The bill was reasonable and the staff was professional and easy to work with. They also provided an Uber so I could pick up my rental car, and allowed me to drop the rental off with them afterwards. Also, the shield was not attached to the bumper. I called them and they told me to come in. I came in and they said they will have to order new parts and fix it. Adrienne told me that the car rental would be on them and enterprise will come get me. If I knew it was going through my insurance for the rental car then I would have opted out. At no point she told me my insurance will cover for it. She said that B&S was going to cover it since I had to come back to get the things redone. I get to enterprise which they told me it will be billed to my insurance even though she told myself and the driver that the cost will be on them. Enterprise called them in which they changed their mind and said that they will cover one day but the extra days I will have the rental car go through my insurance. They were the one who fixed my car and messed up. Lied that they will cover my rental car cost. Literally wasted my time and it was an inconvenience for me to go to enterprise. Also, having to come back to get something fixed that they should have done correctly in the first place.

Jeff was recommended by a coworker of mine and he was VERY friendly and very nice! He was very accommodating to my work schedule as I work in SJ and would have to drive up during traffic hour up to Pleasanton (via 680/580 which is just terrible at this time) and told me to give him a call if I was going to be running late so he can stick around for me. I met with Jeff yesterday to get my three dents popped out and he gave me an extremely good price (best I've ever been quoted!) for three dents on three different panels (i.e. two rear doors and one front door) and although the other two dents were minor, you can't tell. I'm very happy with his work, especially that he even buffed out a scratch I had near one of the dents! He was so nice, he offered for my boyfriend and I to drive around in his Mini Cooper while we waited for him to go to the nearby shopping plaza's since he said watching dent repair was boring. He is extremely trustworthy and reliable and I would highly recommend him to do any type of dent work. However, Mark does not like to paint locomotives. Anyway, this horse trailer was destined to become a mobile bar. Yes I know that sounds odd, but that's the gospel truth. Naturally if you want to convert your horse trailer to a bar, it must be impeccable. So when Mark painted this trailer, he had to be positive there were no drips. I mean, just imagine if you were guzzling a beer and paint drops started plopping from the ceiling. That would be no fun! Plus it would add an unknown flavor to your beer. So of course, Mark had no choice but to sleep in the horse trailer. That way he could be positive there were no paint drips or drops. (Sleeping in a horse trailer is like going to a YMCA Camp, but without the archery.) I hear Mark's wife was not pleased with this turn of events, but the customer always comes first. That's just the type of man he is. I have known the owner of this business for years. He is a person of great integrity and trustworthiness. Whenever I have horse trailers to paint I always bring them to Mark.
