He explained everything to me and was able to provide with my options for tinting. Once I agreed, they started the process right away. They first take a video of the entire car, then they start their work right away. After a few hours, my vehicle was complete! Their staff takes extra time after finishing to re-inspect the vehicle and to make sure everything is great. I was so impressed, that I decided to have my second vehicle tinted here too! And with even better experience than the first time. Jordan was able to schedule me immediately the following day, and my Lexus IS350's tint was done in no time. Also, I loved how they teach you on the dos and don'ts after the tinting process. Again, I highly recommend Tintix! I am very satisfied with their work on two of my cars. My husband was quoted $399 through text for the windows, but the windshield price was never discussed. We accept responsibility for not confirming that beforehand. However, when I arrived, the total was suddenly $600. Had we known the full price, we likely would have chosen one of the other shops that quoted us less. The biggest issue was the lack of communication. We were originally told the job would take a couple of hours and later told it would be completed before the shop closed at 7:00 p.m. By 6:30 p.m., we still had not received an update, so we drove there and learned he was waiting for a package. He never clearly explained that he did not have the 70% film needed for the windshield and front windows. Had we known, we would have picked up the vehicle and returned another day. We went back around 8:30 p.m. because we needed to put our young daughter to bed and were not comfortable leaving our car overnight. The shop lights were off, and no one was there. After my husband called, the owner came out of his house, turned the lights back on, and resumed working. Our vehicle was finally completed around 9:30 p.m.--11 hours after we dropped it off. We received no discount and were then informed that there was no warranty on the tint. My husband was told the bubbles would disappear, but the following day, we noticed even more bubbles on several windows. We understand tint needs time to cure, but we are very disappointed with the quality and now have to take our brand-new vehicle to another shop to have the tint inspected and corrected. Considering the poor workmanship, 11-hour delay, lack of communication, no warranty, and the additional expense of having another shop fix the tint, we believe some type of refund is more than reasonable.

Absolutely amazing shop. Not only do they do phenomenal work but they go far beyond any other business I've experienced to make sure their customers are good. I had an issue with my ford bronco and the dealership was making up excuses because I had a stereo put in regarding my warranty thanks to Ava's preventative measures I was able to pull up at the dealership with Ava's own diagnostic and troubleshooting to show that maybe the service department wasn't being to truthful and the issue an on going ford electronic problem. Never the less everything was taken care of and I am beyond grateful to Ava & the Modified Motorsports crew. read more

They treat my vehicles great and clean until complete.Prices are transparent from the beginning. It's in downtown walkable Dublin with lots of eateries and shops to kill time if it's only a few hours. They recently remodeled the inside for the customers liking and comfort.
