the high quality of their workmanship. I didn't really care for the manner in which he spoke to me. It wasn't offensive by any means but it didn't seem appropriate considering that I was a potential customer. I figured it was still worth stopping by the shop. They might talk funny but their work might be great. I would give them the benefit of the doubt. I stopped by the shop on a Friday morning at around 10:30 to take him up on his invitation. On the phone, he was certain that if I just stopped by and saw their work, I would be convinced. I showed up to find that the doors were locked and no one was there. I called and the same gentleman answered. I asked if they were open today and he said "Sorry Bro." They had apparently worked a project early in the morning and closed shop for the day. He asked me if I wanted to make an appointment and I politely turned him down.
