It felt like I had to do most of the work just to communicate basic information, and that concerns were somewhat dismissed, which felt uneasy when getting a service done. I was given a rough time for when my car would be ready when I asked, but there wasn't clear communication about how I'd be notified until I asked. The worker didn't even have my phone number on file until I brought it up, so if I hadn't asked, I'm not sure how they were expecting to contact me. I ended up calling to check on my car since I hadn't seen any activity, and that's when the owner, Lux who picked up mentioned there were delays since this morning with other vehicles. I completely understand that tinting can be a time-consuming, detail-oriented process and delays can happen, but it would have been appreciated to have clear and respectful communication from the beginning when I arrived especially for an expensive service. After my call, the owner, Lux was very attentive and made sure to follow up when my vehicle was ready, and the tint worker also reached out. Upon pickup, the worker also made a somewhat weird comment regarding timing, which added to the overall uncomfortable experience.Overall, maybe I just had a bad experience with the service worker, and I'm hoping the tint itself turns out fine, but nothing was really explained in terms of information included with my tint install, which felt pretty disappointing for the price and type of service.
