I bought a new car stereo for my wife along with all the cables, the dash kit and the SiriusXM add on for the stereo. I purchased everything online to save money and was thinking I would try the installation myself. My wife said "honey you are great with computers but this is probably something you should have a professional do". I called around to a couple of different places, I wont name any names but the first place I called said "since you decided to buy everything online and not through us we are going to charge you our full rate of $265 an hour and we cant guarantee that you have the right parts" so the search continued. I called a couple other places and most gave me the same song and dance. To top it off they all told me that since I didn't buy the gear through them I can schedule an appointment but my installation would fall behind any other installs where the people purchased the equipment through them. I finally called Stereo Guyz. Chad answered the phone right away and was very polite. I let him know what type of stereo I had and that I purchased everything online. He said no problem he would be happy to do the installation. I asked if I should make an appointment and where I should bring the car. He said he would come to us and when did I want to have the system installed? I was blown away by that and even more so when I asked the cost!! I scheduled a time (on a Saturday no less and the price didn't go up). He arrived exactly on time and again was polite and answered all my questions. I left him to his work and about an hour later there was a knock on the garage door and he was finished. He sat with my wife and I and explained how the stereo worked, helped her pair her phone to the Bluetooth and made sure she knew how to get to everything. He did a very clean installation that was professional and he definitely knew what he was doing.
