I had speakers and an amplifier put in my saddlebags on my Harley. When I got the bike back the battery strap and the seat strap were not put back. They were flapping around on my way home. Also, but partially my fault; the speakers they installed were YELLOW. My bike is black and chrome. He didnt show me the product and I didnt ask to see them, but he did agree to swap them for black speakers of same quality and price. Sean was accommodating, but he needs to remind his employees that attention to detail is very important. And the shop does look like it's been around for a long time. Could use a facelift. read more

I bought a IIWEY 10" system from Amazon then realized it's difficult for me to install nicely on my 2010 RX350. So I looked around and found Audiowerk, first I have to say 3.5 Yelp rating was kinda worrying but after meeting Sean and listening to him explaining through the process made me at ease. I know every customer may have their own experience but for me it was great. Also, after it was installed because I couldn't figure out how to connect the phone audio back to the car stereo, I asked whether they can help me with the AUX audio connection and Sean agreed to help. But now I figure out how to connect through Bluetooth bridging things work greatly. This is a neighborhood shop that has been there for the last 25 years. Major major shoutout to Sean. I know nothing about sound systems and wiring and Sean helped me out a ton. I got a car last year and the previous owner had left all the wiring for subwoofer and the previous radio in the vehicle, so I drove around with no bass for a year. Don't waste your time here. This place is a scam shop. I was quoted pricing with an alarm system and when Sean did the installation, they installed a lower end alarm system! He said that my car required the lower end model, but up-charged me because he said they had to take a couple of days to do the install! SCAM! After install, I had so many problems with the alarm and camera system, he never got it fixed. The installation was a botched job and drilled a quarter size hole on my rear bumper to run a VERY thin wire! Mind you my car was a collector model and it would have been common sense to preserve the car''s value. Sean is a scam artist and the shop is a complete trash pit. I should have went with my gut feeling, but he is a good con artist with no morales. He took advantage of a trusting person and my family. I hardly ever do reviews.... But this service was short of crap.... I took a brand new 2024 vehicle to get stock speakers replaced with new aftermarket speakers and a sub.... My vehicles infotainment system has been glitching since.... I had to point out to their attention that one of my door panels wasn't lined up right staff just grabbed a pryin tool and tried too use force to put it back in place instead of taking the whole door panel out and re aligning it leaving the top corner of my door panel all chewed up.... This place is not worth the time or money I should go back and request a refund!!! Imma take my vehicle to a more professional place to get inspected beacuse the sound sounds even worse than stock!!! DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANYTHING. I am not the first person leaving a review here warning other people not to come. Sean is a complete scumbag and will take advantage of you and unconscionably rip you off. DONT come here. For anything. This is my personal experience here. Lets start with the good news. There isnt any good news, so lets move on. They charge way over retail for all their products so theres no reason to come here for any of that. Their labor rates are ridiculous and their install jobs are garbage using garbage products so theres no reason to come here for that, either. There is NO REASON to come here. They installed my amplifier and subwoofer using CCA wiring, which means Sean is too cheap to buy copper wires, which IS the industry standard. I spent over two grand here, there was absolutely NO REASON *not* to use copper wire for my setup. I was running way to much current through CCA. Those wires very easily could have melted through their insulation causing either a short circuit, damaged equipment, or a fire in my car. Sean sold me the wrong amplifier and lied about it. Sean sold me the wrong enclosure and lied about it. I asked Sean if he used CCA wiring in my car and he lied about that. He lied when I told him I *thought* I needed a capacitor and ripped me off for that install. (you will NEVER need a capacitor.....anyone telling you that you need a capacitor is just predatory) He sold me the wrong speaker. I would never sell someone a 3 Ohm speaker when youre matching RMS watts for an amp spec'd out at 1 Ohm. DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANYTHING. Instead, I HIGHLY recommend you go to Guru Electronics. Sunny is an amazing person and very honest and he will usually sell for a tad under retail. Sean, if youre reading this, I hope your business fails. You even tried to short me $50 on my refund of the W7. You are morally and ethically bankrupt. read more
