The car rental office couldn't pick me up so Pops went above and beyond and gave me a ride to the car rental office in his HD black truck, and it was because of him that I TRUST them with our vehicles. My little sister locked her keys in her car at a gas station and a very kind gentleman from Tri Valley Auto Body (I think his name was Jimmy, but I may have misheard - apologies!) happened to be at the pump next to her. He told her that he had an Auto Body shop not too far away and got on the phone immediately to have someone come from the shop with tools to get her door open. Not too long after another kind gentleman showed up and worked for a few minutes before he was able to unlock the car. These two complete strangers did this out of the kindness of their hearts, didn't ask for anything in return, & wouldn't let us pay them for their time or services. We recently had our 2006 Toyota Highlander repaired here following an incident in a parking garage. The other party had an unusual insurance carrier. They are great!! Fast, perfect repair, did all the direct handling with my insurance company and was a great cost what little it cost me. And that includes some extra work I had them do that was straight out of my pocket. I will always go to them. Lol I even asked them where a better place to go to have my oil changed and they recommended a place in the same complex as them. Took my Toyota Tacoma into Tri Valley Auto Body to get hood and roof repainted about 3 months ago. Clear coat was coming off and turning white. They did a fantastic job matching color to rest of truck. I was very pleased. Andrew handled my job. Recently I washed truck and noticed some spots on hood that I couldn't get off. Called Andrew he said come on down let's take a look. He thought maybe bird poop stains. He went back into shop came out with a rag and rubbing compound and got those spots out. Andrew noticed a few swirl marks on hood from buffing. He said bring in and leave it with me. Called and said my truck was ready to go. Got there and he had his crew rub out and rebuff hood and roof.
