I was given a rough time for when my car would be ready when I asked, but there wasn't clear communication about how I'd be notified until I asked. The worker didn't even have my phone number on file until I brought it up, so if I hadn't asked, I'm not sure how they were expecting to contact me. I ended up calling to check on my car since I hadn't seen any activity, and that's when the owner, Lux who picked up mentioned there were delays since this morning with other vehicles. I completely understand that tinting can be a time-consuming, detail-oriented process and delays can happen, but it would have been appreciated to have clear and respectful communication from the beginning when I arrived especially for an expensive service. After my call, the owner, Lux was very attentive and made sure to follow up when my vehicle was ready, and the tint worker also reached out. Upon pickup, the worker also made a somewhat weird comment regarding timing, which added to the overall uncomfortable experience.Overall, maybe I just had a bad experience with the service worker, and I'm hoping the tint itself turns out fine, but nothing was really explained in terms of information included with my tint install, which felt pretty disappointing for the price and type of service. The ceramic tint really does it job against the heat. I am booking another appointment to have my windshield tinted as well. I've decided do to 3M Crystalline 80%, so we'll see how that turns out. In addition the windshield was cracked and needed to be replaced anyway. I called and spoke to Javier and he offered to come out and look at the car. Afterwards he texted me with the recommendation of replacing the windshield and I made the appointment. An hour or so before the appointment time, Javier texted me and apologized, saying that he was running late and gave me a new estimate time that he was arriving at the house, which was going to be a couple of hours later than the original time. I very much appreciated the update. About 45 minutes from the appointed time, Javier texted me to tell me that he was on his way, in about 30 minutes. Javier arrived on time and replaced the seal and windshield in a timely manner. His work was exceptional and his price was very fair, especially since he came to me and I didn't have to travel to him. I highly recommend Javier and his business.

The cost was fair…read moreand competitive; they were also able to squeeze me in the next day which I appreciated since I just purchased the vehicle and didn't want to ride around feeling exposed. ;-) The building was a little hard to find because maps drops you off on the opposite side of where you should actually arrive which wasn't a big deal, I called them and was told to pull around the corner . . . just something to keep in mind. If you plan to wait, there is an area inside with ac, a few chairs and a couch. I got the two front windows and front windshield tinted with ceramic and it took about an hour. Harley Quinn looks much better now! They have good reviews for a reason, highly reccommend!
