He waited 2 months for the springs. I got mine ordered and installed in Miami in 4 days. 2. They ordered springs for a 992, and forced them on. Also, took two extra days. 3. The cheesy and idiotic used car sales guy that works there literally tried to tell him that something 991.5 springs will come in 992 box. Really? Has this guy lost his mind. 4. Took all my cars here for window tinting. Great work, never any bubbles. Just drop off and pick up at the end of the day. Had some issues with one of my cars and their Clear Bra on one mirror and door cup. They ended up whistling really loud when driving over 25 mph. They replaced those pieces multiple times, but the whistle wouldn't stop. I was fine removing those specific pieces and they credited me some money back to make things right. I'll certainly bring my cars back here for tinting though. read more

Bought a Stealth Hitch from stealthhitches.com. Had trouble with two of the Bay Area installers recommended on their site. I love my car and was worried to just let anyone start cutting into the fascia. Have heard about this place from several people I know into cars over the years so called them up to ask if they could do the install. They had not done one before but said they would give it a shot. Dropped it off in the morning, they called back a few hours later with good news that it was done. Picked it up and couldn't be happier. Looks beautiful. I was looking to get some work done on my 2013 SS camaro and also buy new wheels. I found this place on Yelp and from the reviews and pictures I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Chandler who was very helpful and he convinced me to bring my car in. When I met Chandler he was very professional and he introduced me to Ava the store owner and again he was very helpful and very professional as well. First, I wanted to get the car lowered so Ava helped me purchase quality coilovers without breaking the bank. I also wanted a set a rims but they were on back order for at least two weeks and although I was willing to wait I really didnt want to and the rims I wanted happen to be on Avas brand new camaro and guess what!! I bought them. Lol Ava didnt have to sell the rims to me and that would have been ok because they really were not for sell. The fact that he did showed me alot about him and this place. He was willing to accommodate me without making feel like I put him in an awkward position, and also I think he saw how much i wanted the rims and I love him for that. So I purchased coilovers, new wheels and tires and had the rims powder coated to the color of my choice. WOW!! My Carli the Camaro turned out more beautiful than ever. Lol. The team at Kar Tunz was fantastic. The helped educate me on options. I felt like they were helping me understand the range of options without pushing me in either direction. And, the final installation was beautiful. They also in tuning the stereo recommended against new speakers. I had already agreed to replace the speakers as well. But, in testing and tuning the stereo, they were pretty confident the speakers weren't needed at this point. So, they voluntarily reduced their invoice. Took my new Tesla to Car Tunz to get the windows tinted as well as the clear bra. Chris have has worked on all my cars for the last 10+ years and as always, everything came out great, no bubbles in sight! Chris also suggested that I tint the roof a little bit since the Tesla gets so hot sitting in the sun. Boy, am I glad I did, night and day difference. Beyond doing a great job, Chris went over and beyond. He saw a scratch on the bottom of the driver side door and without me asking, he used touch up paint that he had, applied it and buffed it out for me. lm trying to find a reason for the one star. 1st of all $2500 stereo system which included 2 of my own speakers two of their speakers and amplifier and a Subwoofer and the stereo itself. Dyna mat the doors and make panels to cover any holes from previous speakers. $2500.$ I have been stranded 3 times because my alternator didnt have enough power to support the system they put in. They told me my lights just happened to burn out all at once. My power windows have not worked since I got it back .I have bit my tongue and said well all just fix my windows, and I'll buy a brand new $300 battery, and I'll get a bigger alternator.. ill forget about when I was stranded because I lost all power, and the time i had to spend the night in my truck because the windows wouldnt roll up with a new stereo system, the chips on my headlight rings where they changed the headlights, the bench seat that doesnt go back and is crooked. I was willing to put that all aside. But when I took my door panels off tonight I could not believe my eyes.Did a 5 year old work on my truck.?Did they use scraps? CONSUMER BEWARE: HIGH-END VEHICLES, LOW-END CUSTOMER SERVICE Brought our Ferrari into KarTunz to have 2 systems installed. Was assured they had worked on a Ferrari before, that the owner even had one they'd worked on. Our vehicle was returned with noticeable damage to the dash board; foam visible along with ripples/buckling. Was told by Ava (male) that our vehicle was brought-in in this damaged condition and KarTunz would only repair the 2-systems they had installed....This was until we informed Ava that we have multiple photos of our car (prior to KarTunz damaging it) along with a video as we had just purchased it in July 2020. Ava then said, "if we could trust KarTunz, to bring our vehicle in for them to fix" but he still insisted that it was brought-in in the damaged condition. We will see that the damage caused to our vehicle by KarTunz is fixed; of-course, we definitely WILL NOT be bringing it back to KarTunz. Unbelievably poor customer service and KarTunz damaged our vehicle. read more

