A friend of mine who also owns a Tesla referred me to Ceramic Pro. Her recommendation did not disappoint. The staff kept me updated on the minor things they found with the car, small paint chip and plastic left on. The work they do is very precise and thorough, don't expect to pick up your car the next day. Patience is key. When I picked up the car a week later, the staff reviewed what was done and what to do to maintain the car. The staff is very friendly and are not pushy salesman. You have packages to choose from. The best deal, they give you a deal when you take your car in for a detailed car wash. If you own a Tesla, you want to bring your car here. Marvin and team were fantastic. Why do you ask? Well, I am paranoid about dings, scratches and needed my Model Y wrapped in the front and full ceramic coated. Why I am giving Marvin and team 5 stars is because: 1. They were super responsive 2. I was in a jam schedule wise and they fitted me in 3. He kept me updated about any imperfections in the paint or issues that came up 4. Stood by his work - he finished on time and said he would fix anything that might need tweaking If I could give me 6 stars (but Yelp doesn't have that) I would because: 1. A few issues came up at Tesla that would require me to fix the ceramic coating in a particular area and Marvin said he would take care of it 2. He's still responsive after I took the car 3. The price was very reasonable, BUT the biggest win for them was how the car looked after the job was completed. I was looking for a shop in the East Bay/Tri-Valley that worked on Teslas. Most I've found were in the Fremont area, which were a bit far and I wanted to find a local business to support. I'm so glad I found this place. Marvin and his daughter, Yvette were a pleasure to work with. I inquired on Yelp for a quote on Thanksgiving and totally did not expect a response until the next day at the earliest. To my surprise Marvin responded almost immediately and provided a very fair price for what I wanted. He was completely professional throughout the entire process and kept in touch even after I dropped off my car. The work done looks absolutely amazing and I could not be happier. They powder coated my wheels and painted my brake calipers. I was not able to do a chrome delete due to external factors, but will definitely go back once I am ready. The shop specializes in PPF and wraps. Marvin showed me around the shop and all the cars being worked on looked impressive. Staff were all wearing masks, courteous, and professional. I got my car back a day earlier than promised, which was a nice surprise. The owner is so nice and accommodating. I arrived late my appointment and he still serviced me with a quote. I had an unusual harden material on my car. I came in originally looking for a quote on the removal, but he actually did some "testing" and was able to remove half of it.
