I called up Auto Fixed earlier this week because I've had a dent on my car's rear door for a long time but recently on Monday I acquired two more dents while visiting the optometrist. Jeff was recommended by a coworker of mine and he was VERY friendly and very nice! He was very accommodating to my work schedule as I work in SJ and would have to drive up during traffic hour up to Pleasanton (via 680/580 which is just terrible at this time) and told me to give him a call if I was going to be running late so he can stick around for me. I met with Jeff yesterday to get my three dents popped out and he gave me an extremely good price (best I've ever been quoted!) for three dents on three different panels (i.e. two rear doors and one front door) and although the other two dents were minor, you can't tell. I'm very happy with his work, especially that he even buffed out a scratch I had near one of the dents! He was so nice, he offered for my boyfriend and I to drive around in his Mini Cooper while we waited for him to go to the nearby shopping plaza's since he said watching dent repair was boring. He is extremely trustworthy and reliable and I would highly recommend him to do any type of dent work. Jeff at Auto Fixed and the entire crew are very professional. I called the office to set up a time to stop by. The girl answered the phone and said just stop by, as long as you come between 8am - 5pm. I stopped by and I didn't even have to wait 5 minutes for a quote. Jeff did a quick inspection of my car, gave an awesome quote, and said it will probably take a full day. He said just bring the car in by 8am and they'll start working on it. I took my car in at 7am, but even though I was early, Jeff was there early, too. He took my car in, and drove me to the car rental place around the corner. Jeff called me at 3:30pm saying the car will be done by 5pm. I picked up my car the next morning and was more than pleased with the service he provided. Honest business always gets my vote. Jeff took me in with very minimal notice for a paintless dent removal on my e92 bmw m3 quarter panel (I was referred to him by an east bay bmw staff). Humble and honest guy, Jeff told me what's worth fixing and whats not...and the price was fair and became a steal when he noticed a small dent that I had no clue of and fixed that for the price of a single repair work. He quoted me for 1+ hour but finished around 45 mins. Don't get me wrong, Jeff was very patient with my car and knew exactly what he was doing as he had been doing this type of work for more than a decade. I couldn't even tell I had a dent on my quarter panel after he was done...and I was very happy that I have used Auto Fixed. I brought my BMW X5 in to get my rim fixed. My wife had scraped the curb and scuffed my rear passenger wheel. Jeff was at the shop at 6 in the morning, so I decided to bring my car in at 8am. He said it would be done by 10, so I decided to kill some time at a nearby coffee shop. The only thing was I didn't have a car to drive. I asked Jeff if he had a shuttle, and he replied, "We don't, but let me ask my daughter, Nicole, to take you in our van (used to pick up and drop off parts)." I certainly appreciate the fact that Jeff and Nicole went above and beyond with their customer service. When my rim was repaired, Nicole called to notify me that she was on her way to pick me up. Upon my arrival back at the shop, I couldn't have been more pleased with the work they did. Even if I stared hard enough, I would never be able to tell that there was any damage done to my rim! I'm amazed they can do what they do. Brought my car in with a dent in the door that included a crease that I didn't think was removable and after they worked their magic it's almost as good as new. The main reason I give them for stars is because they don't claim to be able to fix everything under the sun. Instead they under-promise and over-deliver. When I brought my car in Jeff said they could conservatively fix about 70% of the damage. Yeah, that was conservative. I would say they fixed more like 98%. The average person looking at it now would never know there was ever a dent there. I can only tell if I look very hard, and then only because I know what to look for. I recommend this place as I would definitely use them again. read more

Dropped by Auto Fixed after someone in the Lowes parking lot left me a gift on the right rear bumper of my new GTI. Jeff quickly evaluated the damage and presented a fair price to repair it. First things first let's be clear with this review and the reason why I'm doing it okay. I spoke with Jeff he was highly recommended by my local dealership walnut creek maserati .I spoke and him and set up an appointment.Jeff really nice guy after drop off my car this morning explain to them what we need to be done also it was a note in writing an a business cards he give to me a few weeks before and a quote for paint work. Paint job looks wonderful the downside is they forgot to cover to prevent overspray allover the car so the easiest part of the job they forgot to do it . I picked up the car it wasn't aware about it .drove home and I noticed the oversprayed in both of the Windows in the body of the car .call him up and let them know what I felt about it and his answer was we can fix. I had my car's bumper fixed here. I had a fender bender and although there was no dent, a sizeable amount of paint was scraped. I did my hw and canvassed different vendors. Their pricing was slightly lower than the others. I decided to bring it here because they were able to fix it in a couple of hours. Left the car at 8am and came back around 2pm and the paint job was done. The other vendors wanted me to leave my car with them for a couple of days which is a big hassle. read more

Jeff the owner is very friendly and accommodating! I had a moderate sized dent and had been previously given extraordinarily high estimates which included replacing the entire front bumper. He took one look at the dent and provided me with two options: one that would just involve pushing the dent out and which he said he could do in less than 90 min and another more complex service that would cost a couple hundred more. He said to go with the first option first and to see what I thought. I then returned less than 90 minutes later and found my dent completely gone! He told me he thought it looked pretty good as it was but if I wanted, I could think about whether I wanted to go with the full resurfacing process. But I didn't feel pressured at all and it almost looked good as new. He was very reasonable and made the experience pretty hassle-free. AutoFixed is great!!! read more