I came here to do a resonator delete on my c63. They said it would take half a day to install and was pleasantly surprised when they were finished in about an hour and a half. The shop is real clean. They have couches with a TV in the waiting area. I read a book while the work was being done. Very professional. He even gave me the keyless push to start button when he noticed I didn't have one. The car sounds perfect now. Good rumble when you step on it, but no drone. I'll probably come back here to get some more work done. Still want to get the badges and chrome trim blacked out and also get the rims powder coated black which they do here. read more

Took a while for my rim order to come in. They ordered specialty lug nuts because of the custom wheels so I had to use the OEM lugs temporarily. When they changed to the custom lugs, they broke the thread and scraped the paint of the wheels. Took another 2-3 hours for them to Mickey Mouse the lug nut off for them to tell me to come back to get a touch up paint. On top of that 8-9 month later I come to find out there is no hubcentric rings on the rims so it caused vibration to car which is not safe.. they also take the wheels next door which lands in to another person's hands. I called to let them no, but all I hear is a bunch of bs excuses. Waste of time and it took $1600 later to find out. read more

I have a 20 year old Ford F-250, The crew cab seats were very tired and my wife wanted height/tilt controls on the passenger side. I found a vendor with like new seats from a compatible (but a few years newer) model and had them shipped out. The install would have been simple but new electrics needed to be added for the power passenger seat as well as new heaters for both driver and passenger (this was not on my original seats either). I gave the truck and and the new seats -- still packaged and on pallets -- to Kar Tunz. the same day I picked them up from the shipping depot (I had made and appointment earlier). They removed the old seats, did the wiring included adding a new fuse box, installed the new seats and it also looks like the detailed the dash work of the truck -- it all looks beautiful, it all works to spec and only took a day and came in according to their predicted labor hours. FIVE STARS! they do quality work here and I would recommend them to anyone. Today was my second time here for tinting. They did my VW two and a half years ago when I worked a few doors down. I dropped the car off on my way to work. I expected a call when they were done, but the owner, Tommy, dropped my car off to me at my office. The tint looked amazing from day one. 2.5 years later, it still looks stellar. I posted pictures. A month ago I bought an '88 BMW 325is. I've been working on getting it a bit updated, so tinting was definitely on the list. I called and spoke to Brian about a two weeks ago and he quoted me (less than competitors). I told him I would call back when I knew when I could come in. Last Saturday I called to schedule and Tommy picked up the phone. He remembered me and my VW. I told him I wanted the same tint grade as the VW, but couldn't remember what that was. He gave me his email and said to send pictures. Eventually we figured out what grade it was. They make the whole process really easy. I was able to drop my car off the night before. And they called me when it was done. That simple!! The girl at the front desk is super nice. And most of all, my new tint looks awesome!! This shop is top notch!! I've told all my friends about Kartunz since I had my VW done, and will continue to do so. I don't take the time to write many reviews but my experience with Kar Tunz was so exceptional I thought it was warranted. I was referred to Kar Tunz by my local dealership for tinting and wheels. There was basically an new exotic car show in their parking lot and garage (McClaren, Ferrari, Porsche, AMG, etc.) I was in and out in 20 minutes with a PedalBox installed, wheels, tires and tint on order. The best part was that they were able to arrange a wholesaler to purchase my OEM wheels and tires at a very fair price. (Saving me from having to sell them myself on Ebay). The following day I received a follow up call to see how my car was running with the modification. A week later I returned to have the wheels/tires mounted and the tint placed. I didn't expect to go back to Kar Tunz so soon. I smooshed my car, pulling into the garage I hit the left front fender on the side of the garage. I'm an idiot. The clear car bra saved my car from terrible damage. I have a few scrapes on the plastic parts, but nothing horrible. I stopped by Kar Tunz to get a quote. To their credit, they didn't laugh at me for coming back within the month. They looked at it, we made an appointment for the next week, in it went. I now have it back with same-day service. They have a body shop they work with, who came over and touched up the car, and they worked it out so I just paid Kar Tunz and Kar Tunz reimbursed the body shop. I even got the left over paint for further touchups, which I hope there will not be, as my husband will kill me if I keep wrecking my car. The car bra looks great, and they cleaned up the door edges from the first time I got it done. I am not a car person; they are just a way to get around, but messing up a brand new car is within the realm of what I consider excessively stupid. Chris and the Kar Tunz staff were really nice to me and didn't make me feel stupid. That says a lot, given they are car people. AND, Chris told me he read my first Yelp review and made sure I got my 25 bucks credited back! How cool is that? They really are a 5 star business, they deserve all the accolades they get. read more
