Great experience with Audiowerk! They were able to get my father-in-law's truck scheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, which we really appreciated. Customer service was excellent, and Sean was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We brought the truck in to have them check over the wiring and installation of an amp, and they did a thorough job making sure everything was installed and working properly. They also took the time to troubleshoot an older backup camera installation that hadn't been working and were able to get that working again as well. What really stood out was the time Sean spent with us when we picked up the truck. He went over all of our questions and actually demonstrated everything to make sure we were happy with the work. He showed us that the front speakers were now working properly, tested CarPlay with us, and demonstrated the backup camera so we could see that everything was functioning as it should. It was great customer service from start to finish, and we never felt rushed. You can tell they take pride in their work and want to make sure their customers leave knowing everything was done correctly. I definitely recommend Audiowerk for any car audio or electronics work. Based on this experience, they'll be my first call for any future car audio needs! read more

I had an installation done this past Saturday. The person helping me was Sean, who I believe was the owner. Good person to talk to, fair pricing. I had installed an Apple Car Play stereo, and they installed a dashcam that I had already. The time to wait was what I expected and Sean went over the operating of the new stereo and dashcam. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend Audiowerk! read more

Great work and attention to detail. I highly recommend! I really appreciate the speed at which the work was done as well.

I had 2 12 inch Kicker Comp Q's, LX 1250.1, and a Kenwood DMX958XR installed in my Honda pilot back in May of 2026 and I should have known when I had to let them know that the amp needed 0 AWG wire and they were going to run a 4 AWG. It's a long run all the way to the back. So let's get to it. They installed the stereo and said they are waiting on a part so they can connect my side view camera. My camera still isn't working. They put my 12's in a ported box that was too small for them which I had to correct myself and spend another 400 bucks on the correct box. For being in car audio so long they should have known better. I will not be back to get the rest of my system completed. read more

Super happy with the service here. I came into get CarPlay on my 2016 M235i. Sean took care of me and even addressed an issue with the head unit being reset. Gave me clear instructions and the work was clean with no issues or no trim damage in my car. I highly recommend the shop for any audio related work. Very knowledgeable and professional. read more

Wanted to upgrade stock speakers in my truck. Sean was super helpful. He has all the main brands in stock and prices were good.

I had to bring my car in to be checked because the bass was no longer playing. Turns out the subwoofer was blown. The subwoofer was under warranty but I would have to come back another day to get it fixed. This would mean I would have to travel 2.5 hours to come back. Instead of making me bring it back Sean fixed it on the spot and had me out in less than an hour . I could not thank him enough for saving me the additional trip. I will continue to use him because customer service is important to me. They take care of their customers. read more

I bought a IIWEY 10" system from Amazon then realized it's difficult for me to install nicely on my 2010 RX350. So I looked around and found Audiowerk, first I have to say 3.5 Yelp rating was kinda worrying but after meeting Sean and listening to him explaining through the process made me at ease. I know every customer may have their own experience but for me it was great. Also, after it was installed because I couldn't figure out how to connect the phone audio back to the car stereo, I asked whether they can help me with the AUX audio connection and Sean agreed to help. But now I figure out how to connect through Bluetooth bridging things work greatly. This is a neighborhood shop that has been there for the last 25 years. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone who wants a more modern stereo setup without having to go all the way to get a new car. read more

I had speakers and an amplifier put in my saddlebags on my Harley. When I got the bike back the battery strap and the seat strap were not put back. They were flapping around on my way home. Also, but partially my fault; the speakers they installed were YELLOW. My bike is black and chrome. He didnt show me the product and I didnt ask to see them, but he did agree to swap them for black speakers of same quality and price. Sean was accommodating, but he needs to remind his employees that attention to detail is very important. And the shop does look like it's been around for a long time. Could use a facelift. read more

I used Yelp Projects to get quotes for some dash cam installs. After a couple days, Sean replied and his pricing was the best for my needs. Brought the cars in and noted what looked like classic cars in the back and while waiting, another customer with one of those weekend-only cars came in with their vehicle. Doesn't look bad when a shop with car enthusiast vehicles are being worked on there, right? Cams were installed in under 90 min per vehicle, cams are working fine, thank you Audiowerk! read more

I want to congratulate the two installers who work here. They do a very clean and responsible job. But the manager is disgusting. He keeps picking at his nose and smearing it on his pants or shirt. He also smells awful, like shit. I'm giving them 3 stars because they lack hygiene. read more

I needed a modern audio/carplay system in a 2006 Highlander SE. After fumbling with a Amazon after-market piece of junk, I took the car to Sean at Audiowerk. Amazing results. Put in a great system which does everything we needed and more. Price was reasonable and work was well done. Very, very positive experience. read more

Fraudulent pricing. Sean shared the pricing on yelp and i confirmed it on the phone. Once i reached the shop they upgraded the pricing to be 3X of the initial quote. I had to find another vendor and they did the work at lower rate. This shop is a scam please avoid them. read more

This business wasted my time. I send pictures of my key remote and they qoute me $75 for the extra remote part and labor. Sean called me and ask when will I be there? I said I am on the way. Major major shoutout to Sean. I know nothing about sound systems and wiring and Sean helped me out a ton. I got a car last year and the previous owner had left all the wiring for subwoofer and the previous radio in the vehicle, so I drove around with no bass for a year. When I got there Sean helped me pick out 2 12" kicker down firing subwoofers which I was looking for. He also helped me out with a cool amp. He helped me with some information as far as how to get speaker carpeting for a trunk floorboard I made. Sean is a knowledgeable guy and very friendly. Saved me money and fixed some short circuiting issues I had for free. Shows that this small business values their customer. Had a great experience here got me in and out within an hour :) read more

Don't waste your time here. This place is a scam shop. I was quoted pricing with an alarm system and when Sean did the installation, they installed a lower end alarm system! He said that my car required the lower end model, but up-charged me because he said they had to take a couple of days to do the install! SCAM! After install, I had so many problems with the alarm and camera system, he never got it fixed. The installation was a botched job and drilled a quarter size hole on my rear bumper to run a VERY thin wire! Mind you my car was a collector model and it would have been common sense to preserve the car''s value. Sean is a scam artist and the shop is a complete trash pit. I should have went with my gut feeling, but he is a good con artist with no morales. He took advantage of a trusting person and my family. Don't go here for any work and listen to what your gut is telling you. read more

Spent quite a bit of time researching CarPlay installation for our Acura RDX. Didn't want daughter driving around looking at phone.
