Sometimes it takes things going wrong to realize the true colors of a company. Ryan installed a full new system for me... new deck with GPS, android auto, all new speakers, the works. When I went to pick it up I didn't realize I had picked a deck without a CD player, which was important to me, and also the speakers I had picked just didn't sound as good as I had hoped. I could hardly believe it when Ryan came up with a solution that involved ripping everything out and starting over from scratch with a different deck and different, higher quality speakers without hessitation or complaint. There was a difference in cost for the speakers of $100, and Ryan just ate the labor cost. I feel so completely taken care of that I am beside myself. Talk about A+++ customer service as well as going above and beyond to meet and surpass my expectations. So I now have the CD player I wanted, and speakers that are absolutely spoiling me. Brought in a 2004 Silverado for 2 front speakers earlier this year and Ryan quoted me a fair price and timeframe. Completed on-time with quality work. Went by yesterday for them to take a quick look at my 1962 Buick that I bought with a non functioning Bluetooth amp. Ben took his time to check it out, replace a fuse and test the unit showing that the amp did indeed function. When I got home I dug around and found a speaker wire unplugged, after Ben pointed out which wires did what. Now it works great. My husband gave me a dash camera for Christmas. Ryan and Brian did a great job installing the cameras. I cannot even tell where the wires connecting the rear camera to the unit go. Their work is clean and professional. They gave a lifetime guarantee on the labor. There was a problem with the initial unit I got. They ordered a new one and replaced it without any issues. I am still working on getting the unit to run the way I want it, and every time I've called they've had a suggestion to try or are willing to have me come in and they will take a look at it. I recently bought a 2008 Porsche 911 turbo, which had an aftermarket head unit. There were a few issues, and I wanted to install a GPS. In short, here were my asks. * Whining noise - Fix a really annoying whining noise that matched the engine RPMs. * Steering wheel buttons - Make the steering wheel buttons work again. They didn't work when I bought the car, but I guessed it was because of the aftermarket head unit. * Install a GPS under the dash, out of sight. Ryan was awesome to work with. Every time I spoke with him, he was very helpful. The first time I called in, he kindly helped me understand the type of problems I had and how he could help with them. After my first visit, he was able to fix the whining noise and install an awesome gps, but the steering wheel button issue wasn't fixed. Ryan committed to doing some research and getting back to me the following Tuesday with his findings. And he did! He called me back with the research done as promised, and he recommended the right part to get things working properly. I can't say enough good things about his integrity and quality of work. Brought two of my cars in to install a 2-channel (front/rear) and a 3-channel (front/rear/cabin) dash cam system. Took the time to explain pros/cons of install locations on each of my cars and it was obvious to me that they actually really cared about the installation as if its their own cars.
