After I caused some cosmetic damage to the rear passenger wheel -- I turned too sharply in the Costco parking lot and dragged the wheel along the curb for a short distance -- and the lowest section of the front bumper from another parking lot mishap, I asked my local dealership's service dept. for information about who they use for wheel repairs on customer vehicles. They quickly and heartily recommended Color Pro Auto to me. After a quick trip over to Color Pro Auto in northwest Livermore, I was certain I'd found the right place to repair my vehicle's wheel and bumper. The office staff were friendly and professional. They had many repair options and showed great flexibility in working with me to find a repair option that fit my budget. Scheduling the repair was also a breeze. After the initial in-person visit, we handled the rest of the repair/price negotiations and scheduling via email. The Color Pro Auto folks respond to email very quickly! When I arrived to pick up the car, the fellow that did the actual wheel and bumper repair work personally met me out front to walk me through the repairs. He did a lovely job; I've attached some before and after photos of the wheel. He even gave me his mobile phone number to call in case I had any follow-up questions about any of the work he did. I'm quite chuffed with the end result! I don't hope to have more cosmetic paint or wheel damage on my car in the future. I was referred here by a family friend and I am so impressed with Color Pro Auto! Their customer service is amazing. I was unable to schedule a day to bring my car in for repairs (due to my own schedule being busy) but I was kindly contacted twice by Color Pro Auto. They let me know that whenever I was able to bring my car in for repairs, they would get me on the schedule right away! I needed my bumper repaired. My car was hit in a parking lot, and the metal protruded out of the bumper rather than a classic dent that you can pop right out. It was more difficult to fix and the paint was also taken off. Let me tell you, when I picked my car up from this shop, it was perfect. Looks brand new and you'd never suspect that my car was damaged in the first place! The paint is blended perfectly and I'm so happy with it. On top of their work, they also have excellent customer service. I went to color pro auto after a fender bender and was on a budget due to the amount their insurance gave me. Color pro auto offered me tiers to better fit the budget. They also worked with me with timing of pick up and drop off. When I picked up the car (a day earlier than expected!) My Husband car has been parking outdoors under a disgusting freaking tree that kept dropping the little fruit seed all over the car.
